Lillian's POV

I didn't really get much sleep at all last night. It was 6:00AM and I was still awake. I noticed that spark was still asleep. At least he got some sleep. I sighed and got out of bed.

I rubbed my eyes and stretched my legs and walked out of my room. I went inside the bathroom and looked on the mirror. My hair looked like a Ratacate's nest and I had monstrous bag underneath my eyes and it didn't help that I didn't wash my makeup off the night before so I had eye liner and mascara smeared all over my eyes. I looked like a hot mess.

I brushed my hair and wiped off the smeared makeup. I looked a little better but I still looked like I had crawled out of bed. I walked out of the bathroom and went downstairs to the kitchen to get a bowl of cereal.

I went searching through the pantry and found empty boxes of cereal in the pantry.

"Great there's no food. Kukui has to run to the grocery store."

I said under my breath.

Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Gladion training Type: Null. I noticed that Gladion was holding something. This sparked my curiosity and I ran outside to see Gladion pushing something into Type: Null.

"What are you doing?"

I asked.

Gladion looked startled but smiled at me when he saw me.

"Oh hey Lillian. You're up early."

He said.

"Yeah I didn't sleep. What are you doing? And what are you carrying?"

I asked while yawning.

"Oh these? Those are disks. Apparently they can change Type: Null's typing but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. These disks were a gift from Lillie. She took them from Colress's lab. She said that you could use them to change Type: Null's typing but I haven't figured it out yet how to use it. That's what I'm trying to figure out..."

Said Gladion.

"Oh I see."

I said.

Then Gladion shoved the disk at Type: Null's side and it growled.

"What do you know where it goes?!"

Shouted Gladion in frustration.

Type: Null rolled his eyes at Gladion and sighed.

"You if you want I can help you."

I said.

"You sure?"

He asked.

I nodded.

"Thanks."

He said with a smile.

"No problem. I'm kind of curious myself as to what these disks are for."

I said.

I walked over towards Gladion and he handed me a disk and I began to examine it. The disk was red and it looked like a normal disk. It didn't look like it was anything really special.

"Gladion this just looks like a normal disk to me."

I said.

"Well they aren't normal. I'm glad that Colress just doesn't have them anymore. Who knows what he'll do with them."

Said Gladion.

"You've got a good point."

I said.

I sat there in wonder about the disks. I was curious as to what they were actually for.

Third Person POV

Plumaria and her group of grunts stood at the foot of the hill gazing over at the small town.

"There's gotta be some rare Pokemon in the jungle here. They're gonna be worth a fortune."

Said the male grunt.

"I heard rumors that there's a shiny Sylveon here living on the streets."

Whispered the female grunt.

Plumaria stood there staring at the small town thinking about what had brought her here to Team Skull as their head admin and big sister.

"Hey Boss is everything alright?"

Asked the female grunt.

"Yes everything's just fine."

She said.

"How much do you think that shiny Sylveon's worth?"

Asked the female grunt.

"Probably around a hundred thousand. People will pay anything to get there hands on a shiny Pokemon."

Said the male grunt.

"What's important is that we find this shiny Sylveon first. We'll worry about finding a client later."

Said Plumaria.

Plumaria sighed. She never liked selling Pokemon but then again what choice did she have? It's not like she had a family to come home to.

Team Skull was her family even though she may not have agreed with everything they do they're still her family and she intends to protect them and care for them as if they were her real family.

"Come on guys lets move."

Said Plumaria.

The grunts nodded and they snuck throw go the tiny town with haste and searched the ally ways for the shiny type Pokemon.

Eventually they came across a shiny Sylveon feeding her three babies which were only born only a few hours ago. The three Eevee were triplets who were only moments apart age.

Plumaria cringed at the thought of separating the mother from her babies but it's something that she had to do. She didn't have say. Guzma's orders were orders and that was that. No questions asked.

"You two I want you to surround Sylveon and be ready to fight."

Said Plumaria.

The two grunts nodded and both released their Pokemon which were Golbat and Arbok. Plumaria released her Sevipher and the three poison types surrounded the fairy type Pokemon. Sylveon hissed at the three poison types and guarded her babies.

