today, street casted trainees have arrived
back at the stage for another round of
performances, but before we see them,
our staff took to the street outside,
to the fans awaiting entry

[ what made you watch street casted? ]

FAN ONE ; soobin mentioned there was a trainee who looked like him

FAN ONE ; i checked out the show for that but... i don't see it?

FAN ONE ; ann's pretty cute tho ! [waves her ann banner] so i'm still watching!

FAN THREE ; [butts in with their sign] and kei! hwaiting~!

FAN FIVE ; his energy! it's helping me limit my sugar intake!

suddenly the lights of the stage go out,
light filtering in slowly as the stage
opens up, the sound of heels
filling the room.

MISUN [ the recruiter ] ; [finally spot lighted] hello everyone! they're being especially extra today, hm?

cheers in agreement erupt from the crowd

MISUN [ the recruiter ] ; our budget must have increased, or my popularity is worth the spotlight now [chuckles]

MISUN [ the recruiter ] ; nonetheless, i hope this means our performances today are worth the extra hype!

the room fills with cheers
as the group walks on stage

there were also a few barks
within the crowd, but we're
going to ignore that...

MISUN [ the recruiter ] ; hm, well then i won't stop you from showing us, the stage is yours!

the lights on stage go out, coming
back on to reveal the group in
formation, but right after the
music begins, it cuts out. the
scene is suddenly removed as it
switches to a practice room instead.

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; we did say we were going to meet up here, right?

nayeon is currently sitting
crisscrossed in an
empty practice room

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; i must be earlier than expected [looks around] shall i start?

nayeon gets up and wanders over
to the tablet by the mirror. after
picking it up, she begins fiddling with it

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; [frowns, looking directly at one of the staff in the room] i can only find an audio file, did you forget to add the dance video?

STAFF ; you are in charge of choreography.

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; hah? [stands there in shock a little too long]

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; i guess that makes sense... but they never mentioned that?

STAFF ; misun skipped the card

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; [nods] i should go find my team [runs off]

which is what she goes to do and

these three decided to return to
the practice room and they found
kei and ryeon. kei, who was marking
something on a notebook and ryeon,
who was dancing to the beginning of
the song and then rewinding to
rework something.

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; you're the late one!

KAWAHARA KEI [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; no, i've been here since one thirty, when we said we'd meet

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; ONE THIRTY?! did everyone just pick a time?! i said one!

reviewing the tapes, nayeon
said one and everyone else said a
different time. they eventually came
to an agreement to meet at one
thirty, but 3 of them failed
to remember this...

SEO RYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; doesn't matter anymore, kei's coming up with some formations to go with our part distribution from earlier while i started on the actual choreography

SEO RYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; come over here, i want your ideas [smiles]

to choreograph their performance

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; for ryeon's part here, we should have her in the middle with us surrounding her, making a circle

nayeon moves the members
around to demonstrate the formation

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; then ryeon can do her thing for her moves while we start up and move down like this [demonstrates the move on her own]

KAWAHARA KEI [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; [nods] then we roll out into 3 in the back and two in the front, possibly we have the two not facing forward?

after some more demonstrations
to illustrate what was meant, they
tried it as a group. additionally,
they used it as a basis to
develop transitions from
and into other moves

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; sure, why not?

places before instructing
nayeon to slide underneath them

eventually, after documenting their
progress at the end of the day, they
went back to the dorms, ready to
focus on finishing the choreography
and fine tuning, yet when they
arrived the next morning...

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; [holding a clipboard] good morning

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; i know our first check is scheduled for tomorrow, but i wanted to come in early to see how your choreography is going

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; i know it's fresh, so don't worry too much

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; [looks at each of them] ready?

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; [shoots glances at the rest of her members before answering] yes

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; [gestures for them to start]

they show their dance for
approximately 3/4 of their song

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; [taps his board] hm, well you sure accepted the confidence of the sond [nods] and it works

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; i would like you guys to return to some of the transitions you added because some are disrupting the flow rather than adding to it. it makes those parts look clunky

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; you all are good dancers so i obviously don't expect many issues there, but, when adjusting later you should work on your timing as sometimes it seems more like an individual project

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; you should have points where you alone stand out, it's a priority of this mission, but when it's the full group, make sure to match up properly

JIN JUHYUK [ the dance expert ] ; nonetheless, i look forward to seeing the rest of your choreography and your finished product as a whole [smiles]

just as expected, they spend the rest
of their days working on the performance,
excluding their much-needed breaks
added here and there, speaking of...

LEE NAYEON [ 3 ☆ virtuous ] ; yeah! we'll just count this as a break! we need you to be able to do the other moves too

performance, audrey and ryeon form
a heart together, and sevyn acts out
a scene where he's zoning out before
suddenly realizing there's a crowd
and sending out a heart.

once the voting ended,
they were sent off stage
