CHRISTY'S HOMESTEAD SAFE-HOUSE

The next day, Ana and Gia made some pancakes and waffles with orange juice in the kitchen.

Christy walks inside the living room, where Luna, Trinity, Nikole and Marion are at the kitchen countertop.

"Hey, Mom." Trinity greeted her Mom.

"Hey, Trin." Christy greeted back her youngest daughter with a small smile.

"So, what's on the agenda for today?" Gia asked.

"I have no idea." Christy replied, taking a cinnamon waffle and takes a bite out of it. And looks at a bottle of Meiji nutrition drink. "Is that a Meiji nutrition drink?"

"Yeah." Luna said, gently hands her mother a french vanilla Meiji nutrition drink. "They're really good."

"I love drinking these when I was a little kid. Hagarth brought me a six pack just for me." Christy said and takes a swig of the French vanilla flavored Meiji nutrition drink. "Oh my gosh. It still tastes the same."

"You really loved the nutrition drinks." Gia said.

"Yeah, I still do." Christy said.

And then, Christy's phone buzzes in her pants pocket. She takes out her phone and looks at it.

Klaus

Christy answers her phone. "Hey, Klaus."

"Hi, Christy. Theseus is here at the compound." Klaus told her on the phone.

Which makes Christy worried. "Okay, I'll be there." And hangs up her phone and looks at the girls. "We have to go back home."

"What's wrong, Christy?" Ana asked.

"Theseus showed up at the compound. I'm assuming that he has news." Christy told them.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

Later that day, after arriving back in New Orleans and back at the compound, Christy walks inside the courtyard where Theseus is with Klaus and Elijah.

"Theseus?" Christy said with her bow of her head.

Theseus bows his head at her. "Milady Christiana. We need to discuss something. Privately."

Christy looks at Klaus and Elijah. "Klaus? Elijah?"

Klaus and Elijah excuses themselves by walking away.

Theseus and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"I can assume that you know why I have come?" Theseus said.

"It's been confirmed, hasn't it?" Christy asked, gently folds her arms. "The Orasanians are battling The ShangQui?"

"It has." Theseus said. "I will be sending parchment papers to you, Zenith, Thalia and Maximus. I know the four of you have been pulled from retirement to fight."

"We don't mind it." Christy said.

"I know you don't mind it, you fight for the thrill." Theseus said. "What should I tell Bassea?"

"Will she be joining?" Christy asked.

"Do you think she is ready for battle? We Orasanians knows that every battle is a possibility of risk." Theseus said.

"I'll talk to her." Christy said.

"I will take my leave." Theseus said and slowly takes a step next to her. "We leave for ShangQui in three days. These battles will never be forgotten. Nor will the Great Legendary Orasanian Warrior Heroine."

Theseus and Christy exchange looks at each other and exchange small smiles at each other and Theseus opens a portal and disappears into it.

In the upstairs study, Christy slowly walks inside. She and Klaus exchange looks at each other.

"I can guess that you eavesdropped with the conversation with me and Theseus." Christy hinted.

"I sort of did." said Klaus. "Who is Bassea by the way?"

"She's my former apprentice." Christy told him and slowly walks up to him. "She's pretty cool."

Klaus chuckled softly to himself. "I look forward to meeting her."

"You will. I taught her some things." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other.

"When do you leave?" Klaus asked.

"In three days." Christy told him. "When ShangQui intruded Mount Orasani, I suspected that it was gonna begin a battle."

"And it has." Klaus said. "Just do me one favor?"

"Sure." Christy said.

"Return back home." Klaus said, gently pulls her close to him, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Every battle that you have fought in, you're the Great Legendary Orasanian Warrior Heroine. Just be careful."

"I always am." Christy said, gently cups his face with her hands.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and they gently leans their foreheads on each other's.

Later that afternoon, Zenith, Thalia and Max had came to the Mikaelson Compound and are in the courtyard with Christy sitting at the table.

"Somewhere in the back of my mind, I figured that when ShangQui intruded Mount Orasani, we were gonna battle them." said Thalia.

"Yeah, me too." Max said. "The ShangQui warriors don't mess around."

And then, four folded parchment papers magically appears on the table.

Zenith, Thalia Max and Christy exchange looks at each other and they each take a folded parchment paper and unfolds and reads it.

