you've made it to the end of the story, congratulations!

this piece was in response to a prompt in my writing class that i loved so much i had to share with you all. i've always loved the paranormal and surrealism was the perfect backdrop to get me into it. 

i want to thank my teacher, jesse, for doing the best he could in an online zoom format. i learned a lot in the class and appreciate him taking the time to try and show us new formats of writing.

i want to thank said zoom class for the critiques and giving me the space to do something longer but in the end so much better than a one page story.

i want to thank my friends, reed and danny for reading and editing even though there were so many other finals they themselves needed to work on. you guys are the goat.

i want to thank my parents for believing in me enough to send me to art school. i would have never created something like this in my small town.

i hope you all enjoyed and I hope to see you around for the next short story!
