Luke's mind raced as he began to make up a quick story.

"You never told me much about your parents. You said they died when you were young. You have lived with my family because my parents were your God Parents. I took custody of you when you were 14 because my parents were traveling so much. You're in here because you stood up to a home invader, and they grazed you with their bullet." Luke said so many lies.

"Why did I stand up?" Ashton asked curiously.

"Because the gun was pointed at me, my darling." Luke said cupping Ashton's cheek then kissing him slowly.
