Elora sniffed and hugged Lucy. She looked at Peter and Susan, she gave them a small, unsteady smile.

Edmund had desperately wanted to say goodbye but there was a growing issue with some Fell creatures and she had barely seen him in the past two days or so.

"Bye, my sweet friends. I guess i shall see you at the ball." She was trying to hide her disappointment that Edmund was not able to say goodbye.

Susan and Peter nodded and both of them went inside. Lucy stayed out with Elora for a moment longer.

"He really wanted to say goodbye, you know. He wouldn't just let you leave." Lucy said softly. Elora nodded and rubbed her eyes.

"I know. I know." She said, she knew she had to leave sooner rather than later and so she left, a tearful Lucy watched until Elora had completely disappeared on the horizon.

"Please get there safely, Aslan please protect her. Edmund couldn't handle losing her." Lucy said out loud.
