I can imagine Starfire charging at M'ghann, eyes and fists blazing green. M'ghann would probably stop her with telepathy or a brain blast. And if Starfire were to withstand said attack, M'ghann would probably morph into Nightwing, causing Starfire to stop mid-punch. Then, M'ghann would hit her when she was at her weakest.
