This is a OS based on a scene of Kahiin To Hoga. Kashish feels hurt on seeing Sujal in pain. She fails to understand why is she feeling sympathetic for the murderer of Piyush all of a sudden? But I have made changes to the scene. Here I am showing that he has returned from jail. He was imprisoned on the charge of murdering Piyush. And Kashish has come to know that he is innocent. All lyrics included in this story shall be composed by me, if not then it will be mentioned! :)

"Mumma Kashish kahan hai?",

asks Sujal, standing outside the court.

"Sujal tujhey abhi-abhi rihah kiya gaya hai, ghar chal beta, wahan aram se baat karenge",

says her mother trying to avoid discussing about Kashish.

"Kashish kahan hai Mumma?",

he repeats his question, raising his voice slightly, frustrated on not being able to see Kashish.

"Kashish apne ghar chali gayi hai Big B!" ,

informs Hrishi, although he hates to mention about her, because, because of her Sujal faced all the pain that he is actually facing till now.

How bad Hrishi could be, but he can't stand the fact that his Big B is hurt!

"Bhabhi! Kashish tumhari bhabhi hai Hrishi!",

Sujal rectifies his words, turning to look at him.

The wrinkles on Sujal's forehead makes it clear to Hrishi that he ain't pleased on listening to the way his brother addressed Kashish.

"Big B...",

he starts but gets interrupted by his dad,

"Hrishi!"

Shaking his head in frustration, looking anywhere but towards Sujal, he leaves.

"Hrishi...",

calls his mother.

"Jane do ussey Mumma, main ussey baat kar lunga".

Soon they reach 'RnG house'. As they exit the car, no one notices but Sujal does, that the light of his room is on! Sujal stares towards the window of his room and sees the reflection of Kashish on the curtains of his room. The mere thought that Kashish is back safely, succeeds in relaxing Sujal. The only thing that he needs right now is seeing that she is okay! A hug...! No! He can't rush. He has never rushed. He is patient, and he'll be the same, he has to take each step carefully. But since when has he started being careful in front of Kashish? Since when has he started thinking twice before saying or doing anything to Kashish? He knows she is his possession! She had been all these time, even when she was married to Piyush, he knew he had that authority. Pura haq hai Sujal ka Kashish par, pehle bhi tha aur aaj bhi hai!  (Kashish has full right on Sujal, she had it earlier too and she has it even today!)

He walks into their mansion. His mother notices how torn off he looks. In his black tucked out shirt and his blue jeans, hair slightly messed up, he looks utterly tired. Without greeting anyone goodnight, he climbs up the stairs to reach his room. He doesn't wish a goodnight to other. But then, when had he ever bothered about what others think about him? According to him he is the worst person on the earth in the eyes of all other members of the family and he doesn't give a damn to the thoughts of others! The only people whose judgments are important for him, he really gives heed to are his mother and his Kashish! He knows he doesn't have to explain anything to his mother, as she'll understand him perfectly as always. And Kashish... well it's time to confront her!

The sound of the turning of the handle of the door alerts Kashish. She quickly switches off the lamp of the study table, which was the only source of light in the room at that moment, as she didn't bother to switch on the other lights. The low light of the lamp was enough for her and was complimenting her mood! But Sujal switches on the lights of the room, staring at Kashish, whose back is towards him.

(Sujal-Kashish slow tune begins in the background as he closes the door, not forgetting to lock it)

Rubbing off the tears, with shaky voice she tells him, while collecting few important papers kept at his desk,

"main bus apne kuch saaman ikkatha kar rahi thi",

she tries to complete with her collecting process quickly.

Sujal remains standing around the entrance of the room, his hands hanging down on his either sides. His eyes following her each move.

"Tum kahin nahi jaungi Kashish!",

he orders her in his own calm way.

(Fast tune of 'thodasa pyar hua hai' with drumbeats begins in the background)

"Tum yahin rahogi!"

(Slow tune of Sujal's background music begins in the background)

Kashish raises her eyes and stares towards the wall. Tears start rolling down her cheeks but she rubs them immediately. Placing her hands on the table, so that both her hands are facing opposite directions, she tells him,

"nahi Sujal! Main sirf tumhari hi nahi, balki iss purey parivar ki gunegarh hun. Maine unse unke bete ko cheenne ki koshish ki. Mera koi haq nahi banta unhe unke bete se durr karne ka. Ek bete ko apne parivar se durr karne ka! Main ek achi bahu nahi bann payi".

