"Super-girl, I need to tell you something."

"Well, that's a rather blunt way to open up a conversation. Hello to you too, Lost Boy."

"I...I'm serious. This is something that's been eating away at me for a while."

"Are you okay over there in London, Lost Boy? Your breathing sounds kind of irrational."

"I...I-i'm fine. I'm just really, really nervous."

"Why? What on earth do you have to be nervous about? You know you can always talk to me, about anything, right?"

"Y-y-yeah."

"Lost Boy, if you're so nervous that you can't form a coherent sentence then I don't think that you're ready to tell me whatever it is that you're trying to tell me."

"N...n-no. I have to tell you. I've been keeping it from you for too long now. I-it's eating me up inside."

"You're still stuttering."

"N-no I'm not."

"Just calm down. You're acting like you're going to the police to confess a massive crime and guess what Lost Boy? I'm not the police. Just take deep breaths, okay? In through the nose, out through the mouth. In through the nose, out through th-"

"I KNOW HOW TO BREATHE!"

"Good, just checking. Apparently it works in therapy so that's what I'm going to go with. Although, I'll admit, being told how to breathe is a little more pressuring than reassuring."

"Therapy doesn't work. Believe me, I've tried."

"Therapy only works if you want to heal."

"..."

"Something tells me that you don't want to heal. Which is fine. Better, actually. It just means we have to do this whole therapy thing backwards."

"Backwards?"

"Uh-huh. Backwards. Instead of just plain old confessing, we have to find the root of the problem."

"Can you please stop using analogies that I have no hope of following?"

"We have to find out why the confession was bothering you in the first place. Why is it such a big deal? Why is it causing you so much stress that you stumble over your sentences?"

"That's actually...smart."

"I know. Now, are you going to do it or not? If you're not that's fine. I don't mind at all. If you're not ready then I shouldn't push you to do it, that's just wrong."

"You sound like a real therapist."

"Stop avoiding the question; are you ready to confess or not? If not that's seriously awesome because I am really enjoying unraveling the mystery of Lost Boy piece by piece. It's quite beautiful to watch actually. If I force it to happen then it won't be as delicate, it'll just be a mess, so, take your time with it."

"Which Shakespeare text did you swallow?"

"..."

"Okay, I get it. My smart comeback wasn't accepted."

"..."

"I guess I'll do as you say and start with why. I...it's tearing me up from the inside, not telling you. I-it's not because I don't trust you or anything it's just...you're the only one who doesn't treat me as a shard of glass on the floor that everyone avoids stepping on for fear of being cut a-and I don't want to change that, at all. It's almost as if all I get is praise and respect and I've forgotten how to be criticized."

"..."

"I-I don't want to change that...that mutual friendship that we have between us over one stupid, stupid disease that resides in my mind."

"..."

"I guess now it's time for the actual confessing. I...I-I have OCD."

"I know."

"Now I know this may come as a bit of a shock and it might take a bit of getting used to but...hang on. Y-you knew? How could you possibly have known?"

"I managed to infer a couple of things from Jaxon's e-mail."

"B-but if you knew then why didn't you confront me straight away?"

"I already told you; it would be cruel to force you into something that you weren't ready for."

"...thank-you."

"Thank-you for saying thank-you and not thanks."

"Why? What's the difference? They both mean the same thing."

"Not in my opinion they don't. Thanks is an abbreviation. A shortening as an excuse for the full word. The abbreviation means nothing to me, it is simply an excuse to get out of trouble. Thank-you, on the other hand, shows that the person really means what they say. They took the time to say the full word."

"Thank-you Super-girl, for everything."
