1)If Jay and Alex weren't friends, Alex would burn all Marble Hornets' tapes and the lives of everyone would turn back to normal.
2)If Tim and Brian weren't friends, Tim wouldn't act in the film and The Operator wouldn't "arrive" there in the first place.
3)If Brian and Alex weren't friends, probably Brian wouldn't act in the film and so neither Tim, so same with the 2nd possibility.
