Lightning, Mario, Luigi, Gabe, Alex, Jake, Max and Churro continued on, unaware that Lightning's angry father and Swift were quickly pursuing them.

Lightning and Mario stayed closer to Luigi's side to keep him safe.

A few moments later, Lightning's cheeks starting sparking with electricity and she perked up. "I can sense something."

"Me too. It feels like the Aura of a Raichu and Pikachu or Thunder and Swift." Alex responded.,

Suddenly, she heard pawsteps behind them. "Ahem..."

She turned to see her angry father and Swift hiding behind him, pretending to cower in fear.

"I-Is there a problem?" Lightning asked.

"Yes, there is And I'm here to fix it." Thunder used a Thunder Attack on Luigi.

"No! Luigi!" Lightning was about to run towards him to see if he was alright until Thunder shot another Thunder Attack in front of her to stop her.

"I forbid you to go anywhere near him!" Thunder ordered. "You are coming home right now, Young Lady!"

"What?! But... dad... I have a job to do... I have to save the Squad." She whined.

"Not with those humons, you are not!"

"Is that what this is about? Didn't we go over this. These so called Humons saved the Pokémon World when Yveltal Bowser reigned havoc." Lightning protested.

"Well... I heard from Swift that the Green Vee was going to take you away from me and I can't bare to lose you too." Thunder replied.

Swift was snickering softly from a distance to avoid being heard from Thunder. Lightning saw him. "Scoundrel Rodent!"

Luigi slowly got back up to his paws. "We would never do that sir and we would never hurt her or force her to do anything." Luigi said.

"Yeah. We respect your rules and wanting to keep her safe." Mario added.

Lightning nodded. "They would never hurt me. Swift lied to you."

"No I didn't. You're lying! They're forcing you to lie." Swift quickly responded.

Lightning growled at him. "You leave them out of your worthless lie!!! It is not polite to tell lies about the brothers to get them in trouble so just leave them alone!!!"

Swift walked towards her and whispered, "who should he believe, sweetheart. A fellow Pikachu or a filthy humon!"

"Don't call me sweetheart!!" She growled through gritted teeth.

Swift taps her nose. "You're so cute when you're angry."

"Don't call me cute!!" She slaps him with Iron Tail. She takes Luigi's paw. "Come on Luigi. Let's just get out of here."

"No you don't!!" Thunder shouts.

"Dad please! Luigi's a good guy! He saved me from being Pikanapped. Please... You have to believe me. I'm not a Pichu anymore. I have to save the Squad and I need their help to do it. Paarthurnax trusted them. Why can't you?"

"Ugh... Fine! But I'll be watching you." Thunder groaned.

Swift's jaw-dropped at his statement. "So... You're letting them go with your daughter?!"

"Yes Swift. Now you go back to the village. I'll be watching over her."

Swift sighed. "Fine... Whatever... It doesn't matter..."