(Kashish's slow tune begins)

"Ek achi patni nahi bann payi!",

she tells, closing her eyes tightly.

Fresh tears start rolling down her cheeks as she yet again remembers how much wrong she did to Sujal.

"Kisne kaha tumse Kashish ki tum ek achi patni nahi ho? Tum ab tak jo kar rahi thi apna patnidharm hi to nibha rahi thi!"

His words puzzle her.

She looks towards him, creasing her brows, unable to comprehend with his words.

Understanding her confusion, Sujal clarifies,

"tum ab tak Piyush ke saath bandhe apne rishte ko nibha rahi thi",

Kashish relaxes her creased brows on listening to his words for fraction of seconds, and the wrinkles on her forehead returns back the next moment, this time not because of the guilt she had been feeling throughout this time, but because of the realization that how much she loves him! The love that she had for him while both of them were unmarried, came back to the surface of her heart with much more velocity than it used to come, during the days when Kashish and Sujal were in love!

F - hum ye mante hain, 

bhool humne kiya hai. 

 hum ye jante hain,

dard tumko dia hai. 

 ankhein ye jhuki hain, 

khamosh hum ho gaye hain. 

 sehmi-sehmi hain saansein,

dil mein ek uljhan hai.

di tumhe uski saza, 

ho...

ki na tu ne jo khata,

kaisi ye bhulaun sathi. 

 tumpe aitbaar hua hai,

firse humrahi.

Afraid by the thought that she might end up doing something that she would regret later, she turns away. She knows he has the power to make her go weak on her knees. And this is not the time to shake her determination. She has decided, she won't live here and torture him as well as other members of the family anymore and she wouldn't let him change her decision.

But may be she has forgotten whom she is dealing with! He is Sujal, her Sujal, who knows her better than she knows herself. Sujal walks to Kashish, whose back is towards him.

(Sujal's revenge tune begins in the background)

Reaching behind her, he keeps staring her, who is looking away from him.

(Slow tune of Sujal's background score begins)

"Agar Kashish chali jayegi, to Sujal ke zakhmon par malham kon lagayega?",

asks Sujal and his own eyes turns teary.

Kashish's breath hitches on listening to his words. She turns to look at him.

(Thodasa pyar hua hai tune begins in the background with drum beats)

Still staring her, he takes his steps back, not ending the precious eye contact with Kashish and pulls the drawer of the cupboard kept to his left. Kashish maintains the stare!

Fresh new tears start rolling down her cheeks as she says,

"Kashish ne hi Sujal ko zakhm diye hain!"

Shaking her head, staring him, tears rolling down her cheeks continuously, she says,

"ab uss mein itni himmat nahi ki apne hi diye hue, Sujal ke zakhmon par malham lagaye!".

Smiling, tiredness visible in her eyes, he tells her,

"main Kashish Raheja se nahi Kashish Garewal se baat kar raha hun! Meri Kashish itni kamzor bhi nahi ki apne Sujal ke dard ko durr na kar sakey!"

(Fast drumbeats of 'Thodasa pyar hua hai' song begins in the background)

Staring deeply into her eyes, without blinking even for once, he tells her,

"main dard mein hun Kashish! Aur mujhey rahat sirf tum dila sakti ho! Batao Kashish, kya dogi apne Sujal ka saath? Iss dard ki bus ek dawa hai Kashish - Kashish ko bhi Sujal ke saath iss dard ko sehna hoga!"

(Fast drumbeats of 'Thodasa pyar hua hai' song begins in the background)

Crying harder, but with a smile on her lips, Kashish nods her head to a 'yes!'

Reaching him, she unbuttons his black shirt, both of them staring each other throughout. Holding his hand, she makes him to sit on the bed so that his back is facing her. She removes his shirt from behind and finds few wounds visible on his back. One wound among them was the most highlighted one. She starts breathing hard on the mere sight of it, unable to stand the fact that her Sujal is hurt, that too on her account!

(Kashish's slow tune begins in the background)

She bends down a little and places a kiss on Sujal's wound. Careful, not putting too much pressure. Sujal shuts his eyes, relishing the feeling of the touch of her lips on his skin! Taking the medicine, she rubs it on the wound. Once done, Kashish remains sitting on the bed, not touching him anymore, her head bowed down out of shyness and shame. Sujal looks at her through the mirror and finds her crying again. He turns to look at her and holds her by her face. He takes his face closer to her to kiss her.

