FIRST OF APOLOGIES FOR LATE POSTING, BUT YOU ALL KNOW THE REASON. I AM JUST CLUELESS WHAT TO DO TO GET RID OF IT.

This part is very normal, nothing much happening and I guess it was needed. Twists and spices on the way till then some light moments.

From this part on wards, 10 chapters that will be updated, will be dedicated to one of the readers as this is the first chapter after the story crossed 100K views. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for it. 

Also I would be adding some of small my write ups. I am not that good, I know, but still thought to share with you all. If you find it a bit good, please comment on it and let me know.

This first update after 100K is dedicated to VeenuDhawan  . She is one of my follower who is following this story right from the beginning and did not gave up even when I was very irregular on wattpad. Manik and Nandini moved towards the room booked by Nandini. Nandini gave the card to Manik and said, "Manik you go in the room, I'll just be back from the reception.

"I'll come along. Come." He said and moved towards the reception dragging her with him.

"Why are you bothering? I'll just be back in 5." She said and he unwillingly let her go.

Nandini moved towards the reception and Manik after seeing her going, moved towards their room. He swiped the card to enter and inserted it in the board to turn on the lights. The moment lights were on, he took a step towards the bed but the very next moment was left spellbound after seeing it.

"Nandini!" He murmured her name and smiled broadly looking at it when suddenly he felt two soft hands caressing his waist from back and were locked in front on his stomach. He smiled more realizing she's here and she peeped from his back to look at his face, still wrapping her hands around his waist. "Yes." She answered back as an answer to him when he said her name.

He looked at her and saw a gleam and happiness on her face which was reaching her eyes as earlier. He felt relieved and contended seeing her happy and thanked the lord for him being the reason of her happiness.

He kept his hand on hers which was locked on his stomach and entwined one with his. "What's this?" He asked gesturing towards the bed and she rested her head on his arm and replied, "This" and then looked at him again, "a surprise" She replied with a huge smile.

"Really?" he asked raising his eyebrows and gently pulled her in front and held her waist, whereas she encircled her arms around his neck. "If this is a surprise, then what was on terrace." He asked with a smile and she made an innocent face and replied, "That was also surprise and this is also a surprise. For you. A compensation, for hurting you." She ended her words with a guilty expression.

Manik pulled her closer and replied, "Forget it. What's gone is gone. Don't think about it now and stress yourself. What matters is now we are together, together against all odds. And no matter what happens, what comes next, we are there, for each other, to support each other, to heal each other. And trust me now nothing wrong can happen. Everything will be good, in fact best. OK?" He said everything to her all the time looking into her eyes and she was able to feel the sincerity and genuineness in his voice and his eyes.

She nodded her head in approval to his words and he kissed her forehead with a smile, which she felt with closed eyes and a peaceful smile.

"Ok you rest, I'll just be back." He said to her and she nodded. He removed towards the washroom and she grabbed her bag which she kept in the room, when she suddenly thought something.

"Manik." She called him out and he turned.

"Coffee?" She asked him.

"Sure." He replied with a smile and moved inside.

Nandini ordered coffee for themselves and started checking her phone.

Manik was back after 5 minutes and removed his jacket. He moved towards Nandini but stopped as the door bell rang.

Manik opened the door and saw a waiter with two coffees. He let him inside and waiter after placing the coffee on the table left the room.

Manik closed the door and turned to see Nandini who was talking on phone. By her conversation, he guessed that she was talking to Navya.

Manik took her in a back hug lightly and she smiled feeling his touch. He let her talk with Navya and didn't disturbed them. Soon Nandini finished her call and Manik's eyes fell on her phone.

He saw their chat conversation page open. Nandini titled her head and saw him looking at her phone and she locked the screen.

Manik looked at her and smiled and she averted her gaze from him feeling shy.

"So, someone was going through our last night's chat. May I know why?" He asked softly, dabbing his head to hers lightly and she smiled.

Feeling embarrassed, she freed herself from him and said, "Manik, coffee will get cold. Come let's have it first." She dragged him with her to the sofa and he smiled looking at her that how conveniently she diverted the topic.

