INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Y/n's fallen asleep on the couch. She wakes up hearing her phone ring. She looks at the time, confused.

Y/N: Hello?

BFF: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Y/N: Thanks.

BFF: Were you sleeping?

Y/N: Yeah.

BFF: Lee Know's not there yet?!

Y/N: No, he's been really busy.

BFF: Aish, that jerk.

Y/N: Calm down. I'm glad you called.

BFF: What's your plan for today?

Y/N: Umm...nothing.

BFF: Nothing?!

Y/n pulls her phone away from her ears.

Y/N: What am I supposed to do? You're not here either.

BFF: Sorry.

Y/N: Don't be. I'm hanging up, I want to sleep!

BFF: Yes, sleeping beauty!!

Y/n hangs up. She puts the phone down and stares at the celling feeling lonely.

Y/N: I should be understanding.

Her phone starts ringing again. She looks at the caller Id, it blasts her with instant energy.

Y/N: Lee Know!

LEE KNOW: Hello!

Y/N: Did you really call to wish me during your practice?

LEE KNOW: Wish you? For what?

Y/n's smiles fades.

Y/N: Huh?

LEE KNOW: I know you must be really tired but I think I left the pen drive of my performances at your place. Could you check? I'm in a hurry.

Y/n scoffs.

Y/N: Are you being serious right now?!

LEE KNOW: Very. Why? What's wrong?

Y/n puts her phone down.

Y/N: Why would anything be wrong?! Pfft! Nothing is wrong!

LEE KNOW: Hello?

Y/n takes a deep breath and picks up her phone again.

LEE KNOW: Are you okay?

Y/N: Yeah, yeah.

LEE KNOW: About my pen drive. Can you-

Y/N: Ya! How can you be so selfish? It's my birthday you idiot!

She hangs up and throws her phone on the couch.

Y/N: Where's that pen drive? I'm going to burn it.

She jumps off the couch and tears her house apart, searching for the pen drive, apparently more important than her.

Ding Dong!

She looks at the door scared. She grabs a pan and checks the doorbell display.

There is no one outside. With shaking fingers, she presses the intercom.

Y/N: Who is it?

No reply.

Y/N: Who Are You?

Lee Know: I'll freeze to death before you open the door!

Y/N: Lee Know?

She puts the pan aside and opens the door. Lee Know stands holding a bag full of gifts and a cake box, Y/n clasps her cheeks teary eyed.

LEE KNOW: Happy April Fool's – Sorry. Happy Birthday!!

Y/n smiles.
