Gentle readers, if you know anything by now is that the old saying "Pride goes before a fall" still rings true even for those who are worth giving a second chance to yet still hold some form of arrogance from committing sins. Such is the case for one Marithe Deinos (formerly known as Matthieux Rosseaux-Yanez) as he is due for one reality check after his shameless and tasteless speech that resulted from resentment and memories from his old life. It is also the case for one Ceceillia Mendez as her campaign to claim the Nguyen twins will result in some harrowing secrets, jaw-dropping revelations, and drastic measures that will force her to commit a heinous crime or two which would surely gain the gods and goddesses' attention. And with a pending alliance between her and Marithe, one can only imagine how things will go down for these two.

As for Lachlan St. Martin (formerly known as Luciane Moranox), his intentions to start over fresh and being genuinely repentant of his part of breaking his bond with Thierry will result in a soul-searching experience that will involve him experiencing a smoother journey yet will need some hard love and advisement while dealing with his life as an Omega. For him, he will need to learn how to adapt to his new life while preparing himself for a prominent war with Ceceillia.

In the case of the Nguyen twins, both brothers will need to wisely use their Alpha powers to show both Omegas what it means to be submissive to them while giving tenderness and mercy to one Omega and harsh realities to the other. As for Ceceillia Mendez, they made their intentions clear to her and want no part with her dealings. Unfortunately, the femme-fatale in question is not one to back down so easily. So when an opportunity comes for an alliance with a certain pack from Massachusetts arrives, both brothers will need all the help they can get to prepare themselves for a road to redemption that will be memorable for a very long time.

Gentle readers, one can only imagine how you all are ready for the next act of this story.
