I looked up in shock at the loud, booming voice. In a puff of smoke appeared a muscular man that looked like Lee standing on a turtle in a strange pose.

"guy sensai!" Lee said excitedly. He was about to run up to him when I grabbed his arm. This man aura frightens me.

"aww don't worry neji" Lee said gently "I know guy sensai seems intimidating but he's the sweetest guy you will ever meet"

"it true" tenten smiled.

I nodded and took a step forward. The man jumped off the turtle and walked towards me.

"you must be the young man I've heard so much about" he grinned with sparkly teeth "I saw your fight with tenten and Lee. That was an impressive feat of intelligence and power"

"oh thank you" I blushed slightly. He's very kind. I guess looks can be deceiving.

"our team is finally complete. wait until kakashi hears about this!" guy chuckled to himself "This is a cause for celebration. Let's go out for some drinks!"

"yeah" Lee and tenten cheered as they dragged me to a nearby pub.

*time skip*

"so your saying hinata taught you how to fight. That's so sweet" tenten gushed.

"yeah" I giggled "of course sakura had to talk her into it. She was feeling a little insicure"

"that sounds like sakura" Lee smiled "you know hinata was so afraid when she first got here. Quite like you actually but sakura brought her out of her shell" kinda like me and shikamaru "It was amazing. She was amazing"

"Lee used to have a crush on sakura" tenten whispered to me "thankfully they both moved on without any hurt feelings"

"that's good" I smiled at her.

"alright drinks here!" guy cheered. He held up his drink to us "let's raise a toast to our new team"

"to our new team" we clinked our glasses together in celebration of our new team.