"We aren't after your babies we're after you. Now Swphiver use bind!"

Shouted Plumaria.

The snake Pokemon warped its entire body around Sylveon.

"Perfect. Now let's finish the job."

Said Plumaria gentler putting the paralyzed Sylveon in the cage. Plumaria shut the cage door and locked it up tight.

"Good works guys. Now let's head for the base Guzma will be pleased."

Said Plumaria.

"Yes Mam!"

said the two grunts in unison.

"Ey boss what about the babies?"

Asked the male grunt.

Plumaria took a look at the three babies laying in an old card bored box covered with dirty blankets. None of the babies were shiny.

Eevee weren't rare in Alola unless they were shinnies and Sylveon was the rarest of the Eevelutions.

Just a normal Slyveon alone was worth at least thousands of dollars or more but Shiny Sylveon was worth more than gold. People would pay anything to get their hands on a shiny Sylveon.

"They aren't worth a thing let's go."

Said Plumaria.

Sylveon cried out for her babies and Plumaria cringed as she listened to Sylveon's cries.

"Hey boss we're ready to go."

Said the male grunt.

"Okay start the motor."

Said Plumaria.

The male grunt started the motor on the speed boat and they were off to Team Skull's base.

Lillian's POV

After a few hours of trying to figure out the disks we took a break and decided to head out for breakfast since none of the others were up yet. I quickly through my hair up into a ponytail and put on a line green tank, black converse tennis shoes and a pair of jean shorts and met Gladion on the beach.

I made sure that I was extra quite so that I wouldn't wake Spark much like me Spark was very grumpy in the mornings and Spark needed his rest. We walked through town and Type: Null remained close to Gladion's side.

"I've noticed that Type: Null goes with you wherever you go."

I said.

"Yeah Type: Null doesn't trust anyone else but me. It's been that way since I rescued him six months ago. We've only had each other. We're both really close and we rely on each other."

He said.

"You know you're different than I thought you'd be. I mean as the enforcer from Team Skull and everything. You're different. You seem to care about Pokemon while Guzma uses Pokemon as tools and for money. I mean most of the evil teams I've fought only only used Pokemon for tools and to benefit themselves. I mean Team Rocket's goal is to exploit Pokemon. They only want to use Pokemon to carry out horrible plans. I even ran into the famous Pokemon Hunter J. She sells and steals other people's Pokemon just because they would fetch a good price. Team Skull's not any different. You really surprised me Gladion."

I said.

"What did you think I was like?"

He asked.

"I thought you'd be a little more aggressive."

I said.

"Well I'm not as tough as you seem to think I am. I was actually very scared to leave home. It's something I've never done before. Type: Null was the brave one. Then again he was created to adapt to his surroundings."

Said Gladion.

"I wouldn't blame you. I would be scared too but that was brave what you did. You saved Type: Null. You even stood up to your older sister. I admire you for that. You stood up for what believed in regardless off what the outcome would've been."

I said.

"Thanks."

Said Galdion turning a bright shade of red.

"You know when I first met you I thought that you would be extremely bossy and a know it all but I was wrong."

Said Gladion.

"You're not the first person to think that. My job as detective requires me to act in a manor. It's to throw people off. I like to prove people wrong and surprise them."

I said.

"You definitely proved me wrong. You're actually a very nice person."

Said Gladion.

I blushed and looked away. Stop it Lillian you can't like three guys!!! I said to myself.

"Where would you like to go for breakfast?"

Asked Gladion.

"I would definitely like some caffeine in my system before I crash and burn from lack of sleep."

I said.

"Nightmare?"

"How'd you guess?"

I asked.

"I just had a feeling. What was it about?"

Said Gladion.

"It was about a lot of things actually. It didn't start off as a nightmare that's for sure. It was like a recurring memory. It was literally the day I became champion and the day of the big celebration for the people who had helped stop Team Flare. My best friend and I had gotten into a huge fight that day. It was about my boyfriend who turned out to be nothing but a cheater and a liar. I should've listened to him. We eventually made up but I still wish that had've listened to him but it was also the night I met someone else and he had comforted me through my pain and we've been close friends ever since."

