Oh and this was totally unintentional but her animal is Cervidae (aka deer, elk, moose, etc.) and her name is Rue, and there's such thing as a roe deer.

Before Rue was a Farr Demon, she was a Ribau, with is a species specific to Alter. Ribau are the ones with the antlers and deer hooves. That's what Meadow is.
