The moment he sits down in the library, someone else is in there with him. It's Roman.

"Hey, Logan," he says, sitting across from him. Can these people never give him a break? "I heard about.. you and Patton."

"Oh, good," Logan snaps. "Then I suppose you know I'm not int he mood to hear what you're about to say?"

"I know you're not in the mood," Roman calmly replies. "But you need to."

"Why's that?" Logan sets down the book he'd randomly picked off the shelf. "Aren't you just going to say I made a mistake?"

"No," Roman says, surprising Logan. "I'm going to say that you need to calm down. At least talk to him."

"No." Logan replies.

"Yes," Roman says. "You've been blinded by a light, Logan, a light that's a little too bright for you."

"There is no 'light', Roman," Logan snaps. "Stop it with the metaphors."

"I don't know how else to tell you," Roman sighs. "I think you've made a mistake, yeah, and I guess that you don't think so but I know you've been blinded by something."

"How do you know anything about me?" Logan's tone is more annoyed than his expression.

"Because o can tell you're sad. You might be good at saying you have no emotion, but looking it?" He says. "You're not great at that."

Logan sighs. "Stop telling me this. You don't know me."

"You're right," Roman says. "I don't know you well."

"But?" Logan asks. There's always a but.

"But I know that you need to stop putting off what needs to happen tonight for tomorrow." Roman says. "What's waiting till tomorrow needs to start tonight."

Logan didn't care, right?

But, before Logan could question that, Roman had left the library. He was alone again. It was silent.

Why did he keep searching for Patton?

(A/N: Heya! It's me! And I feel decent, believe it or not. That's the life of a sleep deprived Winter for you, I'm now feeling completely fine. Anyway, this has been great to write, because there are like four characters I'm not good at writing: Thomas, Sleep, Picani and Logan. It's the best thing to try my hand at them when they're in situations I relate too. It's the only way I can write them while knowing what I mean.
