Avni's wedding attire

Avni's POV:

I felt numb. Am I dreaming?? I slowly got up and sat in the bed. I could see huge lavish room decorated with scented candles.
The architect must be crazy, because the sealing is made up of glass. I could see my reflection in it.

"Get up Avni, stop dreaming" I mumbled myself.

"Snuggle bear, this is your reality." Mr.Malhotra said hugging me.

I got up and stood in front of a huge mirror.
All I could see myself in
wedding attire.
I lifted my hands to see it covered with red bangles.
My hands were soaked in maroon coloured henna. Letter "A" was written in my palm.

I saw my reflection in mirror. I touched my hairline where Vermilion was applied. I was shivering.

My eyes were filled with tears like dam which is ready to open the floodgates.

Then I saw my neck to find the holy Mangal sutra.
I felt immense pain in my heart
Tears started flowing from my eyes as if it is showering my soul.

I'm married? But I don't remember anything.

This thought made my soul feel naked in front of the whole world.

I didn't know how to react. Whether I should feel sad or scream at him and fight for justice.

He was staring at my eyes as though he was reading my thoughts.

I felt dizzy, I held the wall in order to prevent my ass kissing the floor.

He came forward to hold me.
"Don't" I said pushing him away and sat in the floor folding my legs started crying at my condition.

I felt pity on myself.
I came for my best friend's wedding and I got married to the person whom i hate the most.

Best friend!? Where is Maahi??
Oh! My god! How I'm going to face her? What will I tell to my Dad?
How can I tell him; Dad, I'm married, but I don't remember marrying him.?

I need to get out from here.

I got slowly, I moved towards the door only to get pinned to the wall by strong hands of my enemy.

"Leave me, I said leave me you elephant." I screamed.

He chuckled and said " You can't swear on your husband"

"Husband!!seriously? How can you be my husband? I don't even know your name!" I said fuming in anger.

"Hahaha don't act like an innocent fool Avni." And continued " It's all over the news you can find out on your own". he said.

I pushed him and went near the couch. I took the remote and switched on the huge television.

Breaking news: Most eligible sexy billionaire Mr.Malhotra is no more Bachelor. He has been hitched into a wedlock with his beautiful long time secret girlfriend.
Although the pictures of his bride are not revealed, our reporters have managed to snap a few pictures.

"What the fridge Mr.Malhotra. Explain " I roared in anger and continued " Explain what's happening with me."

"Snuggle bear, you were too eager to have me in your arms. So in order to full fil your desires I married you" he replied with a smile.

"Who are you??" I asked him. He smirked and said " Its crystal clear that you don't watch any news channel."
"Well, isn't it obvious that, you are not important enough for me to know".

He started laughing.

"Do you think this is funny Mr.Malhotra??? Marriage might be fun to you, but for.. for me it's very sacred bond between two people who are in love with each other" I said crying and continued " but... But I don't even know you, your name .. I know nothing about you."

He came close to me, lifted my chin up, looked at my eyes and said " You are Avni Aaryan Malhotra. That's all you need to know at the moment. You will fall in love with me, snuggle bear." He bended and started sucking and biting my neck like a bloody thirsty vampire.

I felt numb. I couldn't push him, I enjoyed the moment. I couldn't help but, moan.
"Hmmm... I can clearly see that you can't resist me" he said with a smirk. It hit me like a sack of potatoes.

"I need to get out from here... leave me" I told pushing him.

I pushed the door, surprisingly it wasn't locked. I started walking randomly in the huge corridor. I was lost in the huge mansion. It was like a maze runner competition . But I manged to find staircase to downstairs. I started running as though my life is depended on it.

When I reached the living room, the devil Aaryan Malhotra was standing in all his glory with a poker face. I was actually trapped in huge mansion.

I was scared to the core due to the weird imagination ability of my brain.

My breathing became unsteady, I realised that I'm going to get a panic attack. But all of the sudden I heard footsteps I turned to see an old lady walking towards me.

Old lady was walking with elegance like a queen, made me think how she was in her early age. Then I found my husband's friend Jay. He was clearly upset due to something, his eyes are actually reality expressive. It was crystal clear and his body language and eyes. It looked like as though his girlfriend married some other person. He stared at my eyes, he couldn't take it anymore.

"I'll never be able to forgive you Aaryan for all these stunts you have pulled up" he said walking away.

What did just happen?? Strange!

Then I saw Maahi coming inside the mansion with huge shopping bags.

I was happy. Finally I found the ray of hope around the dark.

I ran to her and hugged her tightly.
I felt relieved. I needed someone's comfort at the moment.
But I realised that she isn't hugging me back.

I looked up to find unknown emotion in her face. I couldn't exactly decrypt the emotions in her eyes.
Was it showing guilt, sad or disheartened??

I couldn't take it anymore I started rambling.

"Maahi.. Thank god, I found you. ..I. don't know what's happening with me!?. There are photos of marriage in that room.
I'm sorry I know Ryan is your crush. But I swear on my chocolates I don't know how I got married to him.
By the way, why are you standing like this! ?
Where is your husband Maahi?".

She pushed me and said " I never thought something like this would happen. You came to attend my wedding and you are the one who is married now!!.
I'm unmarried at the moment and the soul reason for this is You ..  Avni.."

I was shattered hearing this. My whole world of chocolate cake came crashing down.
What just happened?
I'm married to a stranger.  My best friend is blaming me for her failed wedding.

"I didn't do anything. Trust me Maahi...I don't even know what's happening around me... Maahi ... Maahi please trust me." I said crying historically.

"Wow.!! This is too much. It's because of you my fiancee is not even ready to marry me. I loved him more than my life Avni.." Maahi said looking at Aaryan's face and went away.

I was devastated.
What did just happen?? My only best friend is hating me now.
Why he refused to marry her? Why did she say like that to my husband??

Wait...wait..Did I marry my best friend's fiancee?????😱
