8 p.m.

We were in front of the fort's gate. The storm was still going on.

Zee-> I knew Niel was not at fault....and see I told you no that it was Sree's conspiracy... but I'm glad that you two are back.

I smiled and Kath nodded and smiled.

Kath-> Swanki, you go back.

Kath patted Swanki's back and ordered. Swanki neighed and it seemed like he wasn't willing to leave but he obeyed her and went back to the village.

Zee-> Are you ready?!

Kath took a long breath and nodded. I went towards the gate, the two guards saw me and came forward.

Zee-> Here's the permission for the two of us to spend a night here.

I handed over the letter to them and went inside. Kath followed behind me.

Guard-> umm...excuse me?!

Kath-> Yes?!

Zee-> W-wasn't your friend inside the fort a while ago with Zen?!

Kath-> No?!

Kath raised one brow and replied.

Guard-> B-but-

Zee-> KAAATH?! YOU'RE COMING RIGHT?!

Kath-> YEAAH!

Kath glared at the guards raising one brow then went inside and followed Zee.

Guard-> I-I-I am s-s-sure...we sa-w gh-gh-ghost ea-rrrrrlier!

The other guard was sweating badly.

Guard-> I-I can't s-stay here today.....t-the na-ture is al-so saying s-something e-evil is going t-to h-happen.

Other guard-> E-exactly....l-lets r-run a-away.

The two guards ran away.

We kept walking until we were on the veranda of the palace. The palace and the way to the palace was very dark and scary. We were holding each other's hands and were a little scared.

Zee-> So shall we stay here?!

Kath-> O-okay..........Zee?!

Zee-> Hmm?!

Kath-> Something within me is telling she won't s-spare me.

Kath sighed heavily. I kept a hand on her shoulder and said.

Zee-> Don't worry....I'll protect you till my last breath....and don't forget that god is with us!

She smiled and I opened the chain which the sadhu had given me earlier and made her wear that.

Zee-> This will protect you.

Kath-> Why are you giving me this?! How'll you be protected then-

Zee-> Shhhh......I don't like if someone questions my decision....anyway sit here.

We sat on the very dusty ground beside an old, broken antique pillar.

Zee-> So I'm going to tell you what happened inside the Woodworth palace.

Kath-> Yeah tell!

Edward-> That was a great adventure inside your palace I guess?!

Zen-> Yeah it was!

Zen smiled.

Niel-> I'm glad that you recognized Zee.

Zen-> And I'm glad that Kath and you're back together. Somewhere me and Zee knew it was a conspiracy plotted against you two.

The sadhu sprinkled a powder around the village.....

Sadhu-> everyone inside the village is safe from her spirit now.

Niel-> Hope Kath and Zee are safe too.

Edward-> Don't worry...if anything happens... Guards are there to save them.

Zen-> But still I'm worried too.

Entered Grace.

Grace-> Swanki is back....and he is in his stable...taking rest.....I think you all should also take some rest....it was a busy day today......the attendants are already asleep.

Everyone knew that no one was going to have sleep at this moment but still they nodded. Everyone had already denied dinner. Two rooms were there, one was already occupied by the attendants so Grace spread a sheet of cloth on the floor of the other room and everyone laid on it. Everyone was laying down silently. There was an atmosphere of tension and anxiety. Zen suddenly sat up, looked at Niel who was laying down shutting his eyes. Then he looked at Grace and Edward, Grace had buried her face on Edward's chest and Edward was patting her back with closed eyes. Zen slowly and silently stood up, grabbed a packet of incense sticks in front of Shri Krishna's idol and went out of the room very silently.After sometime-

Niel-> Zen listen............Zen?!

Niel opened his eyes to find Zen was missing he looked at Grace and Edward who were asleep in each other's arms. Niel went out of the room to find Zen.

Niel-> Where's he?! I think he must have gone to the fort.

Niel started walking for the fort.

Woodworth palace, the locked room where Megha gifted her body to Ratnavati.

