The next day, in the dining room, Christy is sitting at the dining table, eating a bowl of cereal.

As she eats her cereal, glimpses of herself as her dark alter ego, Dark Enchantress. It could re-emerge again and she can hurt someone or cause damage in the French Quarter.

Mathias slowly walks inside the dining room. "Hey, Christy." He greeted her.

"Hey, Mathias." Christy greeted him back with a small smile. "Haven't been seeing you around recently."

"Yeah, I know. I've been at St. Louis Cathedral with Vincent." Mathias told her, sitting at the dining table across from her. "How about you? How's everything going with you at Mount Orasani?"

"Everything's good at Mount Orasani." Christy told him.

"That's good." Mathias said. "Have we ever hangout?"

Christy chuckled softly to herself and said. "I think we have. But I don't know. With what's going on with both the supernatural and the mythology, I don't think so."

"Well, maybe, you and I can visit the café." Mathias suggested. "Freya, Nikole and I visit there for ice cream."

"Sure." Christy said. "And maybe, you and I can have a drink at St. James Infirmary later on."

"Sure." Mathias said.

"Have you been studying more grimoires with Freya?" Christy asked.

"Yeah. She and I also have been practicing spells and we practice with Nikole." Mathias said.

"That's good." Christy said. "Do you think that you can come with me somewhere?"

"Sure. Where to?" Mathias asked.

"The old Laforge House. Somehow, it feels like I'm being drawn to it." Christy said.

LAFORGE HOUSE

Christy and Mathias arrived in his car. They both gets out of the car and closes the car doors.

"Are you sure you want to be here?" Mathias asked.

"Yeah, I'm sure." Christy told him.

Mathias and Christy slowly walks further up to the house, but doesn't go inside.

"What magical energy do you sense, Mathias?" Christy asked.

"Something with darkness." Mathias said. "Do you think your dark alter ego is trying to re-emerge again?"

"I think so, yeah." Christy told her. "I can sense the dark energy."

"You said that it feels like you were drawn here to the Laforge House. Do you think that it could summon you here?" Mathias asked.

"I don't know, maybe." Christy said. "Let's leave."

Mathias and Christy walks back to his car. She looks back at the Laforge House and a light breeze flows through her hair.

"Christy?" Mathias said.

Christy looks at Mathias and they both gets back inside his car and drives away.

Later that day, in the ballroom, Christy is sitting at the table with a bottle of bourbon.

She takes another swig of her small drinking glass of bourbon.

"Day-drinking? How unusual of you." Klaus said, walking inside the ballroom and sits down at the table next to her.

"Yeah." Christy said.

"What is it?" Klaus asked.

"Last night, I had a glimpse of my dark alter ego." Christy told her husband.

Which makes Klaus becomes worried.

"And then, Mathias and I drove up to the Laforge House and I felt this dark energy." Christy told him, taking a swig of her bourbon.

"Did you and Mathias go inside the Laforge House?" Klaus asked.

"No. Mathias and I were outside and then, we left." Christy told him. "And before we left, I felt this light breeze from the Laforge House."

"Well, if your dark alter ego resurfaces again, we'll be ready." Klaus said.

"I don't want to become my Dark Enchantress again. I'm gonna hurt people and cause damage to things." Christy said, becoming worried.

Klaus and Christy exchange worried looks at each other and gently holds each other's hands, revealing their wedding rings.

ST. JAMES INFIRMARY

Later that afternoon, Mathias and Christy are sitting at a table with their drinks of bourbon.

"Thanks for hanging out with me, Mathias." Christy thanked her best friend.

"You're welcome." Mathias said to her. "We should hangout more often."

"Yeah, definitely." Mathias agreed.

Mathias and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

Mathias's phone buzzes on the table. He looks at it.

Nikole: Hey, Dad. Miss you.

"Freya or Nikole?" Christy said.

"Nikole. She misses me." Mathias said.

"Aww." Christy said with a small smile.

Mathias small smiles to himself. "Whenever Nikole goes to the Camp Orasani, she talks about it with me and Freya.

"Camp Orasani is a fun camp for indoor and outdoor activities." Christy said.

Mathias and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

FRENCH QUARTER

Mathias and Christy are taking a stroll together.

"I'm pretty sure that you know many magic spells from your grimoires." Christy said.

"Yeah, I do." Mathias said.

Mathias and Christy exchange playful chuckles with each other.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, some sewers erupt with fire.

"Oh gosh." Mathias said.

Some witches and vampires gets out of the way as the fire flows through the street just as Christy makes her eyes glow blue and creates her a force shield, blocking the fire from going any further.

"Everyone, clear out of here?!" Mathias exclaimed.

Mathias helps the witches and vampires gets out of the way and on the sidewalk and he does too.

Christy tries to hold back the fire with her magic, but it overwhelms her and she becomes engulfed with it, shouting out.

"Christy?" Mathias exclaimed.

As Christy is engulfed with the fire, her blue force shield protects her as she continues to shout.

And then, the fire vanished.

Christy is unconscious gently floating in mid-air. Her arms are spread out and there are glowing green veins on her face with her hair gently floating.

Mathias slowly walks up to her and gently cradles her in his arms. He becomes worried as he looks at the glowing green veins on Christy's face as it fades away.

"Mathias?" Christy said softly.

"You're okay, Christy. You're okay." Mathias said. "I'm taking you home."

"Let's go home." Christy said.

That late afternoon, in the upstairs bedroom of Klaus's and Christy's, Christy lays on the bed, asleep.

Klaus and Mathias are at the door frame, looking at Christy. And Mathias told Klaus what happened.

"That fire just came from out of nowhere and Christy used her magic to protect me and some witches and vampires." Mathias said.

"I'm glad you brought her home." Klaus said.

"Klaus? She had glowing green veins on her face, do you think she's gonna become her Dark Enchantress again?" Mathias asked.

"Let's not jump ahead to that conclusion as of now, Mathias." Klaus said.

"Okay." Mathias said.

Klaus and Mathias exchange worried looks at each other and looks at a sleeping Christy again.
