Demi looked at the mirror in her bathroom.

"I would look better in this outfit if I was slimmer." She sighed to herself.

"Demi, your date is here!" Her mom called from downstairs.

Demi went downstairs and saw Niall standing by the door, staring at her.

"What?" She asked.

"You just look amazing." He gave her a genuine smile.

She wasn't expecting him to compliment her, but it made her smile. "Thanks."

"You two have fun. Be home by ten." Demi's mom told them.

They both nodded and left the house. Niall opened the car door for Demi.

"I never knew you were such a gentlemen." Demi said, before getting in the car.

"And I never knew I would go on a date with a pretty girl." He said back making Demi smile even more.

She never thought that the Irish lad would be so charming.

Meanwhile, Ariana was finishing up her makeup in her room.

"Ariana, hurry up!" Harry shouted from downstairs.

Ariana grabbed her purse and went downstairs.

"Ok, I'm done." She told the curly haired boy.

"You know I have to pick up Selena." He said as they both went outside.

"Aren't you gonna pick up Zayn?" She asked.

"He texted me that he might come late." Harry shrugged, before he got in his car.

"Well isn't that just great for our first date." Ariana muttered to herself, as she got in the car.

She's kind of disappointed in Zayn. She knew he would be busy, but not late. She thought he would take care of it by now.

Harry heard her and gave her a questioning look. "Date?"

"Zayn asked me to be his date after school." She answered, remembering what happened in the janitor's closet.

"I'm happy for you guys." Harry started the car.

Ariana was surprised at his response. "Really? Before, you want me to stay away from him."

"That was before we bonded. Now I think you two would look great together."

"Aw. Thanks, Harry."

"Anytime, sis." Harry smiled, but his smile faded away when he realized what he said.

Ariana saw the look on his face.

"Are you okay?" She asked, worried.

"Yeah." He lied and drove onto the road.

The car ride was silent until Harry turned on his music and played Robbers by The 1975. Ariana heard Harry play some of their songs in his car before.

She hummed to the familiar song and a smile grew on Harry's face.

"I'll give you one more time. We'll give you one more fight. Said one more line. Will I know you?" Harry sang along to the song.

Ariana tried to sing along, but she don't really know the lyrics. Harry laughed at how she was mumbling some of the words.

They finally arrived at Selena's house. She came outside and went in the car.

"Hey, guys. Can we pick up Tori, please? She don't have a ride." Selena asked.

"Sure, just tell me where she lives." Harry answered.

Selena told him the directions to Tori's house and they got there after a couple of minutes.

As they wait for Tori, Harry got text from Louis.

Louis: Hey Liam and I need a ride pick us up at my house thanks

Harry sighed at the fact that he has to pick up more people.

Tori got in the back of the car, next to Selena.

"Thanks for the ride, Harry." Tori told the curly haired boy.

"No problem. I have to pick up Louis and Liam too." He said as he began to drive to Louis's house.

"What are you? A cab?" Ariana joked.

"Basically. The only difference is that I'm doing this for free." Harry responded.

When Harry pulled up to Louis's house, he saw them waiting outside. They both went over to his car.

Louis opened the back door and saw Selena and Tori sitting there.

"There's only one more seat." Louis pointed out.

"Just try to squeeze in." Harry told him.

Louis and Liam got in the back, trying to fit in.

"Ow! I'm squished against the window!" Selena whined.

"Sorry, babe. At least you still look cute." Harry chuckled and drove his way to the school.

"Can you play some Drake?" Liam asked Harry.

"Does it look like I have Drake in my playlist?" Harry asked back.

"No, but you better have fucking Green Day in your playlist." Louis answered instead of Liam.

"It's my car and I get to play what I want. You guys should appreciate that I took my time and gas to pick you up." Harry responded, a little annoyed.

"I would appreciate it if you can find your hairline." Louis joked making everyone laugh, except for Harry.

"Haha, so funny." The annoyed boy rolled his eyes.

They shortly arrived at the school. Harry parked in the parking lot, and they all got out of the car.

"Liam!" Leigh Anne ran over to Liam who gave him a big hug.

"Hi, Leigh Anne..." Liam hugged her back, awkwardly.

He was not expecting a hug.

Jesy stood beside Leigh Anne, looking at Louis in disgust.

"Louis." She glared at him.

"Jesy." Louis glared back.

Then Jade and a blonde girl walked over to them. Ariana noticed it was the same blonde girl that Zayn was talking to earlier.

"Jade?" Harry raised a brow, not expecting to see his ex.

"I see you brought your date. Is this the girl you dump me for?" Jade asked Harry as she pointed at Selena. "What a downgrade."

"Excuse me?" Selena crossed her arms.

"She's not a downgrade. At least my feelings for her are real." Harry defended.

"Oooo!" Louis covered his mouth with his fist.

Jade stormed off and her blonde friend went after her. Ariana still wondered who that blonde is.

"Come on." Leigh Anne went to catch up with her friends as she pulled Liam's arm.

Louis and Jesy followed after them.

"So are we just gonna stand here all day or are we gonna go to the carnival?" Tori asked.

"Let's go." Selena said, as they all walk to the carnival which is behind the school.

Tori saw Niall and Demi playing ring toss.

"Hey." She walked over to them.

"Hey." Demi turned around to face Tori.

"Did you talk to him about it yet?" Tori whispered so only they can hear.

"Not yet." Demi bit her lip, feeling guilty.

She was enjoying her date.

"Ok just let me know when." Tori said.

"Demi, look. I won you a bear." Niall handed Demi a stuffed bear. Then he noticed Tori. "Hey, Tori."

"Hey." Tori smiled at him. "I was just going back to my friends. Have fun."

A half hour went by and everyone seemed to be having fun, except Ariana. She was sitting on a bench, waiting for Zayn to show up. She texted him a couple of times and he didn't reply.

She saw someone sat next to her from the corner of her eye. She turned her head and it was Justin holding a pink cotton candy.

"Want some?" He handed her his cotton candy.

"Thanks." She said, before she ate a piece of it.

"How come you're sitting here and not having any fun?" He wondered.

"I'm waiting for someone." She answered.

"Well while you're waiting, do you want to play some games with me?" He asked, standing up.

Ariana is not sure if Zayn is going to show up, and she don't want to just spend most of her time waiting for him.

"Ok." She agreed, standing up as well.

They went to the milk bottle game.

"I bet you I can knock them all down with one ball." Justin pointed at the six bottles that's formed in a pyramid.

"I bet you can't." Ariana shook her head.

"If I win, you have to scream out that you love me. If I lose, then I have to scream out that I love you." He said.

Ariana remembered how they use to do that when they were younger. They always play around and act like complete fools.

"Just like old times." She smiled.

He threw a ball at the bottles and only one bottle knock down. Ariana laughed at how much of a fail that was.

"Ok, I have to admit that was bad." Justin laughed with her.

"Now scream out that you love me." Ariana smirked.

"I LOVE ARIANA GRANDE AND I'M NOT AFRAID TO ADMIT IT!" Justin screamed out, making everyone look at him.

Ariana blushed even though it's not true. Or is it?
