23. What Goes On Underground Stays Underground
Missy Elliott as herself
Yeah, I'm sorry, I love Missy Elliott so much (she's so underrated in my opinion), so she had to be in this story. I couldn't not add her.

As soon as Shealtiel and Kentrell had finished their call with Rihanna, the first thing that they had done was to pretty much look for Ashanti's name on google.
Right now, they were both at the underground headquarters of the Sugar & Spice organisation, but nobody knew where it was because they had liked to keep everything a secret.
What the place had looked like?
Here:
There were now 18 people in the Sugar & Spice organisation (including Ashanti)- eight people that didn't work in the headquarters and ten of them that did.
Kentrell was a dark skinned guy, and his hair was in braids. Both of them were two of Rihanna's best protégés, but her best protégé was Missy Elliot herself.
He had dark brown eyes, freckles and he was about 25 years old. His best friend Shealtiel was Jamaican, and he had a Mohawk instead. He was 26 though, and both him and Kentrell had been best friends since they were 10.
It didn't really help much that there were so many Ashanti Reynolds for them to look for. How were they supposed to know which one was the right one?
"Did Rihanna describe her?" Kentrell had asked Shealtiel, using his computer mouse to scroll down through pretty much all of the names.
If she had described her, well?
Neither of them were really paying much attention to her.
Shealtiel had told Kentrell that he honestly couldn't remember if Rihanna had described her or not, so he had therefore decided to call her and everything, but Rihanna wasn't very happy about this.
"Were none of y'all listening when I was talking to you about her?" She had hissed on the other end of the phone. "She's Caribbean, light skinned and she had straight and nearly waist length hair."
None of the girls that Kentrell could have seen on his large computer screen right now had fit Ashanti's description, although when he had seen someone like her, he had stopped, yelling at Rihanna that she had found her.
Shealtiel was almost really confused as to why Rihanna had even wanted them to kidnap Ashanti in the first place, with Rihanna just having a go at him again that he should have paid attention.
She had wanted them to kidnap her because she didn't know where Ashanti had come from.
For all Rihanna knew, Ashanti could have been a part of the Black Cobras (their rival gang), sent to spy on them but nobody had known anything about this.
Also, she didn't know what Ashanti's true ulterior motives were. She could have lied about that too. Was she really here just to meet Alsharafzi & Zonarosa... or was she here just for Rihanna?
Nobody knew.
Rihanna had just accepted her in the group out of pity to be honest as well as what Giovanni had said, plus the kid had seemed really desperate about everything.
But little did Ashanti know that Rihanna was secretly out to get her, via the rest of the group underground.
"And remember, what goes on underground stays underground- you hear that? I don't want none of us getting arrested because we tryna kidnap some girl. Maybe potential enemy. Got that?"
Both of them had nodded vigorously, although before Rihanna had left, she had told them to tell Missy about this.
"Found her!" Kentrell had shouted with jubilance, clicking on her picture on the screen. "This tells us her interests, her friends and enemies... but even better? Where she lives right now."
By Rihanna's command, Shealtiel had pressed the button to call Missy Elliott, but she hadn't answered the call for a while.
Shealtiel had then called her again and again, but she still hadn't picked up.
Missy Elliott was the leader of the headquarters underground, and Rihanna was the leader of the Sugar & Spice organisation that wasn't underground instead.
Either way, after pressing the bell like five times to summon her, there she was, not feeling very happy about this entire situation.
She only wanted people to call her when she wasn't in the headquarters, but when she was? She wanted people to use the bell on her instead.
DJ please

I'm on the request line
Her song Is It Worth It? (the same one played when Ashanti was on the mechanical bull just under a week ago now) was playing in the background, as she had gone over to them.
"Y'all, this better be good. I missed my beauty sleep for this. So don't disappoint me. What's going on?"
"We got a new member for Sugar & Spice," Kentrell had explained to her. "She goes by the name of Ashanti- and that's her picture on the screen right there."
When he had said that, he had tapped on the screen to reveal a picture of her, with Missy Elliott seeming really confused about Ashanti.
"Ashanti. The singer? What's she doin' here in Costa Rica? I thought she was in America. With Ja Rule."
Shealtiel had to correct Missy that it wasn't the singer Ashanti, also kind of condemning Kentrell for not telling Missy Elliott Ashanti's surname.
She had just stared at the screen really, shocked at how pretty Ashanti was, but even more shocked over her age as well as the fact that Rihanna had let her into the group.
Wasn't seventeen a bit too young to join a gang?
Especially a dangerous one like Sugar & Spice?
"Rihanna let her into the group? That's strange. Y'all know how picky she is. Ashanti must have really impressed her or somethin' then."
"She wants us to kidnap her," Shealtiel deadpanned. "She doesn't know where she came from, as well as what her ulterior motives are. She had only accepted her in the group out of pity, because apparently Ashanti wouldn't have left her alone. Only one problem though... apparently she's suspended from school, so how we gonna befriend her?"
Easy.
They didn't befriend her.
But there were three other people that could have done so.
Kayden, Thalia and Tazeena.
Missy Elliott had called them straight away, and they had dashed into the scene immediately.
All three of them were around Ashanti's age, and Missy Elliott had told them to think of some method to befriend Ashanti and kidnap, but they had to do so on Saturday because they all had school tomorrow and all that (it was Thursday right now).
Kayden and Thalia were twins, and whilst Kayden had black braided scruffy hair with hazel eyes, his sister had two braided bunches instead- and both of them were British.
Tazeena was Indian, and she had long luminous wavy hair with emerald eyes.
She was really pretty, and Kayden had a bit of a crush on her, but she was kind of a goody two shoes and he didn't always know how to impress girls like that, because he was pretty much the opposite.
There was a table just opposite Missy Elliott, in which the three of them were deeply talking about how they were going to befriend Ashanti without going to her school.
"Aight, so I've got three options," Kayden had whispered to everyone on the table. "We pretend to be pizza delivery guys, we pretend to be doing paper rounds... or we pretend to be lost, because we're new to the neighbourhood. Which one?"
They weren't really lost in the neighbourhood at all, they had been there for quite some time now, but the underground headquarters was actually quite close to where Ashanti had lived.
But they had to fake it till they had made it.
Tazeena was helplessly worrying, saying how she wasn't sure that all of this was going to be a god idea, with Thalia yelling at her for it, but Kayden being nicer towards her because he had liked her romantically and all that.
"Tazeena! If Missy Elliott wants us to kidnap Ashanti then we finna do that, OK? Stop complaining."
"Don't be too hard on her, sis," Kayden assured her.
He had then wanted to know exactly how they were going to kidnap Ashanti and all that.
They could have tricked her into coming here, or if that wasn't going to work, then they could have just used some harmless sleeping gas on her instead.
"And and guys... Remember..."
"What goes on underground stays underground, yeah yeah. We get it!" The kids had told her.
Now they had their plan.
All they had do was wait until Saturday.
