AURORA POV-

{5 days later-10AM}

It's been five days since my accident. Everyone has been worried, especially Thor which was honestly quite adorable. He would check up on me and getting to know Thor more has opened my eyes a bit letting me know a side of him I didn't know.

I didn't exactly like Thor but I didn't mind him anymore he was not much of an ass anymore. Today Asgard would be hosting a ball they had Foldgard never attended and they weren't going to start today. I planned on staying in my room all day.

*Knock Knock*

"Come in" I shouted. It was Loki.

Loki:"Hello Aurora I wanted to come check on you , you haven't come down yet and I wanted to let you know the hall will start at five PM"

Aurora:"Thank you Loki but I won't be attending the ball"

Loki:"Why not"

Aurora:"Foldgardians have never been to the Asgardians balls and won't be the first I already have enough attention"

Loki:"Aurora look, you're getting married to Thor weather you like it or not you need to start being more open to him you guys can't just say good morning and Goodnight and you guys will have to be together at the ball it will be your guys public appearance and you know how important that was"

What Loki was saying was true, the first ball together for a couple getting married was a big to do.

Aurora:"You know Thor hasn't proposed yet"

Loki just laughed.

Loki:"I'll tell him to get right on that"

I just laughed as Loki kissed my hand and walked out of my room. I was getting used to that Thor and Loki would both kiss my hand as they said their goodbyes and hellos.

THOR POV-

I was sitting on my bed. This would be Auroras and I first appearance. First before the marriage we need to be seen together then usually the prince proposes and the wedding begins. I've been wanting to propose to Aurora to start the wedding but I needed the right moment.

I heard someone knock on the door, I walked over to open it , it was Loki.

Thor:"Brother what do I owe the surprise"

Loki:"I just wanted you to know that Aurora will be going with you as your date"

Thor:"Date?"

Loki:"Yes"

Thor:"Did she say that?"

Loki:"In a way"

I just shook my head.

Loki:"You two are getting married, she is automatically your date okay? You should get her something"

Thor:"Like what"

Loki:"When I was walking out Sif walked in I overheard Aurora say she was going to wear a gold dress you should get her something that goes with it"

Thor:"Thank you for the help"

Loki nodded his head as he exited my room, I soon followed after to go talk to my mother to help me find a perfect gift for Aurora.

AURORA POV-

Sif and I were going through all my gold dresses I couldn't find one I liked they were either to flashy or to simple"I give up I'm just not going to go" I sighed while plopping down on the bed "No you're going ..I'll be right back" Sif ran out of my room.

I heard footsteps in my room. I looked over to see if it was Sif but it was actually Thor.

Aurora:"Hey Thor do you need something?"

Thor:"Uhh actually I have something for you"

Thor handed me this rectangular small box, I opened it to see two gold diamond earrings and a double gold necklace with a small diamond.

Thor:"I heard you were wearing a gold dress so I wanted to give you these"

Aurora:"Thor I - thank you"

Thor:"You're welcome"

Aurora:"Well I'll see you at the ball then?"

Thor:"I can't wait"

Thor walked out of my room as Sif entered "well then what was Thor doing here?" Sif said with a smile as she had a dress in a garment cover."He heard I was going to wear a gold dress so he got me earrings and a necklace to go with it" I smiled at Sif "Thor must really like you" Sif said putting down the dress.

"Why do you say that?" I asked looking at her with a confused grin "Thor doesn't do these types of things. He's always been bad at gifts but great at romance. He is definitely the romantic type" I just smiled at Sifs words.

Sif left me to get myself ready for the hall I had to make sure the dress fit me and everything. When I pulled out the dress from the garment cover it revealed a Gold silky dress with diamonds to cover the Breast area and a slit on the leg. I gasped that it was beautiful.

{Time skip-5 PM}

I heard everyone start to gather for the ball. I was all ready , I had the necklace Thor gave me on and the earrings and the gold dress. I had gold long heels on as well, my hair was in a low bun with the two front pieces out and I had a gold eyeshadow look with Dark peach lipstick on.

I took one last glance in the mirror. I started to have second thoughts that everyone one would be here besides Foldgard and the Elders. I was too nervous after the first ball, well public appearances. We'd have to share a room as well which I didn't not want to. I liked privacy. Marrying someone should be for love not for stupid kingdom rivals and old ugly guys saying we have to.

I pulled myself together and left my room, as I got closer to the stairs I could hear all the chatter . I made it to the top of the staircase and everyone turned to me. This was going to be a big deal , one I'm the first Foldgardain to ever go to an Asgard thrown ball two I'm the first born daughter the only and that came with a lot of fame.

I made eye contact with Thor as I started to walk down the stairs. He went to the bottom of the staircase to wait for me. I met him and hooked my arm with his.

Thor:"you look outstanding"

Aurora:"Thank you Thor you look very handsome"

Thor smiled at me as he led me towards his friends.