Kashish shuts her eyes and sighs. Placing her hands on his hands, on both the sides of her face, she removes them slowly. Opening her eyes, she keeps her eyes lowered. Sighing, her head bowed down, she shakes her head and says,

"nahi Sujal! Main tumhare pyar, tumhare apnepan, tumhare vishwas ke layak nahi hun! Main sirf saza ke layak hun! Saza ki haqdar hun".

"Agar tumhe saza mili Kashish, to wo mere liye bhi saza hogi. Kyunki Kashish ka har dard, Sujal ke dil se ho kar guzarta hai!"

"Tumse ek baat puchun Kashish?",

he asks her, getting serious, lowering his eyes.

Kashish stares towards him, as a gesture of permission.

On getting the permission, he lowers his eyes again.

"Ab tak ye prove nahi hua hai ki Piyush ke maut se mera koi lena-dena nahi hai. Fir aaj...",

he looks towards her again, just to confirm that she is ready to listen to his further question.

Ensuring that she is ready, he asks her, looking into her eyes,

"fir aaj tumhe kyun dard ho raha hai mere dard ko dekh kar Kashish?"

(Fast tune with drumbeats and female vocal tune of 'thodasa pyar hua hai' song begins in the background as they both keep staring each other)

Kashish remembers how he has got those wounds...

*Flashback*

Kashish talks to someone over phone.

"Meri baat dhyan se suno. Kal Sujal ko court mein pesh hona hai. Ho sakta hai ki kal Sujal ko uske kiye ki saza mil jaye. Lekin aisa bhi ho sakta hai ki ye case kal aur extend ho jaye. Shayad Akshat koi tareeka nikal le Sujal ko bachana ka. Par main ab aur intezar nahi kar sakti. Usne jo mere Piyush ke saath kia hai..." 

(as she starts with the last line the background tune when she used to be with Piyush, begins)

"Usey uski saza zarur milegi. Main dilaungi ussey uski saza",

tears start rolling down her cheeks.

"Main janti hun main apne purey parivar ka dil dukhaungi ye karke - Mumma, Papa, Lalit uncle, Hrishi, subka!"

('Ek danta yavidmahi' song begins in the background)

"Lekin Sujal, ussey uske kiye ki saza main de kar rahungi! Bohot dard dia hai usne Piyush ko. Ab wo sarey dard wo khud sahega"

(ma ga ma ga re ga sa, ma ga ma ga pa dha pa) 3 

dha pa dha pa dha pa!

"Kal jab wo yahan se niklega, wo apni gadi mein jayega court, akele. Tumhe apna kaam tabhi karna hai. Main ab rakhti hun",

instructing the man she ends the call.

After the accident, few people who were crossing by, helped him and took him to a nearby hospital.

~*~*~*~

"Doctor mujhey abhi jana hai, main yahan nahi ruk sakta, aap samjhne ki koshish ki jiye!",

(Doctor I must leave now, I can't stay here, try to understand!)

says Sujal, sitting on the bed of a hospital, getting impatient.

~*~*~*~

Sujal reaches court at last after the judge calls for him for the last time.

"Your honor, main yahan hun!",

saying this he looks towards Kashish.

In a dark green suit, she turns to look towards Sujal. Her eyes blazing with hatred and anger for him. But as she notices the wounds on his face, her heart contracts at it's own accord. She creases her brows, as if it is becoming unbearable for her, with each passing moment to look at Sujal in that condition. As if, had they been somewhere else other than court, she would have run to hug him, to medicate him!

Suddenly she gets out of her trance and holds the ring tied with her chain that is a symbol of her love for Piyush, and closes her eyes.

'Nahi, ye main kya kar rahi hun? Main yahan Sujal ki patni bankar nahi, balki Piyush ki widhwa bann kar ayi hun! Main kamzor nahi parhungi. Sujal ke halat ki zimmedar main nahi, Sujal khud hai!'

(Kashish's revolt's background tune 'aa...' begins)

*Flashback ends*

(Kashish's background tune begins)

"Sujal, main bus Piyush ke gunehgar ko saza dilana chahti hun!",

she tells him, lowering her eyes.

