In the koopalings castle bowser Jr got a headache

Junior: Ow... this headache has been bothering me for days!

Ludwig: It seems you get these headaches every time you get clobbered by the Mario Brothers peach and Daisy

Junior: my dad could've taken over the Mushroom Kingdom years ago if it wasn't for them!

Ludwig: If only those nincompoop plumbers hadn't fallen down that warp zone pipe in Brooklyn!

Junior: dad told me he created that flood but of course Mario and Luigi ending up here was an accident

Daisy snuck behind the throne and started spying on them

Ludwig: Maybe we can go back and change history! All we need is a little time travel!

Junior: that's perfect! Glad I thought of it!

Ludwig: you didn't- Oh forget it...

Ludwig pushed a Time Machine into the throne room

Ludwig: I've got to be careful this is the only time travel tube I've got

Daisy used binoculars to get a closer look

Junior: I don't see how that silly little tube is going to get us back to Brooklyn and keep the Mario Brothers from ever leaving

Ludwig: I know what I'm doing.

Daisy put her binoculars away

Daisy: if they go back in time so many things will change and not for the better. it's a good thing I planted myself here. Wait until Mario and Luigi hear this!

Later that day Mario Luigi and Daisy snuck onto the doom ship

Mario: plumbers log number 38 junior and Ludwig are planning on going back in time so we're going to stop them

Luigi: what's the plan Mario?

Mario stood next to a small crate

Mario: first we hide in here!

Daisy: it's a little cramped don't you think?

Luigi: we can't all fit in there!

Mario: Sure we can!

The three of them all got in the crate and could barely fit

Daisy: well at least we're used to getting into tight spots

A hammer bro picked up the crate

Hammer Bro: I must be getting tired this crate is ten times as heavy as it was before!

He takes the crate into the cockpit where junior and Ludwig were waiting

Hammer Bro: Where should I put these supplies prince bowser Jr?

Junior: on the floor is fine! I'm not a neat freak!

The hammer bro dropped the crate and walked away. Luigi was about to sneeze but Daisy covered his mouth

Junior: did you hear something?

Mario: Nope just your imagination!

Junior: oh ok!

He started to walk away but then realized what happened

Junior: Wait a minute-

Ludwig turned on the Time Machine

Ludwig: It's working! I'll take us back to that Brooklyn drain just before noon when the Mario Brothers warped into the Mushroom Kingdom!

Daisy: Oh no you don't!

Mario Luigi and Daisy burst out of the crate ready to fight

Junior and Ludwig: what the?!

Daisy: it's time for us to stop this time machine!

Junior: Stowaways? I'll fix you!

Luigi: what does that even mean?

Daisy: hold them off I got an idea!

Mario: you got it!

Daisy stomped on bowser Jr's head and made it to the controls

Ludwig: hey! You can't just-!

She casually pushed Ludwig against the wall

Daisy: now to shut this thing off!

Daisy started pressing every button and Luigi got passed Bowser Jr

Luigi: how do you know which button to press?

Daisy: I don't I'm just pressing everything until something turns off!

Mario: oh boy...

Ludwig: Stop! Your going too far back in time!

Junior: Hit the breaks!

Suddenly they all went back in time while also being turned into babies

Dairy: on my gosh... we're adorable!!

Luigi started crying

Mario: Don't be a baby Luigi!

Luigi: Hey but I am a baby. We're toddler time travelers!

Daisy: I wish peach could see us right now!

Ludwig changed something on the controls

Ludwig: Maybe I can get us back on course

Junior: hold where or when are we right now?!

At that moment the doom ship crashed in Brooklyn

Daisy: How come we're still babies? As cute as we are I can't fight like this!

Mario: The crash must have messed up the Time Machine

They all look up at a clock on the side of a building and It says 2:00

Mario: We don't have much time to get to the apartment where we fell down the drain!

Luigi: Well as small as we are we'll have to find a shortcut

Daisy: at least junior and Ludwig are babies now to

Mario Luigi and Daisy crawled away but bowser Jr and Ludwig chased them into a corner

Luigi: we cornered!

Ludwig: there you are!

Junior: your not going anywhere!

Just then an old lady picked them both up

Old lady: I love cute babies!

Mario: This is our chance let's a go!

Mario Luigi and Daisy got away. then the old lady hugged bowser jr and Ludwig

Old lady: let me put on my glasses so I can really see how cute you are

The old put on her glasses but screamed when she saw they were koopas so she dropped them and ran away

Ludwig: the hero Babies got away! Now what do we do?

Junior: It's time to stop kidding around

Bowser Jr and Ludwig made it back to the doom shop where they fixed the Time Machine

Ludwig: I think this might work junior!

Junior: It better the only way we can beat those meanies is by getting grown up again!

Ludwig pressed a button and they were back to there normal ages

Junior: finally! I'm 17 years old again!

Ludwig: I'm 19 so still older

Junior: I'm still bowser's only biological son!

Ludwig: I'm still smarter then you!

Junior: i'm still the air to the throne!

Ludwig: i'm still annoyed with you!

Junior: well at least we can agree on that!

Meanwhile Mario Luigi and Daisy made it to an apartment building

Luigi: This is the place we fell in the warp zone drain and went to the Mushroom Kingdom

Daisy: I know you told me the story before but it's so much more exciting in real life!

