Lillian's POV

My investigation had actually hit the jackpot when I found out a store was robbed in broad daylight, I had a gut feeling that Team Skull was behind all this.

"So you said you saw a strange Pokemon before all your watches were stolen?"

I asked while writing the things the store own said in my notepad.

"Yes! All my watches they're gone!!!"

Cried the store owner helplessly.

"Sir can you describe the Pokemon to me?"

I asked.

"It was strange. It looked like it was a man made Pokemon. It had a fin, it looked like it had the body of a Noivern, but it stood on four legs, it even had a wooden helmet on. It looked very strong and intimidating as well."

Said the store owner.

"If it's an original man made Pokemon than I only one person has it. If we find the person with that Pokemon than we'll have our thief it's simple."

I said.

"Let's see if I can any clues as to where this mystery thief is."

I said to myself.

I walked out of the store and had asked if anyone had seen the Pokemon the store owner had described and no one seemed to know anything.

"Geez I am at a dead end."

I said to myself.

I turned around to see man walking by with messy white hair wearing street clothes and he had a tattoo of a skull on his left arm.

"Hey I would offer to sell you a watch but I'm low on inventory so how about a pack of gum?"

Asked the man holding out a gum pack.

"No thanks."

I said.

"How about a piece of string?"

Said the man pulling things out of his pockets.

"No..."

"How about some dental floss?"

"Why would I want a some dental floss? Who do you take me for a homeless person?!"

I said while rolling my eyes.

"Hey don't diss the homeless kid."

Said the man.

"Okay... Whatever.... Well I'm going to get going..."

I said.

"You know kid you might want end your investigation kid. Team Skull aren't ordinary street thugs."

Said the man.

"Tell me what you know about Team Skull."

I said.

"Who said I knew anything."

Said the man crossing his arms.

"It wasn't confirmed that Team Skull robbed the store unless you were a whiteness or you are a member. Maybe I'd go as far as to say that you're their leader."

I said while putting my hands my hips.

Then the man snapped his fingers and a bunch of Team Skull grunts began to surround me along with a girl and another man I didn't recognize.

"Look kid we are Team Skull and I'm Team Skull's creator Guzma. You are in our territory."

Said Guzma.

"You're in real hot water with law enforcement. I mean I can make a huge list of all the crimes we could charge you with. Let's see, extortion, armed robbery, Pokemon trafficking, the list could go on and on. Do you want me to continue?"

I asked while unclipping one of my Pokeballs off of my belt.

"What proof do you have? Those are only rumors kid! The police can't even back up what they say!Did the police give you hard core evidence?"

Asked Guzma.

"Well no but-

"But what kid?! It's all accusations! Ya can't even pin us to a single one of the robberies in town. Ya have any whiteness or hard proof?!"

"No but I-"

"I may have admitted that I am Team Skull's leader but that doesn't mean I send these guys out to steal anything for me. It's our word against your's. I mean can ya prove that we broke into the jewelry store in town?!"

"Can you prove you weren't there?!"

I shouted.

"I have an alibi kid. I just bought a bottle of whine while the store was robbed because the liquor store happens to be across the street from the jewelry store. That doesn't make me a thief and you have nothing on us."

Said Guzma.

"That may be true but-"

"I even have a receipt to prove that I couldn't have pulled off that heist. Kid you're only here because ya thought we were causing trouble. We're just a group of people that live on the streets kid. What proof do you have?"

Said Guzma.

I hated to admit it but Guzma's absolutely right. I have no proof. I only came because I heard rumors that they could be behind the robberies and I thought this would help clear my head but so far this co called vacation was turning into a disaster.

"Hay boss I got what you asked for. It was real easy too a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I stole every watch out of that jewelry store. It was like taking candy from a baby."

I turned a round to see a boy with messy blonde hair wearing a black hoodie, black jeans with rips and tares in them, and a Pokemon that matched the Store owner's discription stood right next to him. The kid looked like my age and he was already committing felonies.

"That's all the evidence I need Guzma!"

I said.

Guzma looked up at the kid in shock.

"Let me guess I just ratted myself out didn't I?"

Said the kid face palming at his own mistake.

"GLADION YOU'RE AN IDIOT!!!!"

Shouted Guzma.

"So what now boss?!"

Asked Plumaria.

"The kid is out numbered there's no way she could beat all of us."

Said one of the grunts.

"I'm the champion of Kalos I think I can manage."

I said.

"So you're Lillian?!"

Asked Plumaria in shock.

"Who did you think I was?"

I asked.

"Some nosy detective that needs to stay out of our way. Sephiver use haze!"

Shouted Plumaria.

"See you later Kalos champ!"

Snickered Guzma as he disappeared into the think smoke.

A huge puff of smoke blocked my vision and but by the time the smoke cleared they were gone.

"I will find you guys!"

I shouted.