Dearest Zenith, Thalia, Max, and Christy,

I pulled you four from retirement to fight alongside the Orasanian Warriors for the Battle of ShangQui. The four of you will depart in three days by riverboat. I suggest you get plenty of rest and have your battle armor ready.

After receiving the parchment papers, Zenith, Thalia, Max and Christy exchange looks at each other.

"It's confirmed." Max said.

"We have three days until we leave." Zenith said.

"So we spend as much time as we can with our family." Christy said.

"Yeah." Thalia agreed.

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI / VEK'S AND BASSEA'S DOME APARTMENT

In the living room, Christy, Vek and Bassea are sitting at the table.

"So, it's been confirmed? The Orasanians are battling the ShangQui at their battlefield?" Vek said.

"Yeah, we are." Christy said. "Zenith, Thalia and Max are going along. Bassea? If you choose to go, this will be your first battle."

"Am I ready, Christiana?" Bassea asked.

"What do you think, B?" Christy asked.

Vek and Bassea exchange looks at each other and Bassea looks at Christy.

"I'm ready." Bassea said. "And I won't let you down."

"Don't let yourself down." Christy said and looks at Vek. "Vek?"

"I'll be there as well. I know I cannot worry about Bassea because she can handle herself. So, we'll be ready." Vek said.

"Okay, we leave for ShangQui in three days. So, you two get some last minute training, get plenty of sleep. We'll be traveling to ShangQui by riverboat." Christy said.

"Okay." Bassea said.

Christy gets up and walks away.

INDOOR COURTYARD

That evening, Ames is sitting on the steps, gently fiddling with his wedding ring on his left hand ring finger and his signet ring on his left hand index finger.

"Dad?" Christy said.

Ames looks up at his daughter and small smiles at her. "Christiana?"

Christy slowly walks up to her father and sits down next to him. "When I was a kid, you were going off to battle. So, I came out here and sat next to you. You were wearing your battle armor. I looked at your shield and gently soothed it."

"I remember." Ames said with a small smile.

"I asked you will you come back home." Christy said.

"And I assured you that I was returning back home to you and your mother." said Ames.

"And the next morning, before you left, you gave me your signet ring and told me to safe-keep it for you." Christy said.

Ames and Christy exchange looks at each other.

Flashback

In the indoor courtyard, Ames and a young Christy are sitting on the steps.

Ames is wearing his golden battle armor and his bronze shield. Young Christy gently soothes her fingers on her father's shield.

"Will you come back, Daddy?" Young Christy asked.

"I will return back home to you and your mother. I assure you." Ames said.

Another flashback

Ames and Nadia shared a passionate kiss. And he given young Christy his signet ring.

"Safe-keep for me, Christiana." Ames said.

"I will, Dad." Young Christy said.

Ames pecks a kiss on young Christy's forehead and walks away gently holding his helmet in his hand.

Present Day

Ames and Christy are still sitting on the steps in the indoor courtyard.

"Will you return back home to me and your mother?" Ames asked.

"I will, Dad." Christy told him.

Ames and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. She pecks a kiss on his left cheek and gently leans her head on his shoulder.

And Ames gently leans his head on hers.

Later that night, Trinity is sitting at the canvas easel, finishing her painting.

Christy slowly walks up to the door frame and admires Trinity's canvas painting, which is an abstract. "You paint just like your father."

Trinity looks at her Mom and small smiles. "Thanks, Mom."

"I'm gonna be leaving for a battle in three days." Christy said, slowly walks further inside and gently sits down on the ottoman. "I'm sorry that our trip was cut short."

"It's okay, Mom. We can always visit your homestead another time." Trinity said.

Christy and Trinity exchange small smiles at each other.

"You and Luna can share the Meiji nutrition drinks." Christy said.

"Okay. And what is Meiji anyway?" Trinity asked.

"It's a drink factory at Mount Orasani." Christy said.

"Do you ever get nervous about battle?" Trinity asked.

"Sometimes, I do." Christy replied. "Not knowing what to expect from your enemies, but I have to be prepared."

"Battles are scary, aren't they?" Trinity asked.

"They could be." Christy replied and gets up to her feet. "Alright then, I'll see you later."

"Okay, love you, Mom." Trinity said.

"Love you too, sweetheart." Christy said and walks away.
