This is for all those hearts which beats in the name of someone special but still haven't confessed it to them.

It's not written by me but these lines carry a huge message in themselves. Pyaar hai to bol do.. Don't wait ki saamne wala bole ya koi indication de. Pyaar tumne kiya hai to intezaar uska kyun bolne ke liye? Pyaar accept nahi hoga, chalega. But living life with the guilt of not letting your heart out is the worst burden you would ever want to carry. Kya pata, saamne wala tumhare intezaar mein ho aur tumhare na bolne ki wajah se wo apna pyaar bhi daba le jaye.

So, all the people out in love there, who haven't yet confessed, don't wait for the right day, right time. Right day is today. Right time is now. To kya hua if you are a girl? Khaap paanchayat will not kill you for confessing your love first. :P  .... Bas bol do.. Let your heart out.. kismat mein hoga to use tumhara hona hi hoga.

"Guys I want to say something to you all." Nandini said grabbing everyone's attention. Navya, Cabir and Mukti curiously looked at her whereas Abhi blinked his eyes to give her strength and continue with her words.

Nandini looked at their faces which was keenly looking at her to listen what she wanted to say. When she remained quiet for sometime, Manik titled his head slightly to look at her and found nervousness written over her face. Though he was angry but seeing her petrified, he kept his anger aside and held her hand tightly in his grip. Feeling his touch, she looked at him where he just gestured her to be calm and proceed with her talk.

Seeing her quite and so nervous, Navya became tensed and asked her, "Nandu, you are scaring us. Tell what you want to say." 

"Nanhi, say whatever you want to say. Come on." Abhi stated in a stern voice, before Nandini could say anything else.

"All this while, I was trying hard to push Manik away from me and you all knew it. But you guys didn't asked me the reason behind it." Nandini said in a low voice with her heart thumping loud and the three exchanged looks being all confused with her words. 

Nandini took a deep breath and looked at Manik before putting forth the truth in front of the three. Manik gently squeezed her hand as a gesture of his support and she finally looked at the three who were blanking gaping at her.

"The reason behind this is, because I'm medically unfit. I am suffering from a brain nerve disorder which is highly fatal in my case, leaving behind only 10% chances of my survival." She finally succeed to lessen the burden on her heart and covered her face with her palms.

This news was nothing less than a shock for the three. Though Navya was already aware of it but never in her scariest dream she ever thought that her condition would deteriorate to this extent. She was trying hard to register the words she just heard in her mind when a lone tear escaped her eye which didn't went unnoticed by Abhi and Cabir. 

Meanwhile, Manik sat beside her on the couch and side hugged her but she was so exhausted that she didn't showed up with any moment and sat there digging her face into her palms. 

Manik looked towards the rest which were equally lost and shocked to the soul hearing the most dreadful confession from Nandini. The living area that witnessed the laughing and giggling of these friends hour back was now as silent as the grave. 

Today even Abhi was deeply affected with this one harsh truth of his life. Nandini was nothing less than a daughter to him and he would bear even a mosquito bite on her body, but the irony was that Nandini was fighting for her life and the fight was really hard. 

None was able to utter a single word after listening to Nandini. Where Navya, Cabir and Mukti were still not in correct state of mind to say something, Abhi leaned back on the couch unable to think anything properly at that time. Manik held Nandini but even he was not able to utter a single word after listening about her health yet again and bearing in with all the pain and fear of loosing her.

Mukti looked at her side to Cabir who too turned his face towards her. The terrified looks on their faces clearly indicated that they were thinking the same. Both turned their faces to look at Manik who was rubbing Nandini's shoulder as she was now silently sobbing behind her palms. Both were afraid for him. They knew how difficult it was for Manik to get over Veebha and now Nandini's loss will be too much for him to handle. 

Mukti recalled the past and she was in tears remembering the shattered Manik after Veebha was gone. She could not even imagine to see Manik in that broken state again. Though Nandini was her friend but she at that point was much horrified for Manik. She knew he was broken from inside with this truth but would never show it up to anyone. 

Navya on the other hand, tried hard to  control her emotions but failed miserably. She left the living area in a haste, grabbing everyone's attention.

"Navya." Cabir called her from back but she didn't turned and left for her room. Hearing her name, Nandini looked up to see her leaving the area. 

More tears welled up in her eyes seeing her in that state. She looked at everyone and found misery and sorrow written on their faces which she knew was because of her. She too ran into her room not able to face the situation leaving behind the helpless Manik, Cabir, Abhi and Mukti. 