I said.

"Let me guess is it Calem?"

"You have good instincts. Yeah Calem and I are very close."

"And by close you mean you like like him?"

Asked Gladion with a smirk on his face.

I turned a bright shade of red and playfully nudged Gladion.

"No."

I said while crossing my arms.

"You're in denial."

Said Gladion.

"Maybe a little bit. Is there a girl that you like?"

I asked.

Gladion's face turned a bright shade of red.

"There's two girls actually. She's really smart and very pretty. The other one is always smiling and she's very cute."

Said Gladion.

"Who are theses girls?"

I asked.

Gladion blushed and turned away.

"No one you know..."

Said Gladion turning away.

"Fine don't tell me. You know that I'll figure it out eventually."

I said.

Gladion turned away and looked up at Type: Null and gently pat him on the head.

"Here's a coffee shop just up the street."

Said Gladion pointing to a small cafe.

Gladion and I headed inside the cafe and sat down next each other and began to order our breakfast.

Calem's POV

"Where is she?"

I asked while turning to Rj who was digging through Kukui's pantry looking for  something to eat for breakfast.

"I don't know I'm not her bodyguard or anything. Why do you care is it because you like her?"

Asked Rj.

My face turned a bright shade of red.

"No... It's just... She gets herself I to dangerous situations all the time and she worries me constantly."

I said.

"Lillian's a detective and the champion of Kalos I thinks he can handle herself. Seriously?! There's not even cereal in this pantry?! Kukui needs to run to the store!"

Shouted Rj in frustration.

"Well I guess that you're right."

"That Kukui needs to run to the store?"

Asked Rj.

Calem face palmed and sighed.

"No Rj forget about breakfast and focus."

"I can't focus without breakfast."

Said Rj while stomach growled.

"Oh my Arceus Rj! Stop digging through the pantry and focus. You were right about Lillian being able to handle herself. I should trust that she can do things in her own."

I said.

"Yeah I know. Lillian's as tough as nails. She's not a little girl Calem."

Said Rj.

"What if she starts liking Gladion over me?! That could happen!"

I said while panicking.

"Calem it's fine. She's totally into trust me. Gladion's only helping her find the real bad guys then he'll be on his way."

Said Rj.

"Are you sure about that because I think Lillian went off with Gladion alone and by herself and that worries me."

I said.

"You shouldn't worry she totally like you. She's one of my best friends you need to trust me on this one."

Said Rj.

"Thanks Rj."

"For what?"

He asked.

"For reassuring me. You're a good friend."

I said.

"Thanks. Since you're my friend you want to treat me to breakfast?"

Asked Rj while his stomach rumbled.

I sighed but nodded.

"Okay Rj we'll go get breakfast might as well bring breakfast back for everyone since Kukui hasn't gone to the store yet."

"Yes!"

Said Rj happily.

"Who knows maybe we'll bump into Lillian and Gladion."

Said Rj.

"I highly doubt it."

I said.

"Well let's head out before I die of hunger."

"Whatever you say Rj."

I said while opening the door for him.

We both walked out the door and went to get some breakfast.

Third Person POV
"Hey James I heard that there's a group of abandoned Eevee in the ally."

Said Jessie who was spying on Gladion and Lillian.

"Oh really Eevee are very rare Pokemon."

"You two boneheads need to think! Eevee aren't rare in Alola! They're everywhere! Why would the boss want three Eevee when he can have Type: Null I mean look at that thing! It looks incredibly strong! And we can give him Pikachu as a bonus."

Said Meowth.

"That's great! Idea we'll definitely beat Cassidy and Bill for sure!"

Said Jessie.

"We'll show the boss that we're best!"

Said James.

"It's about time that he sees who his best agents are."

Said Meowth.

All three of them snickered as they began to piece a plan together.

Lillian's POV

"That was a great breakfast."

I said while finishing off my waffles.

"Yeah it sure was."

Said Gladion.

I took a sip of my mocha and smiled.

"I like cafes like this: it reminds me of home."

I said.