With a fresh hatred for him, she looks into his eyes and tells him,

"Nafrat! Nafrat karti hun main tumse Sujal!"

(Kashish's revolt's background tune 'aa...' begins again, but in male version, emphasizing on Sujal's feelings)

Then she shouts,

"par pata nahi kyun, kyun aaj bhi jab tumhe dard mein dekhti hun, to mujhey dard hota hai! Kyun tumse nafrat karne ke bawajud...",

she pauses, staring Sujal, who is staring her constantly, with almost no emotion on his face, as if he is used to this hatred of Kashish now! 

(Kashish's slow background tune begins as she pauses)

"Tumse pyar karna nahi chor pa rahi!",

she confesses at last. Uttering each word of this line real slow.

F - Wo ek pal apna tha, 

 nafraton ka silsila tha.

Teri tabahi ka..,

sapna maine dekha tha.  

Aaj wo ghadi ayi hai, 

 chont tujhko diya hai. 

 Par na jane fir kyun, 

 dard dil mein utha hai.

Sehmi-sehmi hai dhadkan, 

 ankhein kyun meri nam hai? 

 Kuch samajh mein na aaye, 

 kya hai such - kya bharam hai.

Tum to khamosh hi ho..., 

 ho...

Dil ko aitbaar ho raha,

Getting angry at her, he declares,

"to theek hai Kashish, jao nibhao apna patni dharm, Piyush ki patni bann kar! Tumhe saza deni hai na mujhey? Chali jao meri zindagi se humesha-humesha ke liye. Issey badi saza mere liye kya ho sakti hai Kashish, ki main jissey apni zindagi manta hun, wo mujhse meri zindagi cheen rahi hai? Jao Kashish, nahi rokunga main tumhe!",

he declares, with hatred and pain in his eyes.

He somehow gets up from the bed without taking help of Kashish.

Although Kashish extends her hand to help him, but he refuses to take her help, in anger. Walking towards the window, he puts his hand on the higher part of the frame of the window and tilts his head a little towards his left so that he can partially see what Kashish is doing. Kashish gets up and stands by the bed, staring towards an angry Sujal, her face covered with lines of sorrow and she thinks about how can she convince him and about what exactly? On the other hand Sujal patiently waits for her decision.

Kashish walks to him nervously, and places her right hand on his right shoulder, standing behind him, nervously. Sujal turns to look at her, with too much expectation in his eyes. Although Kashish thinks that when he'll look at her this time, she'll witness his anger and hatred for her, for the first time! But to her surprise there was nothing but immense love for her in his eyes.

Kashish steps back, getting scared on witnessing the amount of love for her in his eyes. It was the same as it used to be when they were together, in love!

Sujal steps towards her, looking intently into her eyes. The fact that his shirt is unbuttoned is just adding into the amount of heat that Kashish's cheeks are emitting, which is a result to his constant gaze on her! Kashish lowers her eyes out of shyness, Sujal doesn't make any effort to make her feel comfortable, after all after such a long time he is witnessing a shy Kashish, this time they don't have any barrier, they are husband and wife, they have all the rights!

Kashish looks towards him slowly and finds him staring at her already intensely. Unable to bear her feelings anymore, she hugs him tightly. Although it affects him adversely because of his wounds, but he doesn't care, he hugs her back with a great velocity of feelings for her. Closing his eyes, he relishes the feeling of the hug. With her head on the right side of his chest, Kashish traces the visible area of his chest,upon his heart!

As the back of her legs touches the bed, her heart skips a beat, knowing that now there is no way to escape. Holding her by her shoulder, Sujal makes her to sit on the bed and sits next to her. They both keep staring each other constantly. Tears roll down her cheeks. Sujal bends down to reach closer to her cheeks. Her lips starts trembling. She holds his right hand which is on her cheek. Sujal tilts his head a little. The fact that he is this close to her after such a long time, makes her to feel as if it is almost a new birth, where she is getting back her Sujal!

M - Dheere-dheere bandh raha, 

 apne pyar ka bandhan. 

 Aaj ki chandni raa...t, 

 sung hai mera sanam. 

 Meri inn dhadkano mein, 

 pyar tera basa hai. 

