"No! Thalia!" Annabeth screamed. They had watched as their friend lay dying from the creatures. "Quick we need to go!" Anthea screamed, being the only one who knew her the least, as much as it pained her to see her die, she couldn't let her friends die as well.

They all ran straight to camp. From far back at the new force field they could all hear the monsters try to break their way through, hopefully Thalia was strong enough even in death to protect them.

"Chiron!" Grover screamed. Chiron came galloping towards the three shaken kids. Calling other adults to come over and help. Nothing much could be done however, they were already inside camp half blood, the only exception is that not all 5 made it to the camp safely, one brave girl was lying dead right beneath the force field and the other 4 unscathed and almost perfectly fine on the other side of the force field.

All in tears for the friend they lost, Grover was the one to explain what happened to them in the short period of time.

"We were chased by monsters and Thalia stopped to save us, she sacrificed herself so we could run to camp." Grover quickly explained, faster than he normally could and more than some people could of understood.

"It's ok, it's ok, all of you to your cabins, and Grover you bring Anthea to the Hermes cabin to get settled as best she can, then you can give her a tour and everything she'll need tomorrow after breakfast." Chiron directed each child where they needed to go and left, with the thought of how to explain to every camper there, what had just happened. The good thing now is, Thalia's sacrifice would protect everyone inside of camp for a long while.

"Here is all of your stuff that we could save." Grover handed her a relatively medium size bag with all her surviving belongings. As they made their way towards cabin 11, Hermes, the cabin for all Hermes children and unclaimed children.

"Thank you Grover, for everything. I don't think I could've made it this far without you." Thea kept it short and simple, quite ready for bed. Finally ready to sleep the stress and anxiety just from the day alone, away.

"Goodnight Thea." As the saytr  walked down the steps the girl watched his silhouette decrease in size as he took further steps away from the girl in her new cabin. Stuck in a trance after a few minutes, Thea grabbed her bag and made her way inside.

Making her way through all the kids who, either belonged to the god, Hermes, or still had no parent claim them. "Thea, I was waiting for you." Luke comes out of nowhere, startling the new girl.

"Luke, hey. I'm so sorry, for.. Thalia, I know you and her were close." Before Anthea made it anymore awkward, like interrupted her and her rambling.

"It's..ok, it wasn't your fault, we both knew her." His voice trembling a bit from the news. What happened just less than an hour already, was really sad, but for Thalia's benefit they tried to keep, busy and distracted, and less sad.

Thalia's close friends knew she'd never want them to mope around all depressed. She'd force them to put that sadness to training and to be the best they can. "Well good night, I hope you settle in well and if you need anything, you can ask me." With that Luke left her in her own world, so she can settle down and get ready for bed.

After like left her in her own world, Thea found a small mattress all set up, in the very corner of the whole cabin. A few other cabin members stopped their conversations to watch the new girl.

Trying her best to ignore all the stares and dirty looks she received, Anthea put her backpack down and quickly made her way to the bathroom to take a long, much needed shower. She took all of her clothes off and left them in a neat small pile on a chair just outside the showers, bringing in her shampoo and conditioner as well as her.

Letting all the shampoo soak in, relaxing herself from all the stressful events in the last few days. This massaged her scalp and left the conditioner in for a few minutes while she scrubs hard to release all the tension in her body.

A long shower is always a good one so after roughly 10 minutes, Anthea was already out and drying her hair. Ready to succumb to the sweet sound of sleep she made her way towards her makeshift bed on the floor in the corner.

It was a nice little nook of a corner, with space enough for her mattress and a small place to leave, all her belongings. She nestled herself underneath the comfy sheets and finally was able to lay her head down for a while and get a little sleep, especially after rushing everywhere. Quite content at that moment, Anthea Katz let sleep overcome her and drifted into a slumber.