"So there are a ton of cafes in Kalos?"

He asked.

"Yeah there sure are. They all have amazing deserts."

I said with a smile.

"Sounds like a pretty neat place."

Said Gladion.

"Kalos is definitely great place to be."

I said while taking a sip of my mocha.

"You want to head back home now? Everyone's probably up by now."

Said Gladion.

"Yeah sure let's head back home."

I said.

Then out of nowhere a giant cage fell over Type: Null trapping him in.

"Type: Null!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

"This is our mission so you better listen!"

"Prepare for trouble!"

"And make it double!"

"To infect the world with devastation!"

"To blight all peoples within our nation!"

"To denounce the goodness of truth and love!"

"To extend our wrath to to the stars above!"

"Cassidy!"

"And Butch!"

"Team Rocket circling earth all day and night!"

"Surrender to us now or you'll surely lose the fight!"

Said Cassidy and Butch finishing up their motto.

"Great your the other annoying Team Rocket!"

I said while rolling my eyes.

"Great and your that annoying little trainer!"

Said Cassidy.

"We got orders from the boss to capture Type: Null he's quite interested in it."

Said Butch.

"Well you can't have it!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Give back Type: Null!"

I shouted.

"Fat chance!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"Biff let's make out getaway!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"THE NAME IS BUTCH!!!!"

Shouted Butch in frustration.

"Lillian we have to stop them!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

"My Pokemon are at home sleeping!"

I shouted in frustration.

"Great so we're basically doomed!"

Shouted Gladion.

Then an energy ball attack was shot out at Cassidy and Butch's balloon causing them to crash.

"Good work Chesnaught!"

I turned around to see Calem and Rj standing behind us.

"Calem?! What are-"

"No time to talk we'll talk about it later."

Said Calem.

"So it looks like Cassidy and Bill showed up its been quite sometime since I've beaten you guys..."

Said Rj.

"THE NAME IS BUTCH NOT BILL!!!!"

Shouted Butch waving his fist angrily in the air.

"Great there's more of you?! This makes our job harder! Houndoom take care of this annoying pest!"

Shouted Cassidy releasing her Houndoom.

"You too Mityenna!"

Shouted Butch releasing his Mityenna.

"Lucario lets go!"

Shouted Rj releasing his Lucario.

"Lucario use Aura Sphere on Houndoom!"

Shouted Rj.

"Chesnaught use Hyper Beam on Mityenna!"

Shouted Calem.

Both of Houndoom and Lucario's attacks combined into one and hit both Pokemon.

"And you call us losers!"

Then Jessie and James' Meowth shaped balloon showed up and they grabbed type: Null's cage with its robotic arm.

"Not you three again!"

I shouted.

"James let's show Cassidy and Hutch who has the cooler motto!"

Said Jessie.

"Let's do it Jess!"

"Prepare for trouble!"

"And you better make it double!"

"To protect world from devastation!"

"To unite all people's within our nation!"

"To denounce the evil's of truth and love!"

"To extend our reach to the stars above!"

"Jessie!"

"James!"

"Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light!"

"Surrender to us now or you'll surely lose the fight!"

"Meowth that's right!"

Said Team Rocket finishing there motto.

"Great there's two Team Rocket's?!"

Shouted Gladion.

"And I thought only one was annoying! They're both equally annoying!"

I shouted.

"Oh please Cassidy and Butch are the real losers!"

Shouted Jessie.

"They even copied our motto because they couldn't think of their own!"

Shouted James.

"Yeah they don't even have a Pokemon that can talk!"

Said Meowth arrogantly.

"How does that help? It's just more annoying."

I said under my breath.

"Why the nerve of you three! If anything you copied us!"

Shouted Butch.

"How dare you call us losers when you three are the biggest laughing stock from Team Rocket! Houndoom teach these three losers some manners with Flamethrower!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"Sevipher use Poison Tail!"

Shouted Jessie releasing her Sevipher.

"I'll show you my newly evolved Malamar!"

Shouted James releasing his Malamar.

Malamar came out and and wrapped its tentacles around James strangling him in the process.

"Now's not time for hugs!"

