Jungkook's P.O.V

A few minutes have passed and Hoseok hyung came back with the flash drive with a smile.

"It's the real one V." He confirmed.

"Then that just makes our work easier. But, Jungkook, how are you and Yugyeom close?" Taehyung asked as he turned to me curious.

"We were childhood friends. We were basically inseparable back then until they had to move away. Surprisingly I still recognize him after all these years." I answered.

He hummed. "Alright, I approve of his proposal. But, he made your first mission easy."

I smiled sheepishly as I rubbed the back of my neck.

"Well, there is this one mission that we could give him." Jimin hyung piped up.

We all turned our attentions to him as he continued.

"What mission?" Namjoon hyung asked with a raised eyebrow.

"He needs to deliver drugs to a customer without getting caught by the police." He answered.

"That should be an easy task, what do you think Taehyung?" Jin hyung asked, turning to Taehyung for approval.

Taehyung then turned to me as he asked. "Can you do it?" He asked.

I thought for a moment as I hummed. "I'll try my best."

"Don't worry, Hoseok hyung and Suga hyung has your back if anything goes wrong."

Yoongi hyung nodded. "Yeah, it will be your official first mission since the last one was made easy for you."

I giggled and nodded. "Yes hyungs, I won't let you down."

They smiled as they patted my head.

"I'll go and get the drugs in the supply room so we can get going." Hoseok hyung said as Yoongi hyung left to probably retrieve weapon just in case.

"Are my instructions clear, Jungkook?" Taehyung asked through the earpiece.

I hummed. "Completely."

We were on our way as Yoongi hyung drove to the location.

Though.. I couldn't help but think that something feels off.

"Hyungs?" I called to the front.

They both hummed as Hoseok hyung turned to me while Yoongi hyung glanced through the mirror.

"Uhm.. I think something feels off about this delivery." I said.

Hoseok hyung raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" He asked.

"Like, something bad will happen." I said, looking at the bag filled with drugs.

"I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad." Yoongi hyung assured calmly as the ride once again became silent.

'I can't help but feel worried... could an ambush take place there?'
