Lillian's POV

I stood and looked around the huge island. Executor Island was absolutely huge. I admired it from where I stood. there was no time to admire it's beauty. Calem put his hand on my shoulder and smiled.

"It's beautiful huh?"

Asked Calem.

"Yeah it sure is."

I said.

"Yeah it's pretty but let's get going."

Said Paul.

"So Paul I didn't know you worked for Looker."

Said Ash.

"I do sometimes. I lend him my strength on some cases when I have the time."

Said Paul.

"So where's Luke?"

Asked Gold.

"Late as always."

Said Paul rolling his eyes.

"Why does this not surprise me?"

Said Silver sarcastically.

"Lillian Nebbie's not moving! I'm really worried and she looks different."

Said Lillie.

"It's as if it evolved."

I said in shock.

"It could have."

Said Gladion.

"Cosmog is one strange Pokemon."

Said Alain.

"No Type: Null is even weirder."

Said VG.

Gladion's Type: Null stood their and growled at VG.

"I didn't ask for your opinion!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Is there a time when you two aren't trying to kill each other?!"

I shouted.

"No not really."

Said VG.

"He starts it!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Shut up both of you!"

Said Aracel.

"Geez can you two act like grown ups?!"

Shouted Alec.

"Huh that's hilarious coming from you!"

Said VG.

Alec glared VG but ignored him.

"Ironic because VG is a grown up!"

Shouted Gladion.

"You better shut your mouth right now before I shut if for you!"

Shouted VG.

"SERIOUSLY CAN I AHVE SOME PEACE AND QUIET?!?!?!"

Shouted Silver.

VG and Gladion just looked at each other and stopped talking.

"Finally some silence."

Said Calem.

I looked at Calem and smiled at him.

"Let's not just stand around let's look for that shrine Guzma talked about in his letter."

Said Plumeria.

"First let's find Hapu. She'll be able to lead us there."

Said Aracel.

"Isn't Hapu a Trial Captain? Why would Guzma be friends with her I thought he hated Trial Captains."

Said Alec.

"Well it's a very long story as to why he hates the island Trials."

Said Plumeria.

"I thought it was because he couldn't become one."

Said Serena.

"Yeah me too."

Said Ash.

"That's it too but it's much more than that..."

Said Plumeria.

"Oh.... Is it really that personal?"

Asked Gold.

Plumeria nodded.

"Oh well we won't ask anymore."

Said Serena.

"Guzma will tell you when he's reddy Paul you already know."

Said Plumeria.

"Yeah I do."

Said Paul.

"How do you know?"

I asked.

"Lillian you probably don't remember this but Guzma used to be a battle brigade member."

Said Paul.

"Oh yeah I remember now."

Said Lillian.

"What's a battle brigade member?"

Asked Ash.

"In Cordelina region where I was born and where I'm living now, If you have beaten the Pokemon league or in Alola if you beat an island Kahuna you can challenge the battle brigade which is a part of the champion league. The battle brigade has a total of twelve facilities hidden around the Capitol of the Cordelina region which is the City where I lived and where I was born in. If you beat the first one they'll give you the location of the next facility. If you beat all twelve you can challenge the elite four and then the champion of any region."

Said Paul.

"Lillian did you do that?"

Asked Ash.

"Yep that is how I was able to challenge the elite four of Kalos and get my title of champion."

I said.

"Wow... That sounds amazing!"

Said Ash.

"The battle brigade member had to have beaten any Pokemon from any region at least once to become a battle brigade member."

Said Paul.

"And your saying that Guzma used to be one?! Is he really that strong?!"

Asked Ash.

"Yeah he sure is..."

Said Paul.

"Like a gym each facility specializes in a type of Pokemon. Guzma's specialty was big type Pokemon. He and his Partner Golisopd were unbeatable. They were one of the strongest members
of the battle brigade before they became member Guzma used to train with Hala one of the island Kahunas."

Said Paul.

"Wow one of the island Kahunas?! Really if Guzma was that strong than why did Guzma just give it up?!"

Shouted Ash.

"He got bored. No one could beat him. He go tired of winning all the time. You learn and gain experience from winning sure but when you lose you try to improve your weak points and make them your strong points. Then you become even stronger. Guzma thinks that he can't learn anything anymore because he wins all the time. He's tired of winning the only trainer who been able to beat Guzma is Selene."

Said Paul.

"Wait Selene you've challenged him?!"

Shouted Ash in shock.

"I sure have and I've beaten him several times he get really flustered he can't seem to figure what he needs to improve to make him stronger."

Said Selene.

"Wow.... I didn't know that... So is that why he wanted to become a trial captain?"

Asked Ash.

"There's much more to it than that but it's one of the reasons. He went to Alola and he wanted to become a trial captain but Hala refused to let Guzma become one because of his responsibilities as a battle brigade member and he's never really been kind to his opponents even when he's one. His battles no style is way too rough he and his Golisopod are both way too rough on their opponents. I will give him this at least he has a close relation ship with his Pokemon. He and his Golisopod are practically inseparable."

Said Paul.

"Wow their that close?"

Asked Ash.

"Guzma has been friend with that Pokemon since he first started on his journey when he was ten."

Said Paul.

"Wow so that long huh? Wow..."

Said Ash.

"Guys I have a confession!"

Said Aracel.

"What is it Aracel?"

I asked.

"You guys know that Cyrus was my father. You know that insane leader of Team Galactic who died in when he tried to enter his perfect war and almost started an uprising and war in Sinnoh and that Hunter J is my crazy aunt."

Said Aracel.

"Yeah but we know that. Don't tell me you have another crazy relative!"

Shouted VG.

