STRENGTHS:
martial arts: graham is a black-belt in jujitsu and is skilled in hand-to-hand combat. he taught lena some moves before she became a vigilante so she could better protect herself.
music prodigy: he can play the guitar, piano, saxophone, trumpet, violin, cello, and wants to learn the trombone.
singing/songwriting: lena mentions that graham has a beautiful singing voice. he also writes some of his own original songs.
shadow manipulation: graham can manipulate the shadows around him, making them cover him, become more dense, etc.
shadow/nightmare projection: he can expel shadows from himself in the form of ghastly, nightmarish creatures. these are intangible but can tear through objects.

WEAKNESSES:
insomnia: graham's powers give him nightmares that result in an extreme lack of sleep. he can live with it, but they cause perpetual bags and discoloration beneath his eyes. he also has developed a caffeine addiction to counteract the constant fatigue.
quick to anger: lena has mentioned that graham can easily lose his temper. when this happens, shadows leak from him and douse him in darkness. he can also say things he regrets while in the moment.
pride: especially in regards to his brothers, graham is terrible at realizing he's doing something wrong. he thinks his way is the only way to take care of them even if it may not be what they actually need.
overbearing: graham is protective of the people he loves, but can sometimes be too much. he keeps his brothers on a very tight leash on the europe trip, causing max to snap.
bright light: if there aren't any shadows for him to manipulate, whether due to intense sunlight or fluorescent lights, he cannot use the powers related to them. this means no shadow travel or projections.