Manik went behind her and was about to enter her room but stopped in between and thought to leave her alone for sometime. All four were clueless what to do and how to react in that situation. Abhi too was stressed and left for his flat without saying a word. Mukti wanted to stop him but could not move from her place.

Manik, Cabir and Mukti looked at each other with painful eyes. Words were not needed to tell how much painful was the situation for the three of them. Manik's condition was not hidden from anyone. Though he didn't showed up but Cabir and Mukti were very well aware what he must be going through after knowing about Nandini's condition.  

Mukti ran up to him and hugged him tightly to which he responded equally. Her pain started flowing from her eyes and realizing this fact, Manik too couldn't control himself from shedding few tears. 

Cabir who was witnessing this standing away from them, also walked towards them slowly, grabbing Manik's attention and engulfed the brother sister into a hug.

"I'm fine guys." Manik said after few minutes patting Mukti's back who has by now started sobbing hard. Cabir moved back but Mukti still didn't left his embrace. She was the witness of that worst face in which Manik has been and could not even imagine to see him again like this.

"Mukti." Manik called her and pulled apart to see her crying. He nodded his head in a no with a slight smile and tears in his eyes.

"I'm fine. Relax. We can't fell weak. Not right now. Nandini needs us. We have to be strong for her. She needs a happy atmosphere around. Tension free. And if we will be this depressed and sad in front of her, who will take care of her, hmm?" He asked her while wiping the tears and she nodded her head positively.

Manik smiled at her and looked at Cabir who too nodded his head and kept his hand on his shoulder showing him his support. Mukti wiped her face while Cabir looked towards Navya's room and Manik noticed this. 

He kept his hand on Cabir's shoulder grabbing his attention and Manik gestured him towards Navya's room. Mukti too saw this and said, "Be with her Cabir. She and Abhi are also shattered like us. We all need each other right now." 

Cabir thought for a while and then looked towards her room again. He looked back at them and left for Navya's room. "I'll check on Abhi." Mukti stated in a low voice after Cabir moved to Navya's room and left for Abhi's flat. 

Manik stood there alone in the living area preparing himself to be strong in front of Nandini. He looked at the closed door for her room and recalled how happy she was while fighting with Cabir just sometime ago. He slowly moved towards her room with heavy steps and entered her room quietly and saw her sitting on the floor resting her back with the bed with an expressionless face. 

He sat down beside her but Nandini showed no movement. Silence engulfed them as both tried hard to get rid of the pain. Nandini after sometime, kept her head on his shoulder. He turned his face to look at her and found her eyes closed. He gently encircled his arm around her and kissed her temple. She snuggled more into him to find her lost peace and both sat there feeling each other.

Cabir entered Navya's room only to find her crying incoherently, lying on the bed and head buried in the pillow. He quietly closed the door and came near her bed. He saw her shaking figure due to crying vigorously but was clueless what to say to her, how to console her. He sat down beside her and placed his hand on her head. The moment she felt some touch on her body, she turned her head to see Cabir beside her and immediately embraced him with all her force. Cabir held her tight as she was crying really hard.

"Cabir.. nandu..Nandu.." She kept repeating this and Cabir tried his best to calm her.

"shhhh Navya.. relax.." Cabir kept patting her head and back continuously to calm her down but there was no effect on her. He knew what importance Nandini held in Navya's life and what impact this news must have left on her. Realizing her state he didn't stopped her from crying and tightened his grip on her, to let all her pain out.

Mukti came towards Abhi's flat but found it locked from inside. It was very unlike of him to lock his door as he always preferred to keep it unlocked so that Nandini and Navya could come at any time when they want to when he was at home except at nights. 

She rang the doorbell many times and finally after long wait, Abhi unlocked the door and went away from there. Mukti heard the sound of unlocking the door and slightly pushed the door to open it. She peeped in but could not find Abhi anywhere. She moved inside, closing the door behind her and found Abhi standing in the balcony of his room. She went near him to stand beside and witnessed the helplessness and pain on his face. Abhi stood there staring at no where blankly and Mukti had no idea what to say to him. Being a doctor, he was very well aware of the seriousness of the situation and Nandini's critical condition. 

Not getting what to do, Mukti gently turned him a bit and hugged him as tight as she could. Abhi as if in need and wait of this, immediately wrapped his hands around her waist and hid his face in the crook of her neck to get the relief and comfort he was carving for.