He very well knew her habit of going through things that were related to her past good memories. Be it pictures or chat conversations. She would always keep them safely and used to go through them whenever she was really happy or when she used to miss a particular person.

Nandini came towards the sitting area and Manik followed her. He sat on the sofa beside her and instantly sighed seeing the coffee cups.

He looked at Nandini with a disbelief look and she looked at him in confusion. She raised her eyebrows asking him what and he looked towards the cups.

She too looked at them and her mouth was wide open.

"I haven't done this. I swear. I didn't ask them to do so. This is done by catering person only." She said innocently and he smiled back at her.

"Ok. Fine." He said with a smile and offered a cup to her and then took his.

"So, how's office these days?" Manik asked after taking the first sip.

"Don't ask. Too much work." She sighed.

She started telling him about the office and all that happened within 2 days of his absence.

They were engrossed in the office talks and while that, their coffee was over.

"Come on. You rest now. It's already late." He said getting up from the sofa and extended his hand towards her.

She frowned on his statement and said after getting up, "I am not here to sleep Manik. I want to spend time with you."

"Nandini, I'm not running away anywhere but now it's late and it's not good for your health." He said politely to her, making her understand.

"Nothing will happen in one night. And I am not going to sleep, get that straight. You can surely sleep. Sleeping monster..ughh!!" She said angrily crossing her arms across her chest and turned her face away.

He smiled seeing the old Nandini back. The stubborn one. Who always showed her stubbornness, her crankiness, her kid side, only to him. He smiled realizing that the old days are back, and this time in a much better way.

"OK fine, don't sleep. But come at least we can rest. We will talk , come, have some rest." He dragged her along with him and they settled themselves on bed.

Manik leaned back on headrest of the bed and stretched his legs. Nandini too settled herself on the bed when suddenly her eyes fell on the sky that was visible from there through the balcony door which was of glass.

She smiled seeing it and turned towards Manik.

"Manik, see the moon. It's looking so pretty." She said with excitement and he looked through the glass door towards the sky.

"Yes, it's looking really pretty. Beautiful view." He said with a smile looking at the moon and Nandini kept admiring it and leaned back on Manik.

Manik encircled his left arm around her waist and held left hand and entwined her right hand with his right hand.

"Manik." She called him out after few minutes of silence.

"Hmm." He answered back while caressing her knuckles of left hand with his thumb.

"You remember, the first time we were close to each other?" She asked him still admiring the moon.

"Hmm. The first time we kept our weird differences aside and behaved as normal human beings." He chuckled at his own statement and she too smiled at his statement.

"You know, that day only I realised that you are not the one who you pretend to be. Though I didn't knew the reason but some where I was sure that day only that there had to be a strong reason that you behave so cold with people around you." Manik said to her keeping in mind the fact that Nandini till now hasn't told him anything about Harshad.

He never wanted to confront her with his name and was waiting for the day when she herself would come up with Harshad's truth.

Manik's words made her recall the days when she used to be arrogant and rude one. With that she recalled the reason behind her behavior also.

"Manik knows nothing about Harshad. But it's his right to know all about me. Don't know how will he react when the truth will out. But what ever it is, I have to tell him anyhow every thing about Harshad and Danish. I will tell him everything soon." Nandini thought in her mind.

Manik titled his face to look at her and saw her all lost.

"I guess she's still not comfortable in talking about her past, and I can't risk her health with any kind of stress. Let her hide if she wants to." Manik thought in his mind and decided to close the topic.

"Nandini, you didn't tell me,why were you going through our chats few minutes back? Hmm?" Manik changed the topic as he didn't wanted her to take stress.

She smiled on hearing this and nodded her in no.

"Arre, what no? Tell na." He started teasing her.

"Manik, just like that." She said smiling.

He smiled seeing her like that, and was about to say something and she turned her face and said, "Manik, can I ask you one thing?"

"No, you can't." He said looking at her and she frowned.

"Ask two, three, ten, as many you want. Why only one?" He said innocently and she rolled her eyes on his talks.

"Ok, ok. Ask." He said after chuckling on her reaction.