"Shut up VG! Let's listen to what the little lady has to say."

Said Plumeria.

"Guzma's..... He's-"

Aracel stopped and paused for a minute.

"HE'S MY UNCLE ALRIGHT!!!!"

Shouted Aracel.

"WHAT?!?!?!?! YOU'RE UNCLE?!?!?!"

Shouted Everyone in unison.

"Aracel I already had a feeling you were related to him in some way in the letter it seemed like he really cared about you."

I said.

"Yeah I know. He's not a bad he's just bitter and angry that's all. Paul actually knew about it."

Said Aracel.

"It's because my brother challenged the battle brigade before. He challenged Guzma and lost. He had every symbol except Guzma's Swarm Symbol."

Said Paul.

"I can't believe that I forgot about all of this."

I said.

"We were really little Lil. I barely remember all the details I just know the basics."

I said.

"So Plumeria you seem to have a close relationship with Guzma."

I said.

"I told you he's like a father to me."

She said while crossing her arms.

"Are you sure?"

I asked while nudging her in the shoulder.

Her face turned a slight shade of red and she looked at me and looked very embarrassed.

"I told you he's just a good friend!"

She said.

"A very close friend."

I said while chuckling.

"Lillian stop with the meddling."

Said Alain while crossing his arms.

"Oh come on Alain you're just jealous that I have better luck in helping people with their romances than you!"

I said.

"I beg to differ!"

Said Paul while crossing his arms.

"Yes Lillian we have to reunite the Cupid squad!"

Said Gold.

"The Cupid squad?"

Asked Ash sounding confused.

"Me and Gold are the matchmakers and we help people find love!"

I said proudly.

"Oh please you two just make things worse remember when you two tried to set Mayleene and Reggie on a date?!"

Shouted Paul.

"You're brother is just too shy for his own good! He needs to open up more!"

Said Gold.

"Or maybe you two should just let my brother handle it. It's his personal life."

Said Paul.

"Paul your brother is married his kitchen supplies and his job! That's just sad and that's why he needs our help!"

I said.

"Oh my Arceus please not this again."

Said Paul rolling his eyes.

"Paul we need to find you a girlfriend."

I said.

"Stay out of it Lil! I'm warning you! You too Gold!"

Said Paul.

"But as your best friend it's my duty to help you find true love!!!"

Shouted Gold.

"And it's gonna be duty to knock you into next Tuesday if you get involved in my personal life!!!! Understand me Gold?!"

Shouted Paul.

"Okay than let's find Silver a girlfriend!"

I said.

"Oh my Arceus!"

Said Silver.

"Yeah buddy let me help!"

Said Gold.

"Gold I already don't like you! Don't make me want to kill you!!!"

Shouted Silver.

"Oh come on Silvy!"

Begged Gold.

"Call me that one time and I will kill you!!! I know where you sleep at night!!!!"

Shouted Silver.

"Okay in second thought let's stick to getting Guzma and Plumeria together."

Said Gold whispering in my ear.

"Good idea Gold!"

I said while him a high five.

"I'm not sure I'm gonna like this."

Said Plumeria.

"I don't like I either."

Said Paul while sighing.

Then Lillie ran in front of a huge tree.

"Wow look at this!"

Said Lillie.

"No don't!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

Then the giant tree swing it's tail scaring Lillie.

"Uh Paul I don't think trees have tails."

Said Gold in a nervous tone.

"It's Alolan Executor. Don't worry this Pokemon's actaully super friendly it won't hurt a fly."

We all turned around to see a small women with a mudsdale.

"Mam do you by any chance know a woman named Hapu?"

Asked Aracel.

"My my you must the children Guzma was talking about! Guzma was right about his niece being a beautiful and strong young lady. I've seen pictures of you Aracel and look at how you've grown. No wonder he's so proud. I would be proud if my niece was the unbeatable Sinnoh champion. And you must Lillian the champion of Kalos. You're Calem corrcet! You better treat this lovely young lady with respect. I mean she is our girlfriend after all."

Said the women.

Calem and I looked at each other and turned a bright shade of red.

"Oh no no. You've got it wrong Calem and I are just friends."

I said in nervous tone.

"Y-Y-yeah and I'm totally out of Lillian's league. She's the champion and I'm just a kid who can't even collect every gym badge with out a major struggle."

Said Calem nervously.

"You whippersnappers are so funny. You two already act like a married couple."

Said the lady laughing.

"No no no! Mam really we're just good friends."

Said Calem while turning redder than silver's hair.

"Karma Lillian."

Said Paul while snickering.

I glared at Paul and ignored him.

"Mam are you Hapu?"

Asked Aracel.

"Why yes I am little las and this is my trusty partner Mudsdale."

Said Hapu petting mudsdale.

"Well it's nice to meet one of my uncle's good friends."

Said Aracel.

"I'm happy I got to meet Guzma's lovely niece."

Said Hapu.

"So Hapu can you lead us to the shrine. We're kind of in a hurry."

Said Gladion.

"And you must be Gladion. Guzma thinks very highly of you."

Said Hapu.

"Well that's good to know but Mam Guzma's in trouble! He followed Colress and Lucile into the wormhole and we have to hurry!"

Said Gladion.

"Guzma sent me a letter. Arceus was able to us the last bit of its strength to send this letter to me. Poor Pokemon. I feel absolutely sorry Arceus and Miss. Lusamine. I'll lead you young whippersnappers straight there!"

Said Hapu.

"Thank you so much Miss Hapu! I really want to save my sister and I help my mother!"

Said Lillie. 

"And you will."

Said Elio smiling at Lillie.

Lillie nodded and we all followed Hapu to the shrine.
