"Hey Inky. Where are ya?" I could hear X ask. He is my husband. I went downstairs to see he was in the living room.
"Right here, they finally went to sleep." I sighed. X pulled me into a hug.
"I love you, Ink." X smiled at me. I returned the hug.
"As do I." I chuckled.
          I smiled and looked at him. "Are you hungry, baby?"
         "Just a bit. But, I am not going to let you cook today." X smiled.
        My right eye turned into a question mark. "Wha- why?"
           "Because today is your birthday."
       I blushed, I had forgotten again. I hate my horrible memory...
X picked up on my blush. "You forgot again, didn't you?"
I nodded. X pulled me closer into the hug.
