Here's the forth of seven scale tutorials! Requested by @tyrocks31, I will explain here:

1. Start with your body outline and underbelly. Then draw a small spot in the middle of the neck.

2. Draw another spot a little bigger than the last.

3. Continue drawing them bigger and bigger, depending on how big the body/neck is.

4. Decrease size on the tail.
