❝What a relief, that we are seven. What a relief, that we are together.❞

“You know what? Fuck you. I want a divorce.”
“You don't mean that Strawberry. We aren't even married yet.”
“Imma fucking move out and I'm taking Yeontan with me.”
“Hands off the pup. You can't take my son.”
“He's my son too and he loves me more. Isn't that right Tanie? Who's a good boy- ouch!- Did you just throw your shoe at me, Jeon?”
“You were harassing my son, Kim. Now stand back and hand him to me.”
Taehyung huffed, hugging the pup closer to him. “I'm sick and tired of this attitude Tae. You're just...”
“A what? A hassle? A burden to you?” The younger snapped, the visible tears in his eyes threatening to flow.
Three years later, the couple decided to move in together once Taehyung was finished with his education. Jungkook turned into a famous videographer while the younger took the position as President at Kim Corp.
Thankfully, the younger's mother recovered quickly from the accident but immediately handed the position as CEO to her daughter, making her son the President. It was hard at first, having such responsibilities on his shoulders but his lover made sure to help him in anyway he could.
In the span of three years, they managed to strengthen their relationship. They had their own momentsㅡ the good and the bad. One of those bad moments is when they argue, specifically, when Taehyung feels incapable of loving himself.
Time. Taehyung still needed time to fully accept himself and his insecurities. He was almost there. Just a few more steps and he'll finally learn how to love himself. Jungkook was such a dear to be able to put up with that side of him and he was so thankful.
Back to the present, the older sighed while making his way towards his boyfriend and the puppy. “You know that's not what I meant baby. You're never a burden, okay love?” he whispered, snaking his arms around the younger's slim waste.
“I-i know and m'sorry for being s-so childish,” Taehyung sniffed as he leaned into the warm embrace.
Jungkook couldn't help but coo then pinched his baby's soft cheeks. “Such a cutie. This lil' cutie is all mine.”
The younger hummed. “All yours.”
They sat back on the couch, cuddling with Yeontan by their side. “Funny how we fought just because I said water is wet,” laughed Jungkook.
“Because it's not wet! How many times to I have to ugh nevermind. It's funny how you still call me strawberry even if I have ash grey hair now. I mean, look at your hair!” added Taehyung, playing with his own hair.
“You taste like strawberries though.”
Taehyung gasped, a blush forming on his cheeks. “Kookie not in front of the child!” he scolded once he covered the pup's ears.
The mentioned male chuckled, pressing a kiss onto his lover's forehead. “It's the truth though. Now put our child in his pen so we can finally clean up the mess you've made.”
The young businessman glanced at his surroundings, eyeing the shoes, pillows and his least favourite box of cereals all over the floor. “M'sorry for throwing things at you Kook,” he apologized, giving the older his signature puppy eyes.
“It's okay strawberry but no, you aren't excused from helping me clean this up-”
“-but!”
“Help hyung clean this up and I'll reward you.”
Needless to say, that was the most exercise Taehyung did in his entire life.

The day after, the couple managed to sleep in a few hours longer. That would've been totally fine if it were any regular day but no. They could absolutely not be late today.
“I really want a divorce right now. Seokjin is so going to kill us! We can't be late for his wedding for fucks sake,” panicked Taehyung who just finished tying his necktie.
“And how is this my fault?” Jungkook scoffed.
That's right everyone. After six years of dating, Kim Namjoon finally had the balls to propose to his boyfriend. The whole camp went insane when they heard the news. Heck, even Taehyung was thrashing around while they were facetiming.
Today was their wedding day and Taehyung really had no plans of being late.
“You fucked me too hard hyung.”
“I'm taking that as a compliment.”
The chaotic couple managed to reach the event thirty minutes before it started. Now Jimin was grabbing his best friend by the ear while giving him the lecture about how being late at your mom-like hyung's wedding sounds bad on many levels.
“And here I thought you would be early,” tsked Jimin who stopped hitting the poor ash grey haired friend.
“Aigooo stop hurting me Jimin. I said I'm sorry! Look, the organizers are calling for us.”
Seokjin looked ethereal. He wore a crisp white suit, a smeraldo flower in his breast pocket, and a beautiful veil to match his attire. Standing by the altar was Namjoon clad in a black suit and a red rose in his breast pocket.
“Jin, when I first met you, we were just youngsters who fell in love fast, with no idea what to do in the real world. We struggled, laughed, cried and even thought of giving up. But our love was stronger and you motivated me to find my purpose here in this world. I love you Kim Seokjin. I am absolutely in love with you and I am blessed to be marrying you today. I promise to be your lover, friend and companion throughout this relationship. I will be your ally in parenthood, greatest fan and ever present listening audience.”
Everyone was stunned after hearing Namjoon's vow. Even Jin himself was really trying not to breakdown.
“O-okay wait. I need time to recover,” stuttered Jin, making the guest laugh.
“Now I'm ready. Namjoon, because of you, I am who I am today. Because of you I love, take risk and dream. I never had a complete family and you filled in those gaps in my heart. You made your way and became my home. With you, I started Orange Pine. We took care of the children as if they were our own together. Now I want to start my own family with you. I want to be the one you see when you wake up, the one to lean on, the one to love. I promise to be with you and love you in sickness and in health. I am so damn in love with you and marrying you will be the greatest decision I'll make,” finished Seokjin.
Yoongi comforted his two boyfriends that kept sobbing into the crook of his neck while Taehyung and Jungkook swelled with pride.
“Jungkook our hyungs are so cool my wig-”
The older engulfed him into a hug. “Shut up Tae. You're speaking in stan lingo again.”