Luigi: back then I would've thought it was more scary then exciting

Mario: The lady who lives here is a little dowdy. Let me do the talking

Mario knocked on the door and a lady opened it

Lady: Who's that knocking on my door?

She looked down and saw Mario Luigi and Daisy

Lady: Oh goodness someone's abandoned three babies on my doorstep!

Daisy: awe may not look like it but they're 25 years old and I'm 24

Mario: the we're plumbers you called for remember?

The three of them crawled inside

Lady: Please plumbing's too dangerous for babies. I'll put you down for a nice nap.

The lady picks them all up and carries them onto a bed. Then she saw a van pulls up outside

Lady: Wonderful here come the real plumbers!

Daisy: No! Those are the bad guys!

Lady: Aww all strangers are bad to babies

The lady opened the door for bowser Jr and Ludwig

Junior: Costume plumbers at your service ma'am. We make plumbing a party.

Luigi: Oh boy. If they mess with that drain we'll never get back to our grown up selves and save the Mushroom Kingdom!

Daisy: I'll never meet you and Mario will never fall in love with peach!

Mario: I'm just realizing that now... we have to stop him!

The lady showed bowser Jr and Ludwig the bathroom

Lady: Please fix my drain as quickly as possible costume plumbers. I must bathe for my party tonight

Junior: Leave it to us we'll break I mean fix everything!

The lady went back to the kitchen. Bowser Jr and Ludwig didn't notice Mario Luigi and Daisy spying on them

Mario: We can't let them get away with this!

Daisy: But what can we do? I told you I can't fight like this

Luigi: Hey I've got a way to cut junior down to size! We just have to get to the pipes!

The three of them crawl into the basement and see all of the pipes

Luigi: a these pipes are more tangled than a bowl of cheap spaghetti! Sorry being a baby makes me hungry

Daisy grabbed a pipe

Daisy: is this the one we need?

Luigi: yes! Let's open it up!

Mario tries to turn a monkey wrench but it didn't move

Mario: Come on you half pints! I need some baby power!

Daisy: let me help! Not to brag but I like to think I'm the muscle of the group. You'll help to Luigi!

Luigi: I'm on it!

Mario Luigi and Daisy all the to turn the wheel but it still didn't move

Daisy: so much for being the muscle...

Luigi: Now what do we do?

Mario saw a hose and picked it up

Mario: We'll sneak up behind them and back flush them

Daisy: I don't know what that means but it sounds like a good idea!

The three of them patch the hoses to the bathroom pipe

Mario: Ok time to stop playing patty cake. Turn on the water.

Luigi: Hey now we'll really put the pressure on those phony plumbers!

Daisy: you're the only people I know who deserve that title!

They all turn on the water

Back with bowser Jr and Ludwig they were currently clogging the drain

Junior: Get some more stuff to plug this drain!

Ludwig put toothpaste into the drain

Ludwig: We'll make sure those shrimpy Mario Babies never warp through this pipe! As for Daisy she'll never beat us up again!

Suddenly water started spraying everywhere

Junior: No! Our clog is unclogging!

Ludwig: let me take care of this!

Ludwig ran into the basement and saw Mario Luigi and Daisy

Ludwig: Oh so that's our problem!

He shut off the water and it quickly stopped

Mario: hey! They cut off the water!

Daisy: that's so unfair! They're cheating! Wow being a baby is starting to rub off on me

Bowser Jr entered the basement and found them

Junior: Well, what do we have here? Some bratty Brooklyn babies?

Mario: Quick crawl after me!

The three of them crawl into a pipe but junior picked it up

Luigi: Hey what do you think you're doing?!

Junior: Sealing your fate! Ha! I crack myself up

He shut both sides of the pipe and dropped it on the floor

Ludwig: Now the Super Mario Brother and Daisy will never get to the Mushroom Kingdom!

Bowser Jr and Ludwig escaped but Daisy hid behind a different pipe

Daisy: Ha! Idiots

Luigi: Daisy! Is that you?

Daisy: yeah! And I have a plan! I'll be back I promise!

Daisy snuck onto the doom ship right when it took off without bowser Jr and Ludwig noticing

Junior: With the Mario Bros. permanently stuck in Brooklyn as permanent babies I can finally finish what my dad started! capture the princess and enslave her people

Ludwig: we won't have to worry about a thing since my time travel machine is working great!

Daisy snuck behind them and used the time machine to turn her self back into an adult

Daisy: finally. now I just have to focus the beam on the basement window...

She pressed a big red button and a beam shot out of the ship

Meanwhile in the basement the beam hit Mario and Luigi which made them grow up and break out of the pipe

Luigi: Hey I'm a full sized hunk again! What happened?

Mario: it must've been daisy! Now we've only got 30 seconds to unclog that drain!

They both run upstairs and unclogged the drain

Mario: This just about does it!

Luigi: time to get back home!

Mario: lets a go!

The mario brothers jumped into the warp pipe

Mario and Luigi got back to the mushroom kingdom

Mario: Peach! Daisy! We're here to-

They both saw peach and Daisy completely fine while bowser Jr and Ludwig escaped

Daisy: Oh hey guys!

Luigi: uh... what did we miss?

Peach: Daisy warned me about junior and Ludwig so we stopped them before they could do anything

Daisy: you can just say we gave them a beat down

Mario: going back in time almost made me forget about how much time has passed

Peach: your the one who should them never mess with history!

Mario: Or with us

Luigi: Yeah maybe next time the koopalings will pick on someone there own size!
