The air in the chamber was thick with tension, almost suffocating, as Sundar and Kaya knelt before the king. The flickering torches cast golden light across the room, yet it felt cold, the warmth of the flames swallowed by the shadow of the man standing before them.
"Do you understand what it means to kneel before me?" the king asked, his voice low but sharp, cutting through the silence.
"Ji Ranasa...," Sundar replied softly, her head still bowed. Her voice trembled slightly, a mix of reverence and fear.
The king stepped closer, his boots clicking against the polished floor. "Look at me when you speak," he commanded.
Sundar's breath hitched, but she obeyed without hesitation. She lifted her gaze, her eyes meeting his piercing stare. Her cheeks burned under the weight of his gaze, but she held it, her submission evident in every fiber of her being.
"You speak as though you understand," the king continued, his tone cold, calculated. "But do you truly comprehend what it means to belong to me?"
Kaya, still kneeling, dared to glance up. "We are yours, Your Majesty. Our lives are devoted to serving you."
The king's lips twitched into a faint, almost cruel smile. "Words are easy. Devotion is proven." He reached out, his hand cupping Sundar's chin, tilting her face up further. "And you will prove it."
Sundar's heart pounded in her chest as his touch sent a shiver through her body. "I am honored, Your Majesty," she whispered, her voice barely audible.
"Honored?" The king repeated, his voice laced with mockery. "Do you even know what you offer when you say that? You are not here to be honored. You are here to serve, to obey, to exist solely for my will."
"Ji Ranasa," Sundar replied quickly, her voice trembling.
He smirked, his hand trailing down her cheek. "Good." He turned his attention to Kaya, his gaze narrowing. "And you? Do you share her devotion, or is it only words from you as well?"
Kaya's hands trembled slightly as she raised her head. "I share it, Your Majesty. My devotion is yours."
The king stepped closer, his presence overwhelming as he loomed above her. "Then prove it," he said, his voice a command that left no room for hesitation.
"Ji Ranasa," Kaya said softly, her eyes locked on his.
With deliberate slowness, the king leaned down, his lips brushing against Sundar's first. The kiss was firm, almost punishing, a reminder of his control. His hand tightened on her jaw as he deepened the kiss, claiming her in a way that left no doubt of his dominance.
Sundar felt her heart race as she melted into his touch. The kiss was not gentle; it was a mark of ownership, a physical reminder of who she belonged to. When he finally pulled away, her lips were swollen, her breathing shallow.
"Good," he said, his tone colder now, as though the act had only been a test. "You are mine, Sundar. Never forget it."
"Ji, Ranasa," she replied, her voice filled with reverence.
The king turned to Kaya, his eyes dark and commanding. "Now you," he said, his voice softer but no less resolute.
Kaya's breath caught as he reached for her, his hand sliding behind her neck. His touch was firm, his movements precise as he pulled her closer. His lips claimed hers with the same authority, the kiss demanding submission, not affection. Kaya's body responded instinctively, yielding to his control.
When he finally released her, he stood tall, his gaze sweeping over both women. "You belong to me now," he said, his voice carrying the weight of his power. " Your thoughts, your breath, your very existence-they belong to me. And you will prove your worth every moment you serve. Your devotion is not a gift. It is an obligation, and you will fulfill it without question."
" Ji Ranasa," they replied in unison, their heads bowing low once more.
The king smirked, satisfied with their submission. "Good. Remember this moment, and remember who you serve. Your purpose is to please me, nothing more."
As he turned and walked away, his presence lingered in the room like a tangible force. Sundar and Kaya remained kneeling, their hearts racing, their bodies trembling with the weight of their devotion.
To serve him was their destiny, and they had proven it. They were his now, bound to him by their submission and his unyielding dominance.