Shouted James trying to get Malamar off of him.

Jessie face palmed in embarrassment and halted at her partner.

"I just wish his brain would evolve a little!"

Shouted Meowth.

"While those five are busy fighting let's free Type: Null!"

I said to Gladion.

We walked in front of the Type: Null's cage and Malamar blocked the cage.

"What do you two think you're doing?!"

Said James with a smirk on his face.

"Lucario use Aura Sphere!"

Shouted Rj.

Lucario's Aura Sphere hot knocking out James' Malamar.

"Lucario use Aura Sphere to break Type: Null's cage!"

Shouted Rj.

Aura sphere hit but it didn't leave a scratch.

"It's didn't do a thing!"

Shouted Rj.

"Of course because it's attack proof!"

Said Butch Laughing.

"There's no way you're gonna break Type: Null out of our attack proof cage. I'm in control with this remote!"

Said Butch.

"Okay Lucario use Bone Rush on Sephiver!"

Shouted Rj.

Bone Rush knows out Sevipher in three clean hits.

"And we're the losers?!"

Said Cassody laughing.

"Why don't we wowk togetha since we all afta the same thing! The boss will give us all big promotions!"

Shouted Meowth.

"That is true..."

Said Cassody,

"We will all squash these pests together!"

Shouted Butch.

"Go Yamega Silver wind!"

Shouted Jessie releasing her Yamega.

"Houndoom use fire blast!"

"Mityenna use Dark Pulse!"

"Go Carnevine Bullet Seed!"

Shouted James releasing his Carnevine.

Carnevine clamped down on James' head and he squealed in pain.

"It's not dinner time yet!"

Shouted James throwing his Carnevine off of him.

All the attacks hit Lucario and Chesnaught allmost knocking them out.

"There's too many of them!"

Shouted Rj.

"Looks like we win this time!"

Said Jessie while smirking.

"Not so power and mighty after all!"

Shouted Cassidy while laughing.

Gladion stood there looking at the cage.

"We can't give up!"

Said Gladion.

"I know but we're out numbered! What do you think we should do?!"

Shouted Calem.

Then three Eevee came out of the ally and began jumping up and down and ran towards us.

"What are these Eevee doing here?"

Asked Calem.

"I don't know they sure are cute."

I said.

"They're worthless to us. Houndoom use flamethrower!"

Said Cassidy.

Then two of the Eevee used attract on Cassidy and Butch's Pokemon causing them to be infatuated.

"This is just fantastic!"

Shouted Cassidy.

Then the other Eevee used double edge on Type: Null's cage shattering it.

"HOOCH YOU SAID THIS CAGE WAS ATTACK PROOF!!!!!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"WHEN WILL YOU LEARN TO GET MY NAME RIGHT!!!! WE'VE BEEN PARTNERS FOREVER YOU DUMB BLONDE!!!!"

Shouted Butch.

Type: Null ran to embrace Gladion.

"I'm so glad that you're okay!"

Said Gladion hugging Type: Null.

"Let's finish this! Type: Null use Tri Attack!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

Type: Null fired its Tri attack and sent the two Team Rocket Teams Flying.

"We had them but then those stupid Eevee triplets came along and ruined it for us!!!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"Well look at the bright side we almost won."

Said James.

"THERE IS NO BEIGHT SIDE JAMES WE STILL LOST!!!!"

Shouted James.

"And those annoying kids still don't get my name right!"

Shouted Butch.

"WHO CARES HOOCH?!"

Shouted Cassidy.

"EVEN MY OWN PARTNER CAN'T GET MY NAME RIGHT!!!!!!"

Shouted Butch.

"Who cayas! Because-"

Said Meowth.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!!!!"

Shouted the two teams in unison.

"Well they're gone hopefully they won't come back."

Said Gladion.

"Don't get your hopes up too high they always come back!"

I said while sighing.

"We the Eevee to thank."

Said Calem.

Then I saw the Eevee passed out on the pavement.

"They must be exhausted. Let's take them to Kukui's house."

I said.

Rj, Gladion and Calem nodded and I scooped up the three Eevee in my arms and we began to head home.
