Power: *goes out*

Me: *completely gives up on the idea of sleeping*

But in all seriousness, when the power goes out, the chances of me getting any sleep before it comes back on are very, very slim. Called the number to report an outage, and they say the power in my area should return by 2am.

Until then, I'll just hope my phone battery lasts and that the random beeping coming from somewhere in the house stops.