Aurora:"Thor I don't have to meet them"

Thor:"I know I just I know you don't like me and I know you don't want to marry me but if we can be at least friends it would be a lot easier"

Aurora:"I don't hate you Thor I was just taught Asgardians were bad people"

Thor:"I know that and I hope to change your mind"

Aurora:"let's go meet your friends"

Thor smiled at me as we continued to walk over to his friends. They were other princes.

Thor:"Hey guys"

Everyone said hi to Thor they just stared at me I didn't say anything I just started to shake IT but I always had bad anxiety when it comes to other royal people Foldgard always stayed away because they knew Asgardians would be everywhere.

I think Thor noticed I was worried because he took my hand and held it with his. I just made an annoyed face at him but he didn't loosen his grip on my hand . I eventually stopped trying to fight off his grip; he was much stronger than me.

Mack was talking to Thor now I knew he was the son of Ogen.

Mack:"So Aurora how do you like Asgard"

Aurora:"It is quite nice"

Mack:"Really? I guess you dad is a liar"

Aurora:"Excuse me?"

Mack:"Well your father said Asgard was terrible I guess the old guy is on his last year must be all the Foldgard filth"

Mack and everyone around us started to laugh. My face went blank, my eyebrows sorrowed and my lips puckered a bit. I looked over to Thor who was chuckling. I looked at Thor with sadness in my eyes, Was he really laughing at this joke about Foldgard?.

Yes I didn't like Asgard's or Asgardians at first but I would never laugh at a joke like this to a Asgardians face like this. Thor just looked at me he quickly Changed his expression I broke my hand from his and started to walk off"Aurora wait" Thor called out to me.

I just walked over to the other princess, hopefully it would be better but Nomi wasn't there she was my best friend so I was stuck with these snotty brats.

Ethoni:"Why look isn't it The first born freak"

The other girls laughed.

Aurora:"Shut the fuck up"

Romi:"Awe did we make you mad"

Stara:"Her future husband doesnt even want to be around you"

The princess was starting to laugh. I just looked down , they were right. I was the first born daughter freak and even Thor probably thought that I mean he laughed when his friend made a joke about Asgardian Filth. I left the princess as they continued to laugh. I started to walk away when Loki stopped me.

Loki:"Where are you going"

Aurora:"Everyone here hates me"

Loki:"Aurora you know that's not true"

Aurora:"Yes Loki it is , Thor and the princes think I'm Foldgard Filth and the princess think I'm a disgusting first born daughter and honestly I'm sick and tired of this I'm not here to please anyone so"

Loki:"Thor would never say that about you"

Aurora:"Yea really? When I was over there his friend made a comment about me and my father being Foldgard Filth and Thor laughed"

Loki:"I'm so sorry Aurora"

I just looked down ,everyone here thought I was a no good freak , Loki took my hand and led me to the dance floor, he took his right arm around my waist and held my right with his left.

We started to dance I could feel everyone's eyes on us specially Thor's , he looked Loki up and down with anger and me sadness I didn't care though, when the music ended Thor came up to me."What the hell was that" Thor looked at me with sad eyes "what was what?" I said, acting all innocent "You danced with my brother when we are supposed to be getting married " Thor seemed more mad, his jaw clenched, his muscles tightened, his eyes more dark.

"I danced with your brother cause he doesn't think I'm Foldgardain Filth" I said my eyes brows now darted at him "Aurora I don't think that" Thor said placing his arm on my shoulder"You laughed at your friends remark about it , it doesn't make it any better Thor you laughed at it" my eyes saddened I walked away from Thor I was honestly sad.

Thor and I had a good conversation while walking down at least better then what we had and he does this my father was right Asgardian Are bad people besides Loki, Sif and Frigga Odin was well okay she treated Loki like shit though.

I spent the rest of the time just sitting there where my ex Stefan came up to me" Aurora you look gorgeous" I just ignored him "Hello" he said something again "what" I said rolling my eyes "so how's life with Thor" he said touching my shoulder "great" "if it's so great why aren't you with him"

Stefan smirked at me, Thor saw what was happening and walked over to me. "Hey sweetheart you walked off" Thor came over to me and kissed my cheek"hey love" I smiled at Thor as I snuggled into his arms.

"Darling let's go Dance" Thor took my hand and led me to the dance floor.

Thor gripped my waist closer to his letting his right hand rest on my hip. I took my right hand and wrapped it around his neck and my left on his chest.

Thor:"Hey are you okay"

I just ignored Thor.

Thor:"Aurora"

Aurora:"I'm fine Thor"

Thor:"You clearly aren't "

Aurora :"Just cause you helped me back there doesn't mean I forgive you"

Thor:"I know"

Thor and I started to get away with the music. He spun me around and flung me back into his chest "I will try though" Thor smiled at me as he rested the bottom of his jaw on the top of my head.

The song soon ended and everyone started to head out as did I , I went up to my room I heard a knock on the door I got up and opened it, it's Thor"Here this is your crown it took some time but here it's gold with diamonds I thought you'd like it"

I took the crown from Thor admiring it "thanks." I said to Thor he opened his mouth to say something but I shut my door and walked off to my bed plopping down. I hated this day. It was absolutely worse. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
