Chapter 3 : Mistake.

Patton looked at his biology test, seeing multiple mistakes littering the paper.

The male smiled when people looked at him but felt his heart breaking and stomach churning.

If his mother and father found out he failed again they'd surely kill him.

They wanted all A's and he was getting C's and B's. All good in his mind but not his parents.

Mistake, that was a word he heard a lot now that he thought about it. Sure he heard it in the halls in passing conversations and sure he's seen them on pages of books and magazines and such.

But he heard it from his parents and teachers.

His teachers were always regretful when saying Patton made a mistake or showing where a mistake was made, but he always smiled.

However, his parents took great pleasure in remind Patton he himself was a mistake, due to him being of an unplanned pregnancy.

Everything Patton did was a mistake to his parents and he just took the abuse no matter what.

The bell rang and Patton rushed out of the lesson, accidentally bumping in a boy with a blue tie.

"Wait a minute!" He yelled but Patton was gone.

Patton sat in the boys toilets and teared up, he took off his round glasses and furiously wiped his quickly wetting eyes.

Maybe if he wasn't a mistake, he would be passing.