The wedding was a success. The reception was held in one of the famous events place in Seoul and the dishes were to die for. Jungkook even got a special mention from the bride and groom because of the amazing wedding video he edited/directed for them. (cough GCF cough).
The newlyweds were currently at the airport and were being sent off by their closest friends.
“Mhm Joonie-hyung! Don't forget to bring back souvenirs from France,” Jimin reminded, giving him was last hug.
“Of course Jimin. Well, we'll see you in two weeks!” said the tall male. They bid their farewells not long after and went on with their lives.
Jungkook drove today just 'cuz he felt like it. The younger looked at him suspiciously because since when did his boyfriend drive when they went out together? Taehyung usually drove since the older always felt too tired to drive especially after work.
“Alright where on earth are you taking me Kookie?”
The mentioned male shrugged, telling him to sleep instead because they won't be there soon. Whenever Jungkook was like this, you couldn't persuade him any longer so Taehyung let's him be.
A hour long nap later, the sun had set and the couple arrived at their destination. The younger was still groggy at first, not being able to comprehend his surroundings as he was pretty much still sleepy.
“Whaㅡholy shit you did not!” he gasped after being able to see clearly.
The familiar rustic sign greeted them. Big letters carved into the wood, spelling out the words WELCOME TO ORANGE PINE. The material almost seemed faded after the years but the memories they made there would always remain vividly.
Taehyung beamed. Although his boyfriend was still an instructor during the summer at Orange Pine, he hadn't been able to go to the campsite for a long time because he was busy launching projects with his sister and so on so forth. Without wasting any more time, the instructor led them towards the nostalgic cabin room #15, instructor's room #2.
Also known as their old shared bedroom.
“Nothing's changed huh?” he muttered, eyeing the room's every nook and cranny. The older hums in agreement, his cherry red hair standing out amidst the beige walls of the room.

Jungkook took him by the hand, lead him to the bed and lied down. “I tried to maintain its look ever since you stopped joining. Everything's the same except for you being here,” he sighed, burying his face in the younger's hair, enjoying his sweet scent.
“Well I'm here now, aren't I?” Taehyung whispered softly, delivering a peck to his boyfriend's lips.
“Yes. Yes, you are.”
They went silent for a moment. Bodies relaxing as they listened to each other's soft breaths and the faint thump of their hearts. It was during moments like this when Taehyung felt that he was truly happy. He loved every second of it.
“You're staring Kookie.” Jungkook swore that Taehyung's giggles would be the death of him.
The cherry haired blushed, still embarrassed being caught even after all these years. “I love you,” he mouthed.
“I know.”
He pouted in annoyance. “C'mon babe. Say it back,” was what he said, earning another giggle coming from the boy beside him.
Taehyung sifts a little while trying to fully face the bunny beside him. “Jeon Jungkook, I purple you and you know that I'll trust and love you for a long time.”
“Mhm. Summer's coming soon though. Try visiting camp sometime so I won't be lonely for once.”
Taehyung smiles apologetically. He nods, although it wasn't much of an assurance that'd be able to visit.
A kiss to his collarbone. Another to his cheek, then to his nose and lastly on his lips. Lips moving against each other, soft and sensual. They poured every ounce of their emotions to the kiss, smiling when they received the same intensity from their partner.
They parted, eyes hazy and dazed.
“Strawberry, summer just turned a hundred times hotter since I've met you,” joked Jungkook after awhile.
“Kook, the only difference is that summer has its end. Our love has none.”
❝ Thank you for joining campers. See you next summer! ❞