 Tu hi meri chahat hai, 

tu hi mera khuda hai. 

 aaj ayi wo ghadi, 

ho... 

 sung mere meri khushi, 

 pal bhar mein mil gayi zindagi. 

 ek ujala sa hua hai, 

 mere humrahi. 

 Thodasa pyar hua hai, 

 thoda hai baki.

Kashish shuts her eyes and holds him tightly by his upper arm. Sujal stares her tightly shut eyes and smiles, as Kashish reacts exactly as he thought she would. And why won't he know, is there anything, any reaction of Kashish that he doesn't know? Kashish opens her eyes, thinking that he must be waiting for her permission but as she opens her eyes, Sujal places a soft kiss on her left cheek. How could she forget that Kashish belongs to Sujal? She was always his! He doesn't need permission from her to do anything to her! She is his possession!

(The sound of the blowing of the wind fills the room)

F - aaj ki raat ye dil, 

 ye dhadkan tujhko de dun.

He kisses her right cheek and feels the rising temperature of her cheek, her eyes still closed.

apna tan-man aur chahat, 

 tujhko samarpit kar dun.

Taking his right hand down, he entwines his fingers with the fingers of her left hand. In the process, her bangles chime, as a result of the jerk she feels when Sujal pulls her hand a little towards him. Kashish opens her eyes, getting surprised by his sudden pull!

lakh manaya fir bhi, 

 ye pagal dil na maney.

Kashish engulfs him by placing her arms around his neck, and entwining her fingers behind his neck.

tujhko ankhein ye dhundhein, 

 saath tujhey har dum chahey.

They stare each-other with too much passion and love.

ye teri dee...wangi.., 

 ho... 

 jaan na le le meri, 

 dar hai bus itna sathi.

Sujal places a kiss on her neck. Kashish tilts her head backwards, her eyes half shut- half open as she sways herself into the ultimate feeling of being loved by her Sujal!

Placing her left hand on his neck and right on his shoulder, she pulls him even closer to her, if getting closer was possible!

Sujal holds her hand and pulls her with him towards the bed. Owing to the fact that he is not fit, Kashish obliges him and walks with him. Making her to sleep on the bed, Sujal climbs the bed too, next to her. Kissing on her forehead, while she clutches his shirt for support, Sujal switches off the light and they enter a whole new world of love and trust! They step into the new phase of their relationship!

Next Morning

Kashish stirs a little in her sleep, that she suddenly realizes that instead of pillow she is laying her head on Sujal's bare chest. She opens her eyes in a hurry and tries to get away from him, but she finds his hold on her too tight to get away from! She tries again, the increase in her nervousness and shyness with each passing moment makes her to try to get away from him, even more desperately.

Her try wakes him. As he opens his eyes, he finds her staring her. At first he creases his brows, surprised by her sudden gesture, as his mind takes time to register the events that took place the night before! As he remembers, his expression changes to a new kind of surprise, which is mixed with nervousness and guilt! Nervousness, as to how Kashish is going to react about the event and guilt, because if she reacts negatively, he would never forgive him for committing the sin! If it isn't a mutual agreement between Sujal and Kashish about such matters, then for Sujal it is nothing but a sin!

All serious, and unable to meet her eyes with him out of only shyness, Kashish says,

"ahmm... subke liye breakfast banna hai, main ready ho jati hun".

Saying this Kashish leaves the bed to get fresh, without giving him another look. Sujal stays quiet as always and steals glances of Kashish, with a little smile on his lips. As she leaves, Sujal smiles wholeheartedly, remembering the event of the night, as now he has no doubt that she is not feeling guilty about anything!

M - mere honton pe hardum, 

 tere nagmein sajte hain. 

 aaj jana ke sapne, 

 kis tarah such hote hain.

Sujal cherishes the moments of the previous night, silently. Smiling, on remembering how last night he at last was witnessing his Kashish! How his dream to get back his Kashish came true last night!

tujh mein aisi kashish hai,

jo mujhey kheench layi. 

 banke kismat humari, 

 zindagi mein tu ayi.

He remembers how she was determined to leave but at last, she stayed!

main bhi ab main na rahun, 

 ho... tu bhi ab tu na rahe, 

 main deeya tu hai baati. 

 saath yuhin rehna hai, 

 umr bhar sathi.

thoda sa pyar hua hai, 

 thoda hai baki.

Smiling, he gets out of the bed and heads towards the main hall of his home.
