Their journey together is more rushed now that there is a baby on the way. The supplies they need is more necessary and Seonghwa made sure when he hunted that Wooyoung ate most of what they had. He needed the nutrients for the baby, and Seonghwa was okay with that.
A month after traveling and finding out he's pregnant, Wooyoung started to show a small curve in his midsection and it took everything in Seonghwa's being to not touch it. He didn't want to make his omega uncomfortable, and Seonghwa touching Wooyoung's belly would probably trigger the omega.
He just watched fondly from afar as Wooyoung started a fire and immediately snapped out of it when Wooyoung looked his way. He went back to making a makeshift deer roaster, really wishing they had some other kind of food but this had to do until they get settled somewhere. They sold most of their deer pelts and grabbed some more supplies, it was more they had to carry but in the end they're grateful for them.

"Seonghwa," Wooyoung whispers in the middle of the night, shaking the alpha.
Seonghwa immediately sprung awake and looks around on high alert. Why else would his omega wake him up? There had to be a threat nearby. Seonghwa snarls and stands, ready to protect Wooyoung but the omega snorts, "No ones coming to hurt us Seonghwa."
"Then why did you-"
"I know what our baby is," Wooyoung smiles, grabbing the alpha's hand and dragging him back down to sit by him.
Seonghwa was quiet as he stared at Wooyoung's beauty in the moonlight. He really was ethereal with the full moon shining on him. But why couldn't he wait until morning instead of scaring the alpha into thinking they had been spotted and needed to leave quickly? He will never know, but the unknown gender of his child is peaking his interest more than Wooyoung scaring him to death. Seonghwa tilts his head, "What is it?"
Wooyoung takes the alpha's hand and places it on his slightly larger belly, rubbing his thumb along the back of his hand as he smile grows bigger, "It's a girl."

About a month later, Wooyoung woke up to a sharp jolt to his stomach.
Seonghwa, who was still up keeping watch, knelt next to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong? Are you ok?"
Wooyoung looked up at him in surprise. "Y-Yeah. I don't know what tha-" He was cut off again by another jolt and he looked down at his stomach.
Everything felt so strange, he wasn't used to the inside of his body moving, but he quickly realized what it was. "Oh!" He said as it happened a third time and covered his mouth.
Without hesitating, he used his other hand to grab Seonghwa's and place it on his stomach.
The alpha froze and a slightly red tint came to his eyes as he felt the baby moving in Wooyoung's stomach.
The omega smiled as he felt the pleasure rolling off Seonghwa as his mouth opened a little and the corners of his mouth started to turn up.
"That's..." The alpha gasped, placing both hands on Wooyoung's stomach.
Wooyoung felt his wolf churn at the contact and he bit his lip. It made sense that they would bond over the baby, but Wooyoung didn't know if he wanted anything more yet or not, so he worked to push it away.
For now his focus would be on the baby girl that was growing inside him and start there.
"She's really active!" Seonghwa said, his eyes lighting up with excitement as he looked at Wooyoung. Two kicks followed his words and he glanced back down. "What are you up to in there baby?"
She kicked again and Wooyoung couldn't help but giggle. "I think she likes your voice."
Seonghwa's smile faded as he looked up at Wooyoung with what could almost be described as a sad pout. "You really thing so?" He whispered.
Wooyoung never thought he'd use this word to describe an alpha, but Seonghwa looked adorable as he leaned forward and started talking to his stomach. It made his heart beat just a little faster watching him as he closed his eyes and spoke with a smile.
"I can't wait to meet you baby girl. Daddy is going to do his best to take care of you and be strong so he can protect both you and your mama. I promise you." Then he surprised Wooyoung by leaning forward and kissing his stomach while rubbing it gently.
Wooyoung bit his lip as it started to tremble. For something that was forced upon him, it amazed him just how much the baby had already captured Seonghwa's heart. The only thing he wanted to know, was if it was all of the alpha? Or if this was his wolf?

