They never let me help.
This time, I'll show them.
"I can do this. Just lift the tray filled with different sorts of delectable pie without tripping or knocking something over. That's easy. 50 or so steps forward and turn left. Take 5 and the deed's done. Piece of cake, right, Yzav?"
Stop talking to yourself, Yzavel. You look painfully ridiculous. My wolf, Bella, ridiculed. I rolled my eyes, and didn't notice the vase up ahead, accidentally pushing the table holding it a tad bit forward.
My eyes widen at the future of the vase when a hand caught it and another the tray of pie that I never noticed slipped off of my hands. Another person's pair of arms held my arm to support my balance.
"We can do this, princess." Drew, the man who caught the vase and the tray, smiled cheekily at me. I forced a smile and looked down.
"We don't want you getting hurt now. Alpha will have our heads if you do!" Barrymore, the one who saved me from falling, laughed as he let go of me and I grimaced.
"I'm sorry, twins. It's just... I want to help. I really do," I sighed and fiddled with the hem of my dress.
I saw them soften up and smile at me, "We know, princess. But, Alpha's orders," Drew said and I nodded with remorse.
"But, you can convince our mother to change our names into normal ones?" Barrymore winked at me and I snorted. I mean, who the heck names their children Drew and Barrymore? Seriously.
"In my defense, my name is perfectly normal, Barrymore," Drew smirked and Barry growled, beginning their endless banter. I laughed and they stopped to look at me.
"There's that beautiful Yzavel. Now, go up to your room. My beautiful maiden awaits you and will transform you into the ethereal beauty that you are." I giggled as Barry shooed me away from the kitchen and Drew waved at me. I turned away from them and the smile I had fades. I sighed sadly and paused to close my eyes.
Oh Bella, why am I so useless?
My wolf snorted, Yzav, your attention span is just shorter than others.
I scoffed, thanks for the help, sucko.
No one says sucko anymore, Yzavel.
Sucko. There. I said it.
Yzave-
"Julianna Yzavel, I have been waiting for hours in your bedroom, excited as hell to do makeup on you, and here I see you closing your eyes in the middle of the living room?" I opened my eyes and see Ivy at the stairs' end, with her hands on her hips and her eyes narrowed down into slits.
I smirked, "I'm sorry, beautiful maiden of Barrymore Sanders. Have I kept you waiting?"
"Damn right you did. Now come on and we have a lot to do."

"You look like a real princess, Yzav," Cheine gasped when she caught sight of me and adored my looks for the night.
"The dress definitely is your soulmate, Yz." Mae pinched my cheeks and I swatted her hands away. I pouted at her and she laughed.
"Okay girls, stop gushing. Cheine, I'm sure Drew is dying to see you. Same goes to you Mae," Ivy scolded like a mother and them being the children that they are, pouted and left the room.
Ivy turned to me and grabbed the palette. I shook my head with frightened eyes and she chuckled, "Just a little retouch. You never know, you might find your knight, princess."
I snorted and tried to open my eyes, but Ivy made a disagreeing sound, "Putting on make-up is annoying. Why do I need to and why does everyone still insist on calling me princess?"
"That's because you are the princess of the house, Yzavel. In case you forgot, you're the only daughter and youngest child of Alpha Xavier and Luna Arabella of the Stekre Pack. You also have four ridiculously hot and overprotective brothers." Ivy sighed dreamily and I groaned.
"Stop reminding me of them. What will Barry say if he knew about your perspective on my brothers?" I raised a mischievous brow at her and she gasped.
"You wouldn't." Suddenly, the door flew open and in came my infamous brothers with their pearly whites showing.
"There's the birthday girl. You look lovely, princess." Zion, the eldest among us, kissed my cheek and handed me a rose. I grinned at it and thanked him.
"You are so grown up, I am so proud of you!" Wes, the third brother, held his hand up to his heart like an emotional mother as he also handed me one rose.
"I never knew you'd grow up to be this gem, princess. You don't know how happy I am. You were so ugly back then." I pouted at Sam and he chuckled as he kissed me on the cheek and gave me the rose.
"Wait until the men show up at our doorstep, begging for her love and attention. Oh Yzavel, the amount of men would be crazy!" Ivy laughed and the other three growled. I laughed with her and rolled my eyes at them.
"Stop being overprotective. And where's Ben?"
"Someone called?" Ben enters the room panting and hugs me. He grins and shoves the rose in front of me and I shrieked.
"Sorry, Quin kept on crying, had to help Mae. Happy birthday, my princess." Ben engulfed me in a hug that was heavy enough to make us lie down on the bed and Ivy gasped, scared for my hair.
Sam, Zion, and Wes all crushed us underneath then and I burst into a fit of giggles as Ivy ranted on and on about how long she had to perfect the art hairstyling and such while pacing sidewards.
A knock interrupted us and we straightened up. Ivy rushed towards me and fixed my hair while my brothers looked at me with twinkling eyes.
The man on the other side of the door, cleared his throat before speaking, "Princess, everyone's waiting for you."

Yes, her name's Yzavel (ee•zah•vel). People just call her Yzav, Yz, or Princess. And I love how Yzavel with the 'V' sounds. Stekre is pronounced as stek•reh. Not stake-ray.
These are her brothers from the eldest to the youngest (but of course, Yzavel is the youngest): Zion, Ben, Wes, and Sam.
