Sleep and Deceit.
Deceit shrugged. "I don't know, Rem," he says. "I don't exactly... like Virgil."
Just a few hours ago, Deceit had met up with Remy at his house because Remy had something important to tell him. And De answered, because truth be told... he kind of liked Remy.
"You never did, did you?" Remy laid back, their backs resting against each other's. "I mean, you didn't... exactly love him."
Time had found the two of them on Remy's lounge floor with their backs against one another, doing their own things. And then conversation had struck.
"No." De sighs. "I didn't."
"So why date him?" Remy asks.
"I just..." De sighs. "I thought I loved him. I had some... strange connection to him. Like I knew him, from a different life."
Remy leans forward, making De fall back. "You... this connection." He said. "What is it like?"
"Like we were... close. Bound by something bigger than me... like we were the same person."

Remy nodded. "Right." He says.

"What're you doing?" De asked, chuckling a little. "You've been quiet for longer than ever before."
"I was just... responding to someone." Remy says. "De, this is going to come as a shock to you but I don't know if I'll have any other time to say it, but..."
Deceit turned to look at his friend, concerned. "Yes..?" He asked.
"I think I like you. Like, like like you." Remy said. "And I... I wanna stay with you forever."
Deceit gulped. "Remy..." he said. "I..."
But Remy's lips were already on his, tasting of Cream, coffee, and caramel. The taste lingered in Deceits mouth even after Remy pulled away.
"I... I think I like you too."
