(Short Chapter)

"Hey you've reached Roman I can't take your call so please leave a message and I will get back to you"

I placed my phone on the kitchen counter after trying to get in touch with Roman for like the 10th time to be honest his behaviour as got worse since I told him how I felt last week he comes home later than normal going to work hungover there have been some nights he hasn't come home at all we have hardly spoken to each other I picked my phone up about to call him again but I stopped myself I put it back down and headed upstairs I grabbed a suitcase out of the closet in our bedroom grabbing handfuls my clothes and shoving them in to the bag I can't stay here anymore Brie as told her and Seth have a spare and I can stay with them as long as I need to plus Roman won't come to there since he doesn't speak to Seth anymore I headed back downstairs grabbed my phone and putting my coat I couldn't drive because I had a couple of glasses of wine so I had to walk to Brie's anyway the fresh air will probably do me a bit of good before walking out I looked around a the house I was once happy in I closed the door locking it behind me and placing the front door key under the plant pot next to the front door it was something we did if either of us lost our key I started walking and decided to call Brie to let her know I would be there in a little while

"Nicole is everything ok"

"Yeah I am on my way to your house now if the offer Is still available"

"Of course it is"

"Great I will be there in a while ok"

"See you in a bit I'll get your room sorted"

I hung up placing my phone in my bag I stood on the edge of the pavement looking both ways before making my way across the road but something happened I felt my self falling of the back of some bodies car they didn't stop they just drove on

I looked to see my stuff lying in the middle of the road I heard voices but only barely I heard one women asking me if I was ok as she kneeled down next to me I felt her grab my hand then I heard a man he must of been on the phone as he asked for an ambulance

"Roman"

Was the last thing I said before my eyes closed.
