Chapter 11: The Perfect Night

Henry's POV:

She was babbling, she only did that when she was nervous and didn't know what else to say, and then she ran off. Man, what have I done?! This is all my fault if it wasn't for me and my mouth none of this would've happened!

But maybe this could be a good thing I just need her to stop freaking out to explain everything better to her.

I kinda admit after she ran off my heart kinda hurt but I understand her actions she was caught completely off guard and didn't know what to do, but still I couldn't help but feel a little rejected.

I tried to go looking for her at her cabin but she wasn't there. Could she be trying to avoid me? I looked near the mess hall, the bathrooms, the whole camp basically looked deserted because most of the campers were still at the party so it shouldn't be this hard to find her.

I finally found her as I rested my hand on her shoulder.

"Hey I was looking for you," we both said at the same time.

"I'm sorry for running off like that." She said shyly.

"No I'm sorry for just blurting what I said out loud." I replied.

Man I could feel my face heating up just by looking at her.

"No, you shouldn't be apologizing. I'm the one who screwed up! I'm the one who has never appreciated anything you did for me, I was so stuck up and selfish and mean to you! I don't even know if you could forgive me! And when you said what you said I was scared and happy at the same time and didn't know what to say so I panicked!" She yelled, practically out of breath and angry at herself.

I was so struck with hope by her words that I hadn't noticed that we both moved considerably closer towards each other.I was just so happy she wasn't mad or angry with me that I just hugged her unable to restrain myself. I pulled her into a hug and then as we pulled away slightly we both looked in each others eyes, her dark brown orbs making my insides turn to mush as I thought this is possibly the best moment ever. That's when I had the courage to do it I finally kissed her wanting to since the first day I saw her.

And it was worth the wait when she kissed me back.

This was probably one of the best moments in my life and I couldn't contain the smile that broke on my lips as I kissed the most perfect girl in the world for the very first time!

Isabelle's POV:

After Henry had kissed me we were both still in each others embrace and it just felt right in that moment.

Though I still couldn't help but wonder would if what we have would last? But right then I didn't really care.

"You don't know how long I have been waiting to do that." Henry said playfully.

We both smiled at each other and finally separated.

"Hey Isabelle do you think...maybe..you would want to go out with me?" He said questionably.

"Of course! I would love to." I replied enthusiastically.

"Great! So Saturday I will stop by your cabin at six?" He asked.

"Sounds like a plan!" I grinned.

We both realizing what time it was and went back to our cabin both of us grinning like crazy.

By the time I got back to my cabin it was almost one o'clock in the morning but thankfully Natalie was already fast asleep.

Things were finally turning up for the better for me this summer. And hopefully they will stay this way,but knowing my luck it won't but I didn't listen to myself anyway.

Sparks flew when Henry and I kissed and all I could do was grin madly until I drifted off into a peaceful happy sleep.

Ok guys I know this chapter kinda sucks but I was having a bit of writers block on this particular chapter but it will get better!
