Twilight nervously trotted into Princess Celestia's throne room, with the royal Sunbutt herself sitting on the red velvet throne smiled warmly at Twilight.
"Hello my faithful student, how are you this sunny morning?" Celestia asked Twilight.
"F-fine princess, but...why did you call me here today?" Twilight responded.
"Ah, I called you here because I feel that you are ready to take over the tradition: becoming a mentor for a student of your own; like I did for you," Celestia stated calmly, although she was anticipating her student's answer. "So do you think you are ready,Twilight?"
The purple alicorn stood stock still in shock. She did not expect this to happen, but maybe she could handle two students, think of all the extra fun friendship lesson plans they were going to have! She could imagine it perfectly....
"Okay, I'm ready princess!" Twilight chirped excitedly.
"Perfect my little pony, now let me show you her; she claims to have also been in my school for gifted unicorns, in classes with you even more said!" Celestia said with glee as she opened the door next to her. "Now I would like to introduce you to... Midnight Velvet!" Midnight was a sleek, periwinkle blue mare with green eyes and fushia colored mane. Twilight gawked. "YOU'RE MY NEW STUDENT?!!!??!! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!"
