All the other kids had long since entered the school premises. 

They had completely bypassed the two people sitting on the wall. 

The situation was a perfect example of how such an important and significant event for one person could be completely ignored by the earth's restless pattern. A moment as remarkable as spoken silence did not bother the world around them, or the people in it for that matter. The universe barely noted that the event had occurred. Such a special moment as two souls connecting was blatantly ignored by the hustle and bustle that was a human's life. 

This, however, was what made the moment all the more magnificent.

It was simply between the two of them.
