Hey, gurls!

So, after a million forevers, y'all finally get the first chapter!

Also... only one person suggested extra, but I was already thinking about it anyway, so I'm going to do it.

Anyway, let's get this thing started!

*Michelle POV*

My eyes snap open, and I look over at the clock, seeing the numbers 6:05 a.m displayed there.

Oh, no! I overslept!

I bolted out of bed, mind still slightly buzzing from the dream I'd had earlier...

I was in a dark room, surrounded by several other people.

There was loud music in the background, which should have been a problem.

Instead, I felt elated...

I felt free.

I shook my head, trying to focus.

This is not the time to dwell on a stupid dream, I told myself, starting to get ready for school.

I pulled my favorite white dress out of my closet, along with a pair of silver leggings, silver stockings, and white shoes.

Granted, all of my clothes were either white or silver, but that's just the way it's supposed to be.

As I got dressed, I glanced up at myself in the mirror, checking my reflection.

In my dream, my hair had been black, and my skin very pale.

Thankfully, my regular reflection gazed back at me from the mirror: a blonde, slightly tanned, blue-eyed girl.

I smiled hesitantly.

Today is no different than any other day, I told myself.

How was I supposed to know that this would be the last time those words ever came to my mind again?

A/N: Not much, I know.

But, for some reason, this one isn't as easy as I thought it would be.
