At the Mendez compound...

Hell hath no fury than a woman scorned.

No matter if you're human or supernatural, the same maxim applies to the female species.

For me, that's never been more true even as the maids and servants are packing my things and the pack members have all but turned against me after my proclamation at the mess called an engagement party at the Gold Fin coven. "You have brought dishonor into this pack, Ceceillia," my father had bellowed at me after we had came home from the party. "This clearly shows that you have no sympathy for the Omega species and are not fit to take over this pack."

"Like I care," I had shot back angrily, not caring if Marcelo or Mom was home or not (which neither of them were, which was all the best). "I'm not going to take this lying down, Father. You and I both know that the Nguyen twins belong to me and me alone! They're not destined to be with Omegas since the Moon Goddess is clueless in creating fated pairs."

"The Moon Goddess is not to be blasphemed, Ceceillia, and you know that fated mates are not a mere myth! You have no heart for anything other than yourself and your blind ambitions, chasing after men who have no desire for you in any form. You had Alpha Emerson yet broke his heart! Maybe it's a sign from Druscilla and the other gods that he dodged one hell of a bullet since he found his second-chance mate."

"Don't remind me," I drawled, not wanting to remember my distaste for same-sex pairings after hearing about my ex falling for his male mate from the Gold Fin coven. "Back to the matter at hand, I'm not going to let this nightmare happen- letting Omegas take what's mine."

"And how's that?" Dad sneered, crossing his arms as his eyes glowed red.

"One of the Omegas isn't really on board with the whole thing," I said. "He wants to regain his old Alpha life back, so I worked with him to gain a potion from a dark witch to ensure that he gets what he wants and I get what I rightfully deserve. By the end of next week, I will finally claim the twins and start making my campaign to end all Omegas once and for all- including your wife and that runt of a brother of mine!"

SLAP!

I collapsed onto the marbled floor, hissing in pain as my cheeks were bloody from being clawed by my own father who was seething in rage. "As of now, you are exiled from my pack," he intoned in a deadly yet calm voice. "You are to leave and never return. The council in Columbia will be notified of your sadistic plans. You are not my daughter."

And then came all the gods of the supernatural who dropped yet another bombshell on me: the potion that I gave Marithe...was actually one that would finally make him into the perfect Omega and I was now deemed a rogue with little time left to keep my sanity.

Now, I was pissed the fuck off as all my belongings were packed up and en route to my new apartment- a clean yet compact complex at the outskirts of town. This was going to be far from over, not if I had anything to say about it. If I can't have Chance and Chace Nguyen, no one can! Those Omegas, Marithe included, if he does wake up, will feel my wrath as I end their lives as well as the twins! I rather see those faggots dead than see them with each other while I'm stuck with cats to keep me company!

No more Miss Nice Alpha! If they wanted a war with little old me, they'll get it!

Bring it on, boys!

Ooh! It's going to be a lengthy showdown at the corral, y'all! Mendez is now a rogue and is ready to kill! And sadly, she'll make her move with a few victims before making her way to Gold Fin!

Anyway, we'll see how Marithe coped with being reprogrammed into being a proper Omega in the next chapter. All I can tell you is that it's going to be a doozy and a half!
