Old Ship [pt. 1]
[Vid isn't mine ok]
After an unpleasant and rainy day, Alex walked home in her raincoat, umbrellas weren't her thing. She had been tutored by Aliza, a woman who had learned the art of traveling throughout dimensions. Alex too could now go into worlds outside her own, and meet new people. She walked through the front door of her house and immediately ran to get off her school uniform. She was home alone, both her brothers having extracurricular activities away from home and her dad was still at work.
There are a few things one must know about Alex. She was 15, and had a strange unexplainable disorder where her left eye was a deep red and would glow by strong emotion. She had an eye patch over that eye to prevent people seeing it. Other than that she had long blonde hair and wore mostly sweaters or hoodies, because that was the most comfortable thing.
Alex turned on the radio for a couple minutes, then turned it off when she found nothing interesting or informative. The girl realized she was bored, and decided to put her newly found interdimensional traveling skills to the test. She thought of nothing, and everything and finally opened a portal up for her to travel through.
There was a smell of rotting ink that came before all the other senses, and even though it was repulsive, Alex went on. She paced back and forth through the place she came in, which appeared to be an old animation studio from maybe the 70's. As she walked through a corridor, she suddenly tripped, and felt like she was falling. Almost immediately she lost consciousness.
She woke up not too long after, but her vision was so blurred she was as good blind. She was slumped against a wall and was hardly able to move. Suddenly, there was a voice:"My Lord, I found one, she was just-" Another, more rude voice sounded:"Yeah sure." The voice now spoke to Alex:"Why are you here? What's your problem?!?" Alex answered slowly:" I don't want anything... and I have a name. It's Alex by the way. " "Who cares about your name? Just leave. And don't come back." Alex's vision finally cleared, and she looked up while trying to get up. Then she froze. There, in the room with her, and the owner of the voice, stood a... well, most likely a demon. He was limping, thick ink dripping on his body. His eyes were covered in ink and he he'd a half unseen white bowtie. He had the most disgusted expression on his face that Alex had ever seen. He noticed she was staring at him, and snapped:" What are ya staring at, huh? Just leave already." With that Alex got up and left. Once home, she fell down on her bed and fell asleep.
