Part 11
It was the week of homecoming before anyone knew it, and of course, all anyone was talking about was king and queen choices. Hunter came running up to Xander monday morning, a ballet slip in hand, flapping wildly. "Xannie!" he squealed, showing his vote. "Im voting for you and Gabriel, and lots of others are too!" Xander plaed then blushed. "Give me that!" He snapped, reaching for the paper. Despite Hunter's tinyness, he was lightning quick, darting behind a chair with ease. "Nuh-uh! Youre gonna win, mister! Im gonna make sure of it." Just then Gabe approached, his own ballet in hand. Xander groaned. "Not you too." He flopped heavily back into his chair as Gabe spoke. "You arent voting for us?" He sounded genuinely disappointed. Xander sighed unwilling to agree, but not wanting to deal with a whiney, guilt-tripping Gabriel later. "Later, but i need to study right now." He grumbled, clearly not studying. Not that he needed to. Xander was a perfectionist, keeping his grades high and his work standards higher. Gabreil pouted. For all the "Youre my sub", "i control you" talk he spewed, Xan was learning Gabe was fairly bratty and childish-at least, in public.
Xander blushed, remembering their last few sessions where they had been focusing on "obedience." Xander did not appreciate the soreness on his thighs that Gabriels hands had left mere days ago. Gabriel presently slouched over him, bringing Xan out of his thoughts . "youre always studying, Xannie. Relax a little, would ya?" Xander sighed internally. While Gabriel was usually right, Xander rarely addmitted it aloud. "Hes right, Xan... you need a break!" Hunter said, pouting. Gabriel smiled suddenly, clearly having thought of an idea. "What if I take you two to meet my older brother, Alden? He lives in the town over, not too far from my place. We can go tommorw and skip a day of school. I think you'll like him, Hunter." Xander nodded, but only becasue whatever Gabe said goes. He'd honestly rather be home practicing for SAT but a chance to know a bit more about Gabe did spark his interest. He knew of Alden, (formally named Alden Erastus Cephus). And, if going by looks, Gabe was the angel counterpart to Alden's dark ferocity. He kept his hair jet black, and in a shaggy wolfcut compared to Gabe's heartthrob hairstyle from the 90's. Alden was also tall- taller than Xander, which few could say. Not to mention a lean sleepers build, all long legs and thin waist, Xander could confirm Hunter would definitely like Alden. Hunter grinned excitedly. "Cant wait, Gabe."
