14. You Just Messed With The Wrong Girl

Ashanti & Kehlani had not talked to each other for the whole week.
They were so annoyed at each other that they had even blocked each other on their phones: but not just on contacts though.
On Instagram, Snapchat and social media.. heck and even on YouTube as well, even though that wasn't the most necessary thing to do.
Right now, it was fast approaching Saturday, which was the time that Ashanti had promised to meet up with Rihanna and her crew again.
But in case one wanted specifics, today was Thursday, and Ashanti was in the library, seriously engrossed in the book that Rihanna had given her.
She had really liked the book Rihanna had given her a lot, and she had just pretty much reached Chapter 4 of 'How To Be Popular: Ghetto Style', and Chapter 4 was:
You gotta take your own risks, boo!
Ashanti had just reached that page, aka Page 152 of 367 (the introduction for some reason was very long, and quite boring too but Ashanti had still read everything either way) before remembering what Rihanna had told her:
There are ten subheadings in Chapter 4 on how to take your own risks. Choose 3 of them and do them on Saturday, when the group and I see you next.
Sounds easy enough, Ashanti had muttered to herself, although she really shouldn't have said that at all because when she had opened the page to see what the headings were..
Well?
They kinda sucked.
Kill somebody?! Ashanti freaked out a lot to herself when she had seen the first subheading. Oh, hell no!
Surely, Ashanti still had some dignity left in her not to do that, and she did.
The four subheading after that weren't as bad, but they were all still pretty much some criminal offences.
Vandalise a store
Steal from a store
Steal candy from a baby
Jump in front a queue
Well, I mean I guess the fifth one isn't so bad, but even then I would never push past anyone in a queue, not even for Rihanna.
Kehlani & Kishati were right then.
This was a bad idea. But I can't just ditch on Rihanna, she'll think I'm a coward, plus Kehlani is really mad at me and I hate it when he sneers I told you so at me as well.
As Ashanti was literally about to see what the sixth subheading was, her plans were derailed completely when two bullies in her form group known as Cassidy and Trinity came up to her.
Cassidy was white with ginger, straight and just slightly past shoulder length hair with matching ginger freckles infested all over her face.
She had emerald coloured eyes and she had been best friends with Trinity for life, and together, they had worked together to pick on Ashanti, because they were insecure and they honestly had nothing else better to do.
Trinity in the meantime was dark skinned, and her black frizzy hair was in two bunches. She was really pretty though, to be honest and she had lovely brown eyes.
But sadly, she was only pretty on the outside,
and not pretty on the inside, otherwise she wouldn't have bullied Ashanti so much!
The only reason on why they were jealous of her in the first page was because she was friends with Kehlani, and apparently Cassidy had fancied Kehlani, not realising that Kehlani had fancied Ashanti instead.
Also because Ashanti was way smarter than all two of them combined, and they had resented her for it- they had known her for three years now.
They had another friend called Sydney, who had left the group, and school too to be honest. And Ashanti didn't blame her for leaving, because she would have left the group too.
She hated bullying and picking on others, and she had absolutely hated it when those things had happened to her as well.
"Popular? You?" Cassidy teased. "Get out of here."
They had seen the book she was reading from far away, and now that they were up close? They could have practically made fun of her for it.
When Ashanti had seen them, she had frowned, before telling them to get lost, both of them.
But inevitably.
They had refused.
And Ashanti was obviously very ticked off about it as well.
"We also heard you and Kehlani fell out," Trinity pointed out, twirling her hair like crazy. "Were both of y'all dating or something? Because if so... I don't blame him for leaving you. He can do soooo much better than you."
Ashanti was furious now, but Trinity and Cassidy had just made her even more annoyed than before, especially when she had stood up from her seat, telling both of them to shut up again.
Everybody was watching them at this point, including the librarian herself. For some reason though, Cassidy had seen water from Ashanti's water bottle on her table.
Poured it on herself, with Ashanti wondering why.
Then all of a sudden?
Well...
She screamed.
Hard.
The librarian hurried over immediately, wondering what the heck had happened.
"Ashanti poured water on me!"
"No I didn't!"
"Yes, you did!" Trinity hissed, with Ashanti giving her a seriously dirty look and vice versa as well.
At this point in time, the librarian didn't know who the hell to believe, so therefore she had sent Ashanti out of the library, not realising that she was telling the truth.
Ashanti was beyond furious that this had happened, before whacking both Trinity and Cassidy with her school bag like they had deserved.
As soon as she had walked out of the scene though, the first location she was in was right in front of the lockers, before sorting something out in hers.
All of the lockers were silver and people in the school had to access their locker in the halls, which Ashanti had absolutely hated.
It would have honestly made more sense if they were in one's form room, however the classes were way too small apparently.
So now everyone was stuck with a corridor locker, whether they had liked it or not, and surprisingly, most people did.
As she was furiously putting her popularity book away inside of her bag, Ashanti couldn't help but to curse to herself a million times.
When she had slammed the locker door shut, and had wanted to go left to her next lesson, there Kehlani was...
But he wasn't there for apologise for snitching on her.
He was there to make fun of her.
Give the girl a break, man!
She had just gotten accused of something that she didn't do.
But Kehlani didn't care, even though he knew that, he couldn't help but to make fun of her for it, and he also didn't care who was watching.
"You got in trouble, didn't you?" He asked her, chilling near her locker, examining his fingernails deeply. "Good. You got in trouble, just like you deserve."
Funnily enough, when Ashanti had wrongfully gotten accused for pouring water on Cassidy just now, her only punishment was that she was banned from the library until the end of term (two and a half months now) but nothing else.
Unfortunately, that hadn't really lasted for a long time, as before she had known it, Ashanti was furious at Kehlani for mocking her.
Before suddenly...
There was a physical fight between them, with Ashanti causing everything because she was so angry.
People watching them had shouted the word fight continuous times over and over again, with others being surprised because they had thought Kehlani and Ashanti were best friends.
Not everybody had known that they had fallen out, and if not? Well, now they did.
The teachers had gotten involved eventually, especially when Ashanti was pinning Kehlani to the floor and beating him up like crazy.
They had forced everyone to leave the scene unless they wanted a detention, with Ashanti & Kehlani both having a serious meeting with their parents after school.
They were even more furious at each other now, with Kehlani having a black eye and nearly bleeding from everything as well.
Ashanti's hair was rough in the meantime, and she had many scars on her face from Kehlani scratching her so much.