Megha's dead body was flying high. The fire was no more burning, a faint smoke was coming out from it. The sword stabbed in Megha's body was suddenly plucked out and thrown away. The blood flowing from her body suddenly stopped and the place where she stabbed herself was healed. Black thick smoke was surrounding her and it entered through her nose. As soon as it entered, Megha's body gently came down but still was laying like a dead body. Suddenly her fingers moved a bit and she at once opened her eyes. Her eyes were blood red. The evil smirk which played on her lips while dying enlarged. Her lips too were blood red. The storm stopped and everything became silent.

Inside the stable.

Zen-> Mom....in Bhangarh's history its written that a couple, a boy and a girl will save the fort....and you asked us to focus on the word "love"....does that mean-

Trisha's soul-> Remember my boy...what you're thinking maybe true....what you're seeing may not be true.....you don't have time to verify your thoughts....everybody is in danger....go save them all!

Zen-> But mom-

Trisha's soul vanished while laughing. Zen thought something and started to run as fast as he could. The atmosphere was unnaturally quite. He stopped in front of the Sadhu's house. He saw footsteps of blood in front of it. But the footsteps were weird, they were "inverted", of course they weren't of a normal human being. The white powder around his hut was washed with blood. Zen was horrified and with trembling steps he entered the cottage.

Zen-> S-sadhu?! A-a-are you here?!..........SADHUUU.......

Zen went running towards him. His head was twisted towards right and his left leg was broken. He was laying on the ground more than half dead.

Zen-> S-SADHU...S-SADHU...ARE Y-YOU FINE-

Sadhu-> I-I d-di-scovered......ahh....re-turn s-sunshine t-to th-is h-hut......b-be m-more th-an ca-careful......ughh......a-and w-why d-did y-you let Z-Zee go with K-Kath-aghh

Hardly had the sadhu informed Zen while holding his hands with his own blood covered ones when he expired.

Zen-> SA-DHU?!....no no no N-NOO.....

Zen slowly slapped his cheeks to wake him up but it didn't work. Zen sobbed for a while then stood up. He wore a tilak from the Sadhu's blood and left the place slowly.

Zee and Kath had collected some pieces of wood from nearby and lit up fire with them because there were no light holders inside the palace. Now they fell asleep. Zee was leaning on the pillar and Kath's head rested on Zee's shoulder.

Kath-> Ugh....why it is getting cold-ohh the fire went out.

Kath was trying to lit it up again while kneeling down when she felt a presence behind her. She looked behind but found no one except Zee sleeping. The hair present on the back of her neck were raised. Her body became cold cold. She was trying to lit up the fire quickly when she saw someone standing in front of her wearing boots. Kath looked up.

Kath-> Niel?!

Niel-> Kath come with me...I want to show you something.

Kath-> But Zee?!

Niel-> Please come.

Kath started to follow Niel.

Zee-> KATH....WHAT ARE DOING?!.....ITS NOT NIEL......I-ITS MEGHA A.K.A. RATNAVATI.....GET AWAY FROM HER.

Kath was shocked and taking few steps back she stared at Niel.

Niel-> No....I'm really Niel....

Zee-> Ohh really?!

Zee revealed two burning candles from behind her and waved in front of Niel.

Niel-> Noo...N-no.....take them away from me.....

Zee-> See Kath...

Kath quickly came towards Zee. But the candles started to flicker.

Zee-> Take this candel and quickly lit up the woods.

Kath did so and Zee was still waving the other one in front of Niel.

Niel-> AAAHHHHH.....HUHHHH......

Megha came to her real state. She was wearing a long gown so her feet were not visible. Her lips and eyes were blood red and she was having a deep cut on her cheek bone. Her hair was open. Zee was horrified and took a few steps behind.

Megha-> *evil laugh*

Yes yes baby yes...I'm Megha.....a.k.a. Ratnavati.....and you are a sting on my way.....

She blew air from her mouth and the candle went out.

Kath-> Z-Zee...l-let's run......

Kath proposed with shaky voice while trembling. She grabbed two pieces of burning wood and I joined her to run.

Megha-> I won't spare you Kath....for betraying me.....I killed the second sting of my way now its your turn.

*evil laugh*

Kath threw a piece of burning wood towards her and she disappeared while laughing and we started to run.
