True change happens slowly. You don't see it coming until it's already there. You get the feeling somethings happening, but can't put your finger on it. Eventually, you look back and see it's different. It takes you a while, but you try to figure out why. Why things changed, and what made it change. Think and think, until you notice that you changed with it. Or, you could not worry about it, and continue on with life. True change will never be sudden. For things to truly change, you have to change with it. Having a negative view in a positive situation will only drag things down. It will make it negative. The same can be said about a positive view and a negative situation. Things only change if you change with it. People have a right to be angry, even if you change. There will always be a little bit of the past you inside. You just have to show them it's the better part. Things get better. Things will always get better, no matter what happens next in life. Sometimes, you just need to sit back, notice the change, and embrace it. It will feel so much better once you do.