"Seonghwa, we need to rest," his omega calls from behind him, holding his large six month baby belly, "My feet are killing me."
"Wooyoung, we need to keep pushing forward, I'm sure we'll find a spot around here somewhere that we can claim for ourselves," The alpha replies, taking his omega's hand to help stabilize him, "Can you make it 'til sunset?"
Wooyoung sighs, rubbing his belly and pouting slightly, "Yeah... I'm kind of hungry too."
Seonghwa sighs in defeat, smiling at his omega, "We'll camp here for the night. But we must cover at least another ten miles tomorrow."
"I know," the omega whimpers, "I'm sorry..."
"It's not your fault," Seonghwa whispers, cupping the omega's face in his hands as he makes him look up at him, "This is all me. This is my fault."
Seonghwa helped Wooyoung set up their sleeping bags and blankets, the alpha keeping an eye out for anyone near the area. This area was claimed already, and he really didn't want to get in a brawl with another alpha and ran off the territory.
And now the need for a new territory was more urgent, especially when the birth of the baby is expected within the first snowfall of the year.
Seonghwa keeps a close eye on his omega, watching as he made their beds by conjoining their sleeping bags and blankets. The alpha smiles, knowing he's going to have to go hunting for them soon, "Do you think you can build a fire while I go hunt?"
Wooyoung nods, standing and wincing as he stretches his back. Seonghwa stands and comes over to him, placing his hands on Wooyoung's hips and massaging his thumbs into his lower back. The omega moans, tilting his head back on the alpha's shoulder, "Thank you."
Seonghwa chuckles as he continues to massage, "It's the least I can do for you. You are after all carrying my pup."
Wooyoung smiles, humming as they stay like that for a bit before Seonghwa sighs, "Let's get busy before it gets dark."

They headed out the next morning like always, Wooyoung having some difficulty with his swollen ankles and feet. Until one day, they come across a clearing with about ten acres of clear land. Seonghwa told Wooyoung to stay put as scouted the land, and when he came back he smiles, "How do you feel about this being our new home?"
Wooyoung smiles, looking around curiously. "I love it, it's perfect," he places a hand on his belly and Seonghwa does so as well. Their child kicks furiously and Wooyoung giggles, "She agrees too."
Seonghwa chuckles, "Let me go scout the area, care to build us a fire and I'll hunt while I'm out?"
Wooyoung had a fire blazing and their camp set up when Seonghwa returned, dragging a deer behind him to their camp. Wooyoung stood the best he can, until Seonghwa growls and snorts, indicating for him to sit down and rest. Wooyoung obeyed, watching the alpha shift back, put his shorts on and began skinning the deer.
"This area is completely clear," Seonghwa announces to Wooyoung, smiling, "I went ahead and marked it as mine. We finally have a home."
Wooyoung's lip wobbles and his eyes water as he sobs in relief, covering his mouth with one hand while the other places itself on the top of his baby bump. Finally, a place to build a home for their family. Seonghwa leans over and kisses the baby bump where their unborn daughter wiggles inside, "I need to build us a hogan. It'll be a temporary house to shield us from the snow until spring when I can build us a better home."
"D-Do you think you can have it built before the baby gets here?" Wooyoung asks, his anxiety filled the air and Seonghwa instantly reached up to touch his mark to calm the omega down. It was an instinct, and while it seemed to have worked, Wooyoung looked away and bit his lip at the sudden intimate contact. It was the first time Seonghwa had touched the mark since he claimed the omega.
"I'm sure we can have it done before the first snowfall. If we work together and we work quickly," Seonghwa says hesitantly and nods, "As long as we have a roof over our heads, and a place to keep baby girl out of the cold, we'll be alright."
Seonghwa saves the deer pelt for a baby blanket, they were going to need as many resources as possible with only two and a half months left before this baby gets here. They slept under the stars that night, but come morning Seonghwa is quick to build a winter Hogan, a small house built for the honor of their baby's birth.
It was a two month project to build the structure of the house, making it octagon shape and narrowing the roof to create a hole for the fire smoke to escape. Wooyoung helped build by creating the clay and grass mixture to go in between the cracks of the structure, blocking out any cold air that could penetrate the warm fire they'll build inside the small house.
It took a lot of their energy to build it, but once it was finally done Seonghwa sniffs the air and narrows his eyes towards the north. Snow clouds made their way towards their small house, and he growls, "Wooyoung, we need to build a fire in there. I say tonight we'll officially sleep in the Hogan."
"Okay-" Wooyoung gasps suddenly, cupping his belly and leaning against the house, "Ow ow ow, okay that one hurt."
Seonghwa's eyes widen and he walks over to his omega, holding on to his hips, "Are you-"
"Braxton Hicks," Wooyoung whispers, his eyes widen as he looks to Seonghwa, "It's not time yet, but we're getting closer."
Seonghwa bites his lip, "Let's get you inside, I'll build a fire and then go hunting for dinner."
He settled Wooyoung inside, and got busy building a fire, once he had it roaring to life, he stands, "I'll be back okay? If you need me call for me."
Wooyoung nods, rubbing his belly as he takes in deep breaths in his nose and out of his mouth. Seonghwa hurries out of the tent and towards the woods, hoping to find a deer that will last them longer than four days. Wooyoung leans back on his small bed Seonghwa made for him out of deer pelts, his sleeping bag, and some evergreen tree limbs.
It wasn't the most comfortable mattress he's slept on, but its better on his back than sleeping on the ground. He felt another cramp roll through his back and his stomach, whimpering as he rubs his belly to hopefully make it go away, "Oh baby, why do you have to come now? Why couldn't you come before the snow?"
