Yasir and Zanu went back after having dinner with us. I was reading my book in my room when Afham came in.

"You did not sleep till now?" It was already 5 minutes to 1:00.

"What about you?" I asked him sarcastically. He must have been chatting with Sana till now "you know how I don't get sleep at night usually"

"Just kidding Sis. Did you take the pill I gave you after dinner?"

"Yep, But why did I have to take it now? It was a long time I stopped taking that."

"I know" he sat beside me in the bed.

 "But you know how Ritika brought back the memories. I am worried about you my little sis" he said smiling at me

"Stop it, bro. I think you have got love-struck after chatting with Sana" I replied smiling back

"Yeah.Today's the first day she chatted with me for so long" he swirled around and went to the door "Good night, my sis"

"Good night" I replied back.

I smiled at the childish behavior of my bro. Love sure does make people go mad. That night I slept early with a smiling face.

Helga's POV

(NEXT DAY)

I was on my way to school when I saw an ID card lying on the floor. I usually used to walk to school as my home and the school is just walking distance. I took it and saw that he is in the class of Afham, Ayesha brother. That's when I saw Rayyan (Afham's best friend) going to school on his bicycle.

"Hey, can you give this to Zack?" I asked holding the ID card to him.

"I am sorry Helga. I need to hurry to the principal's office. Am really sorry again"

"It's ok"

"He might not be in the class. Check him in the basketball court" He said to me and hurried to school.

"Sure. Thank you"

I went to the senior basketball court. There was a handsome guy playing basketball alone in the court. He must be Zack.

"hey, are you Zack?" I went and asked him.

"Another girl here to propose. How annoying" I heard him murmuring to himself.

"Excuse me"

"yeah go on girl" he stood there proudly.

Let me play with him. I decided to trick him.

"I...I... It's just...." I stammered silently.

"Hey,Don't worry little girl. It's not easy I know. But yeah. i am not gonna do anything to you." He bragged to himself

"I..I...I just want to give this to you" I said to him laughing and handed him the ID card.

"How come you have my ID card? Did you steal it?"

"What's the need for me steal an ID card?" I asked him sternly.

"To see my handsome face?" He said coming forward-leaning.

"Handsome? You must have never seen a mirror in your life. I have seen people more handsome than you" I lied to him back.

"Whatever, thanks to little girl" he took his id card from me and went back to playing.

"I have a name. Helga" I shouted back to him.

"You don't need to shout. I can hear properly" he shouted back with more noise than me.

"Same goes to you"

I was walking towards our building when I saw Afham and another guy walking toward me. They did not notice me.

"Do you think lyn's memory would affect Ayesha?" The guy asked Afham.

I was shocked to hear this

"I hope not. She was leading a normal life until now. Now that Ritika have come to this school, it might affect her a lot"

Lyn? Who's she? Why have I never heard of her?

I went back to my class silently. That day, I did not even mind to eat my food.

Ayesha noticed me and asked me what was wrong with me.

"Are you free tonight?" I asked her back.

"Of course. Wanna come?" She asked me smiling.

"Yep, I have basketball class after school today. I will come after that" I replied.

"Ok. I will wait for you" she said and went back to eating.

She did not notice how mad I was to her. I couldn't wait to know what my bestie has hidden from me.