Then I heard a small groaning noise. Looks like that Gladion kid left his weird Pokemon behind. I'm not even sure what the heck this thing is called. It looked tired and probably passed out from the gas and got separated by the smoke. I know exactly how I am going to arrest. He'll eventually come back for his Pokemon but I'll just have to be smart and wait it out.

Gladion's POV

"Guzma where's Type: Null?!"

I shouted while panicking.

We were already evacuating to our true main base on one of the other islands. We were on in one of our many speed boats we use to access one of the main islands however Type: Null isn't here and I began to panic.

"Don't know don't care."

Said Guzma taking a sip of his whine which was concealed by a paper bag.

"TYPE: NULL IS MY PARTNER AND MY ONLY FRIEND!!!! YOU SHOULD CARE!!!!!"

I shouted while panicking.

"Gladion this sounds like a you problem."

Said Sho.

Sho was was Guzma's second in command and he could shatter a whine glass in his hands by barley squeezing it. He was that strong and intimidating. He was also very strong in battle.

"Go find it! It's not my problem. What's my top enforcer without his strongest and only Pokemon?! Oh that's right useless!"

Said Guzma.

I glared at Guzma but I knew that he was right. This was my problem. I should've been more responsible.

"I'm going to find Type: Null."

I said.

Plumaria released her Haunchcrow from its Pokeball and sighed.

"Come back safely."

Said Plumaria.

I'm start ring to think that Plumaria is the only one who actaully cares about me. In big sister kind of way. She was a heck of a lot better at being a big sister to me than Lusamine was.

"Thanks Plu! I promise I'll be back soon."

I said reassuring her.

I hopped onto Haunchcrow's back and began to search for Type: Null. I headed back to Meli Meli island and looked everywhere but I couldn't seem to find Type: Null anywhere. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Type: Null resting peacefully in one of the dark allies.

"There you are!"

I shouted running towards Type: Null.

Type: Null opened his eyes and ran up to me happily.

"Oh my Arceus I was so worried about you!!! I'm glad you're okay."

I said while hugging him.

"Type: Null will be okay but you won't be."

A girl appeared right in front of me. It was that girl who had busted me. it was the champion Lillian Duncan.

"I knew you'd come to this spot."

She said slyly.

"What do you want?!"

I shouted.

"To arrest you you from armed robbery and possibly a few other crimes. I'm taking you to the police station."

I said.

"There's no way I'm going to go willingly! Type: Null use Hyper Beam!"

I shouted.

Type: Null stood there and stared at me and shook his head.

"Type: Null! We have to make a getaway!"

I shouted.

"Type: Null likes me. He won't be attacking me."

She said.

"But-"

"It's over Gladion it's time to turn yourself in."

She said.

"I can't go to prison at the age of sixteen! I just a can't!"

I shouted almost on the verge of tears while sitting down on the concrete ground.

"I can't lose Type: Null either! I know that we would be sperarated and I can't allow that! Type: Null is in danger!"

I shouted.

"What kind of danger?"

She asked.

"Look Colress is out there doing some terrible things alright!"

I said while burying my face in my hands.

Lillian looked at me with Sympathy and walked towards me.

"Why don't I make you a deal?"

She said.

"What deal?"

I asked.

"You help me take down Team Skull and I'll convince the store owner to drop the charges. I have a feeling that you've been through a lot. You have to tell me more about Colress. You seem to know more than your letting on. If your in some sort of danger I can help you but you have to trust me Gladion."

She said.

"I can't do that! Guzma is the only one who took me in when no one else would! It's not like I wanted to be a thief! I had no choice' As far as I am concerned Guzma is the only person I have that's even close to family. My real family are just full of nut jobs!!!"

I shouted.

"Look Gladion. You seem like a good person. You don't seem as tough as you make yourself out to be. However I will have to arrest you if you don't cooperate. The lightest sentence you could get for your crime is five years in prison. Please just trust me. I'll protect you I promise.

Said Lillian.

Her Hazel eyes were filled sincerity. I could tell that she wouldn't ever betray me. I stood there not sure what to do. Should I have been helping her from the start then maybe I wouldn't be in this position of I hadn't have ran into Guzma.

I knew that this was the best decision for me and for type: Null. maybe Lillian can help us expose the Aether Foundation for what they really are, a bunch of crazy lunatics who want to commit mass murder by whipping out the entire human race but would she believe me if I told her?

"Fine I'll help you. You have to promise to take what I'm about to tell you into consideration. Please. I won't lie to you. You were honest with me now I'll be honest with you."

I said.

"That's great to hear Gladion. If you can do anything to help I would greatly appreciate it. I'm going to take you back with me to Professor Kukui's with my friends you can stay with us for the time being."

Said Lillian.

This is going to be interesting.... I thought to myself... She was actaully pretty nice when she wasn't being sassy and a know it all. She seemed sincere. I knew that I could actaully trust her.
